Had a horrible experience here negotiating buying a car. Salesmen are very aggressive especially Scott. Scott ripped up the buyers contract in my face Asking rhetorical questions like " ask me to drop the price one dollar " while Leonardo the salesman smirks and laughs. He Walked up to me already talking loud. Talking over me while I'm sitting and him standing. Saying there was no lowering the price in a very loud not happy attitude from the start. Wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. Seems like nobody there was happy or really wanted to sell me a car. No smiles. If they remove the add-on, the sales manager Ruben says they will just jack the price back up over the listing. Doesn't make sense to me. Watch out people a lot of bait and switch. Add ons. My experience started off well. My salesperson, John, was helpful throughout the initial discussions, and we agreed on a monthly payment over text. Based on that agreement, I took an Uber from Los Angeles to the dealership and even arranged insurance for the vehicle before arriving. Once I got there, I was told they could not honor the monthly payment we had already discussed. Instead of trying to find a comparable solution or make things right after I had made the trip, I was left with no reasonable option but to walk away. After I had already left the dealership and was on a bus home, they called offering a different payment of $399 per month. By that point, it wasn't about the money anymore--it was about the lack of respect for my time. I had already spent money on transportation, secured insurance, and traveled to the dealership based on the agreed terms. To make matters worse, John later texted asking what deal I ended up getting and made comments implying that another dealership couldn't beat their pricing. Ironically, I ended up purchasing the same vehicle--an Acura ADX A-Spec--from Acura of Sherman Oaks for $392 per month, and they even delivered it to my home that same evening. The biggest issue wasn't the final price. It was the way I was treated after making the effort to visit based on an agreement that wasn't honored. I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead I left feeling like my time wasn't valued. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience with the sales team. While I'm very happy with my new Acura ADX A-Spec, I would encourage others to carefully confirm that any negotiated terms will be honored before making the trip. I authorized a credit pull on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Cerritos Acura ran my credit again days later without my consent, which they are not allowed to do. Management tried to justify it, but authorization on one day does not give them permission to pull your credit later. This is deceptive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If this happens to you, report it to the FTC, CFPB, California Attorney General, and dispute it with the credit bureaus immediately. This was our first time buying a car as a family after my dad passed away 2 years ago. Over the years, she's driven Toyotas, Lexus, Infiniti, and more recently, a Hyundai Genesis. But her most cherished driving memories were with her old Acura MDX. So when I asked what car she wanted, she immediately said, "I loved my MDX--let's start at Acura." Through the Costco Auto Program, we connected with Cerritos Acura and were introduced to Jesus Vega and Mr. Allen Kim. These two are not your typical salespeople -- they were very humble and honest with us and took the time to explain things step by step without giving us unneeded pressure. They made sure my mom felt at ease and patiently explained every detail, making the whole experience WAY less stressful for us. Buying a car can be an all-day event (we arrived at 10:30AM and didn't leave until almost 5PM!), but Jesus and Allen really took the time to help my mom get comfortable with her new car. In the end, we went with the fully loaded Acura ADX A-Spec Advance. While she's always loved the MDX, my mom's needs have changed (she doesn't need a bigger car with storage and 7-seats, also the better fuel economy helped!). We almost chose the RDX, but the ADX's newer interior design--especially the intuitive touchscreen and cleaner interface--really won her over. Both the MDX and RDX felt dated inside by comparison. For the first time, we opted for the most fully loaded trim, mainly because it included the 360 camera, which gives my mom added safety and confidence behind the wheel. I'm happy to say my mom is thrilled with her new car. Big thanks to Jesus and Allen -- if we hadn't met the right people, I doubt we would've made such a big decision so quickly. He really went above and beyond explaining the different models different technologies as I was thoroughly confused and unsure of what I wanted and he gave me clarity and I was able to get a car that I really liked. I had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership, which is hard to believe. This place is great. They are business people, but they are very transparent in their negotiations. The salesman I worked with Jonathan Rascon was very calm and professional. As I was test driving I felt confident in asking questions and felt he was working towards a solution and not being a