    OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING!!!!!! What an amazing place to purchase a vehicle. I have to give a special thanks to salesman Bryan Sotelo for going above and beyond. Bryan's demeanor is excellent. Also, a super special thanks to General Manager Henry Nava for putting the deal together for me and really making the car buying experience comfortable and pleasant.     I had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership, which is hard to believe. This place is great. They are business people, but they are very transparent in their negotiations. The salesman I worked with Jonathan Rascon was very calm and professional. As I was test driving I felt confident in asking questions and felt he was working towards a solution and not being a problem. The building was very comfortable overall and the temperature was great in there and they had plenty of water and a vending machine with diverse snacks. Overall, it was definitely a step above my local Honda dealership in atmosphere. If anybody tells you an Acura is just a Honda, don't listen to them and test drive an Acura, these are nice cars. Finance manager, Luis was also great, he made the closing table feel calm and transparent, while throwing in a few laughs. He also offered snacks which was great because my blood sugar was plummeting and I needed sugar and calories ASAP. He was kind to me, Actually offered me a worthwhile protection plan and overall, I feel very comfortable, returning to this dealer for service needs and not very concerned about trust issues down the road. If you have a difficult credit history, a big dealership like this one is the way to go, they know how to structure a deal and they sought and obtained for me a great money factor in light of my credit situation. I really enjoy my new ADX!

    I recently purchased a new Acura ADX from Cerritos Acura and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Justin, our salesman, provided out-outstanding service. He was knowledgeable. Very patient with me and made the entire process Feel easy and stress-free. Akram, The manager, also took great care of us. He made sure everything moved quickly and as smoothly as possible, which we really appreciated. This is actually the second car we purchased from Cerritos Acura and once again they delivered a top notch experience. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great Customer Service and a seamless buying process!

    Wife and I so happy with the service here. Luis Aguilar was our sales guy and he was fantastic. Wasn't pushy and great guy. We test drove a couple cars then went to Lexus to see what we preferred. Test drove the RX350, parked, made a u-turn back to Acura and bought the MDX. Finance guy Luis Sencion was funny as hell. Request these two. Great experience and was very light hearted. I hate buying cars and this was very pleasant. Thank you guys and the wife is very happy.

    I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Alfred, our Hawaiian Acura representative. Thank you, Alfred, and everyone at Acura. His support has been invaluable every time I've needed assistance with my car. I'm giving 4 stars because the coffee machine is often out of order, but I'm also giving 5 stars for the delightful free snacks available in the lobby. They truly make the wait more enjoyable. While it may not be car-related, it's these little comforts that enhance the experience. .... and I absolutely adore & love my car!

    This was our first time buying a car as a family after my dad passed away 2 years ago. My mom mentioned that, until now, my dad had always been the one to pick out her car--so this was her very first chance to choose the car that she really wanted. Over the years, she's driven Toyotas, Lexus, Infiniti, and more recently, a Hyundai Genesis. But her most cherished driving memories were with her old Acura MDX. So when I asked what car she wanted, she immediately said, "I loved my MDX--let's start at Acura." Through the Costco Auto Program, we connected with Cerritos Acura and were introduced to Jesus Vega and Mr. Allen Kim. These two are not your typical salespeople -- they were very humble and honest with us and took the time to explain things step by step without giving us unneeded pressure. They made sure my mom felt at ease and patiently explained every detail, making the whole experience WAY less stressful for us. Buying a car can be an all-day event (we arrived at 10:30AM and didn't leave until almost 5PM!), but Jesus and Allen really took the time to help my mom get comfortable with her new car. In the end, we went with the fully loaded Acura ADX A-Spec Advance. While she's always loved the MDX, my mom's needs have changed (she doesn't need a bigger car with storage and 7-seats, also the better fuel economy helped!). We almost chose the RDX, but the ADX's newer interior design--especially the intuitive touchscreen and cleaner interface--really won her over. Both the MDX and RDX felt dated inside by comparison. For the first time, we opted for the most fully loaded trim, mainly because it included the 360 camera, which gives my mom added safety and confidence behind the wheel. I'm happy to say my mom is thrilled with her new car. Big thanks to Jesus and Allen -- if we hadn't met the right people, I doubt we would've made such a big decision so quickly. This was a special family milestone, and these two genuinely helped make it a positive one.

    I purchased a 2026 MDX from Cerritos of Acura and had the most helpful and informative sales rep Luis Aguilera. He really went above and beyond explaining the different models different technologies as I was thoroughly confused and unsure of what I wanted and he gave me clarity and I was able to get a car that I really liked. I highly recommend Luis if you're in the market for a new car as he knows the brand and is very genuine. Thankfully for Rubin sales manager we were able to close the deal as I am not one that you can easily close on as I wanna deal and he was able to make it happen. Also Thomas and finance was fantastic. Only bad experience I had which is isolated to Akram was the assistant sales manager to Rubin tried to assist me why Rubin was busy and boy did that ever go sideways. Unfortunately he is one that will try to screw over a customer and not give a deal and treat you as if you're ignorant. If you have an encounter with him just stop ask for Rubin as you will be thoroughly irritated and get taken advantage of no deal will be hadif you deal with Akram

    Contacted twice. Ghosted twice. There won't be a third time. I'd say check out Tustin Acura or Valencia Acura, they won't waste your time.

My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

    Truly disappointed with this location. Lorenzo, the service advisor tried to charge us $25 for the…read morebrake inspection upon initial arrival. When I pointed out the banner at their shop that says "Free Brake Inspection" and their website which states Free Brake Inspection, he retorted that their website also states they do free smog checks, but he states they do not even do smog. (When relooking at their website, they do not mention free smog anyways.) Lorenzo stated the brake inspections were not free and the website got it wrong. When I asked him for the person in charge he stated Erika and Ezekiel were in the parts dept. It is a shame Lorenzo was the only advisor handling a long line at check in. He stated Corporate was aware of the brake inspection charge discrepancy. If they are aware and he is aware, why try to charge a customer for a "Free" brake inspection? After leaving our car here, we heard the next day of a list of repairs needed. Lorenzo stated they believed our brake caliper was seized but could not confirm it. He attempted to charge us an additional $289.47 for the brake caliper service and $152.10 for the brake fluid service in addition to the brakes and rotor replacement service charge we were expecting. The issue is that when we asked Lorenzo if he could confirm if the brake caliper was truly needed to be replaced, he could just say he highly suggests replacing it. From the beginning, this place was trying to scam. I reached out to Alex's Auto Repair in Cypress, who confirmed they could verify if the brake caliper would be needed. Alex's Auto Repair stated there would be no need to waste extra money if he could confirm the issue. Alex's Auto Repair serviced us, and simply lubricated our caliper without us needing to pay over $800 for the whole brake service like Downey Care Care was quoting us. Alex's Auto Repair took the time to verify the issue, charging us less than half of what Downey Care Care center wanted to charge. My issue with this location is they would have happily overcharged us for a service that was not needed. Take your car to Alex's Auto Repair, save your time and money. While Downey Care Care Center was busy playing around, we had to spend extra time and money booking a rental car. (Photo on the left is from Alex's Auto Repair who took the time to verify the concern and lubricate our caliper. The photo on the right includes one page of many pages of services recommended by Downey Care Center including replacing the brake caliper and fluid exchange had we chosen to go that route.) Makes me question if the remaining suggested repairs (not all pictured below) by Downey Care Care Center were even necessary.
