We bought a brand new truck and the check engine light came on as we were driving it home. We took it back the next morning, and after a few repair attempts, was told it needed a whole new transmission. They would not replace/swap the defective truck. We ended up "trading it" back in and getting a new smaller truck on the lot as we did not want to keep a brand new vehicle with that extent of repairs. We took a financial loss because of the "trade in". We will NEVER buy another vehicle from here. read more

Do not even try to go to this place for service they are terrible. the Century Ford dealer next door tells me to go there to get an oil change so I go to the Dodge place and they say they will only work on Fords. both dealerships are ridiculously overpriced and apparently cannot even provide service... I liken going to buy a car to going to the dentist- my least, most painful thing to do! I hate the high pressure tactics; I just don't do well in those situations. To my surprise, this was not the case as I went to Century Ford to purchase my first car by myself (left the husband home!) I attribute it all to my amazing salesperson Katie Stewart. She really listened to all I had to say, answered my myriad of questions, and put me in the direction of the perfect car for me. Not only was Katie knowledgeable but she was also pleasant and kind. I enjoyed the entire experience with her. I will admit I was a bit nervous and couldn't make a snap decision so I left carless. However, Katie kept in touch with me Monday, allaying my fears and on Tuesday I returned to purchase my new car! After a horrible experience at another dealership (check my review of Criswell), we took our 2014 Town & Country here to have a cracked oil filter housing repaired. This was a completely different experience! The employees were more relaxed and kind to us. They listened to our story and showed some empathy. They told us what to expect, called us when necessary, and covered the repair under warranty. I think the real key was they start with the presumption that a problem is covered until presented with facts to the contrary. Unlike the other dealership, that presumed it wasn't covered unless backed into a corner. Bottom line, my wife and I will be taking our car here for service from now on. read more