problem. The building was very comfortable overall and the temperature was great in there and they had plenty of water and a vending machine with diverse snacks. Overall, it was definitely a step above my local Honda dealership in atmosphere. If anybody tells you an Acura is just a Honda, don't listen to them and test drive an Acura, these are nice cars. Finance manager, Luis was also great, he made the closing table feel calm and transparent, while throwing in a few laughs. He also offered snacks which was great because my blood sugar was plummeting and I needed sugar and calories ASAP. He was kind to me, Actually offered me a worthwhile protection plan and overall, I feel very comfortable, returning to this dealer for service needs and not very concerned about trust issues down the road. If you have a difficult credit history, a big dealership like this one is the way to go, they know how to structure a deal and they sought and obtained for me a great money factor in light of my credit situation. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Sold me an almost brand new car - they hid the fact that it had an accident. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned RDX A-Spec SH-AWD in May 2021. At the time it only had 5k miles and said it was a model/demo car. The price was only about $5k cheaper from a brand new RDX. At the time, carfax was clean and nothing was mentioned to me about any accidents. Fast forward to today, I was attempting to sell my car back to them, and they advised me that they're unable to purchase it back due to an accident reported on the carfax in April 2021. That is one month before I got the car. Other dealerships also informed me of the Carfax and the offer I've been receiving is lower compared to a car that is accident-free. To add to this, when i bought the car, they had me demo a different model, stating this car wasn't ready and it was being prepared. Now it makes sense that the car was being repaired while I demo'd a different car. I've attempted to get in touch with their sales manager several times but have not gotten any response about this matter. I will be pursuing small claims for this. TLDR: Bought a car in May 2021, they hid the fact that it was in an accident one month prior. read more

I have never experienced such incompetence and dishonesty from a so-called "luxury" dealership in my life. When I purchased my car from this Acura dealership, there were visible stains on the seats. I was PROMISED they would be professionally removed if I paid full price instead of negotiating the cost down. I upheld my end of the deal. They absolutely did not. Fast forward two months. I take time off during a weekday -- because apparently customer convenience doesn't matter -- and leave my car with them for THREE DAYS. After keeping my car for nearly half a week, they tell me their technician "wasn't there" to work on suede and that they didn't touch the seats at all. So what exactly was my car doing there for three days? After arguing with the sales manager and the original salesman who conveniently forgot what was promised, they offered to "dye" the seats back to the original color. Another three days without my car. When I picked it up, the seats looked WORSE than before -- yellow, dark brown blotches, the suede completely ruined, and the entire interior reeking of harsh chemicals. They didn't fix the problem. They destroyed the material. When I escalated the issue to the sales manager and finance manager, their response was essentially: "There's nothing we can do." Imagine hearing that from a dealership that prides itself on luxury and customer service. After being passed around to THREE different people on THREE separate occasions, they finally offered compensation in parts. The parts I selected totaled $600. Replacement seats would have been around $800. I thought that was more than fair considering the damage they caused. After I submitted everything, they suddenly backtracked and said they could "only pay $250." $250 doesn't even begin to cover the damage they created. From there, it turned into them haggling with me like we were at a flea market, not a professional dealership -- all while continuing to pass me around to different employees so no one had to take responsibility. This dealership does not honor its word. They wasted my time, damaged my vehicle further, refused accountability, and tried to lowball me instead of fixing their mistake properly. If this is how they treat paying customers who bought at full price, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

He took his time to show me several cars although it's was after closing and a very cold rainy night . After reviewing my contract the next day I had some questions and concerns about the contract paperwork. But it ended up being a small hiccup after speaking with Scott Stewart in an otherwise great experience. I than meet with Scott Stewart a few days later ( who was not the original finance manager I signed the first contract with) and he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and found a way to resolve my situation with no questions asked. He worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the final contract details. I was completely satisfied with Scotts professionalism.
