Best place in town! I've been going to Andy for 12+ yrs. They are very nice, & give excellent customer service they always remember names & families. They don't up charge or push you to spend more money. Pedicure massages are nice & long from any of the ladies working. They do magic there! I'm a chronic nail biter & have asked for full sets from Andy with barely a nail for anything to stick on. But he was made it work, & done his magic. When many salons have turned me away. Lana is great at eyebrows & threading & its only $5! I can't recommend them enough!! read more

I would give this place a 5 if they had pedicure chairs and if they would have done my full set a little better. They massaged my feet and legs for a long time. That was great! I like massage chairs and they didn't have those. My pink and white full set was decent. Not as squared as I like them but ok. Very friendly and nice. It's also very affordable. read more

As you may or may not know I'm new to Ventura. Looking for a mani place. I tried this place. Went for a french gel manicure. The horror. The manicure part was ok. They were nice. That's why they get two stars. The gel part of the french manicure, the white tip part, the I want my nails shaped square round part, the horror of the finished product. Not even close to ok. All my nails were uneven. The gel was up on my cuticles. The gel on the white tip was so thick. It felt like a bump! The horror. Jeeeeze. I was so shocked I paid and tipped her. Uhhhggg. I hate when that happens. Hated hated hated them. I went and got them redone where I use to go to in Santa Barbara, rather in Goleta. The manicurist was visibly appalled. Yes!!! I know. My friend and I went to try to get a mani pedi and when we got there we realized they didn't take card. So we went to try to look for a near bank. Then came back and asked to get a mani pedi and were told that they were booked and that we should come back another day. This was our first time here and it was not a good experience and online they said that walk ins are welcome so maybe that should be changed to appointment only. The only complaint I have is that this place only accepts cash, but for under 50 dollars for a pedicure and to have my nails painted with gel polish, I will definitely return soon! It isn't a big fancy salon but the workers are friendly and make the effort to make conversation with you. It's a small place but when I went it was bustling with customers. read more

This was my first time getting my nails done. The woman that did my acrylic nails was Lana. I absolutely loved the way she did me and my best friends nails. Went in the other day for the first time. Hoping for a good first impression, not so much. Wasn't stoked on being passed around from one manicurist to another, not stoked that it took two hours and not stoked on the poor cleanliness and carpet. Is it too much to ask for clean and fresh?! I love these ladies! I came out to visit my friend for the day and they were just such a blast. I literally felt like I have been friends with everyone for years. They are so welcoming and hilarious. They really make you feel comfortable and talk more than just the usual small talk. I definitely would come here for the experience and their prices are amazing! I was a walk in. Waited about 5 minutes. I got my eyebrows threaded. I had heard that if you have sensitive skin, threading was a better way to go. It did hurt and my eyebrows were still red. Not as red as when I get my eyebrows waxed, but still red. The lady said that the more I come the less it will hurt....I guess I will have to wait and see. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Extremely rude and unprofessional. So me and my friend made an appointment to get our nails done, we arrive and then have to wait 30 extra minutes with an appointment, they had a small selection of nail polishes. We finally sit down and I explain in detail what I want her to do, she then cuts half of my nails short and the others long, she notices and says pick one side and she'll fix them, I pick the longer side because that's what I originally asked for, she then talks behind my back and I find out because the manager comes over to me and asks me if I trust her to do my nails, trust? She's supposed to be fixing what she pointed out that she messed up on. Not only that you could see the sides of my real nail sticking out of the acrylics!! They do a horrible job and don't care about their customers. She then tells me I'm "picky" because i asked her to fix what she said she would what she knew she messed up on, then she said she can't take my friend because of this situation. They were so RUDE and said they had the right to refuse service to anyone which made no sense. As were about to leave a customer chimes in and says she'll throw us out. UNREAL, UNBELIEVABLE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, I felt so mistreated and so upset. Walked out with nothing and wasted my time for an hour. DONT GO HERE!!!! read more

i LOVE this place! Lily gives the best pedi ever without the glitz of some of the other nail salons that force you into a massage chair and charge you $10 more to do so, then upsell you for scrubs and extra min of massage etc..... Lily and Andy remember everyones names and greet each customer by name as they walk through the door. its such a simple but professional place but i wont go anywhere else with my toes. :) read more

Went to Century just based off the reviews and I depend on reviews since I'm new to CA. But I did not have a good experience with the service here. I went to get a manicure and pedicure and yes I agree they are very friendly but I must have gotten a new person or a person that didn't really take care of me like I expected from all the good reviews. I did see Lilly and she work on the others nails and feet VERY WELL and LONG. My woman had me in and out in less than 30 mins and the work was just OK. Today my nails are chipping and my feet are rough. I have been to salons that used something like the Pedi Egg and I walked out with smooth baby-like feet. I want to find a place that does less talking and more working so that my 24 dollars last longer than a day. I do work hard on my feet but again I have been to a place that made them last longer than a day and Century Nails is good for a person that may not need as much attention than I do. read more

I absolutely love this place! The price can't be beat. $24 for a mani and pedi. The quality is good and the people are fabulous. Oh and the threading is awesome too! Way less expensive than any place I've been too and the girl who does it is very thorough. The only downside is that they dont accept credit or debit cards, but they do accept cash and personal checks. read more

New to the Ventura and needed a pedi, so looked on Yelp and found Century Nails and glad I did. As mentioned previously, Lily is the one to ask for, I made an appt and have a great pedi for a great price! No fancy spa chairs and therefor no fancy spa chair prices. What you do get is an excellent pedicure, including a nice foot massage by a very sweet lady. Highly recommend and will be returning. read more
