Extremely disappointed with this body service. The quality of the work is frankly weak: the painting is sloppy, defects are visible, the details are poorly fitted. It seems that the work was done "in a hurry" without elementary quality control. This attitude to the client and his work is unacceptable. For such money, I expected a completely different level - professionalism and responsibility. As a result, I got only additional problems and lost time. Took my car here for repairs, I was told that it would take one day to tear down the car, three days for the paint, and another day to put everything back together. Two days after I dropped my car off they told me that my car was in tear down mold, Two days later I called for another status report, they told me that my car was in tear down mode. That didn't make any sense to me so I took a ride to Certified, to see the status of my repairs. To my shock and amazement, my car was just sitting there, in their parking lot... Had I reviewed this establishment immediately after their work, I would have given them 1-2 stars. My brand new one month old 2017 Prius was damaged when an uninsured driver on a suspended license whacked my passenger door with his huge minivan door on a windy day. Should have called the police but I didn't know at the time. I digress. Important thing is that I wasn't sure if I wanted to use insurance so I went forward with the repair. I was skipping town and didn't need my car so the guys could work on it and take their time. I initially worked with Xavier, awesome guy, non intimidating and patient. Then I met the manager, Tom. His quote was way higher but I gave him the green light. We get back to town to discover the work was awful. You could clearly still see a dent on the door. There was no argument from the staff that it was unacceptable and they commenced starting over. Only problem was I needed a car and the staff gave me the run-around about how they were out of loaners. I was very upset so I waited for Tom to come back from lunch because they messed up and I was looking for some sort of compensation. Now I'm not sure if Certified Collision Center or Toyota gets credit for this but Tom came through big time and gave me a sweet Lexus loaner so I could go to work. He comped I-Pass too. The end product was amazing and I gotta hand it to these guys, even after they messed up, Tom really came through with that rare rock solid customer service. I just wished another employee could have given me the Lex in the first place instead of lying. Whatever. Long story short: pricy repairs but I was actually very satisfied in the end. My Mercedes was rear ended by an SUV causing over $12,000 worth of damage. The Collision Center had problems with getting the trunk to close properly so they sent it to the Mercedes dealership and after a couple days they were finally able to fix it. I just knew it wouldn't drive right or function correctly after the repairs. I was wrong. They worked with my insurance company to get mostly new parts when they received parts that were not of quality. It's been performing well and looks like nothing ever happened. Greg called me often to give updates and to explain that parts were taking a long time to be delivered. When I picked up my car I was allowed to leave the rental there even though I didn't pick it up from there location. Everything flowed well from lady who called to confirm the tow truck made with my car to the day I picked it up and dropped off the rental. I encourage you to trust them with your vehicle. Not only did they take 2 weeks to fix my car, but they also left pieces of glass everywhere inside of my trunk upon return. After the fact, they have been hard to reach, difficult to communicate with, have not offered any compensation and instead only offered to vacuum the trunk at a dealership 30 minutes away from me. Toyota uses this place & is owned by Resnick Automotive Group. I purchased my car from Toyota about a year ago. I said I wouldn't buy it unless all the paint chips were gone, thus having to have the front & rear bumpers repainted. Long story short, after being "repainted" twice, the paint was chipping in numerous spots & it looked terrible. I was finally told that my car was in fact not actually repainted the correct way, but just airbrushed. I felt my car truly needed to be sanded down to the metal and repainted the way it should have been done the first time. I went back to Toyota after they had it airbrushed a couple times & asked that they have it repainted one final time. The guy who sold me the car was hesitant at first because of the cost (since I wasn't going to pay for it.) Tom Hoch is the one who fought for my car to get fixed the right way, he is also the director of Certified Collision. He wanted to do nothing but perfect work & convinced the manager/sales person who sold my car to me to allow the job to be done. Certified Collision did a beautiful job. I was afraid of the paint color not matching, but I cannot tell a bit that it was repainted. It looks fresh out of the warehouse. The employees were very nice & helpful. My car rear bumper got hit about 2 weeks ago and the team Anna and Keith were the two that helped me get everything scheduled and repaired within 2 business days which to me was VERY fast and i did not need to get a rental. I bought a brand new Scion tC in March 2013. Three days after I made my first payment, I hit a raccoon at 70mph on 90 in the middle of Wisconsin. There was considerable damage to my car since it is so low to the ground, and I wanted to make sure it was properly fixed, especially because it was so heartbreakingly new (only 2400 miles..). Work was prompt and thorough--very, very thorough. They said I wouldn't even know I'd ever had damage, and they were right. The list of replaced parts was impressive--this was no band-aid on the bumper. I am not sure how they compare cost wise because I wasn't worried about it (I filed an insurance claim), but I can tell you that my car is as good as new, just like they promised. read more

This place is a chop shop! Not only did they use incorrect and original parts (that disappeared) left off my vehicle. Tom the manager is a complete rip off artist! He tried to tell me they did not paint my fender when it was on the bill, i called and verified with Xavier, he confirmed it with a yes. Tom tried to tell me they painted my fender flare! He didnt know i knew the flares come from the factory painted! Nice try! I have SO many negative things about this place it would take days to put it down! Not only did they piece my GX together with mis matched incorrect bolts, they replace 3 out of 4 bolts for my skid plate which is made out of metal and heavy, 1 of "their" bolts was just pushed in a hole they drilled. That is dangerous to me and to other drivers! If you want to get ripped off, horrible HORRIBLE work, if Toyota,Lexus, or Mercedes saw how they did mine they would take their certification away! I am currently contacting news stations, Lexus, the States Attorney and the BBB for arbitration which once they see pictures and for themselves there is no way i would not get my money back and bring it elsewhere to be put back together correctly. I am irate! These things take time, but in the end i will be happy with a refund. Also their lifetime warranty does not mean anything! They just try and try to rip you off and do a kind of job i can do in my garage, they are not professional and they flat out lie! They screwed the wrong person! I took my 2001 red celica to the original Dundee location in 2004 when I got in a nasty winter car accident. I hit black ice, spun out, and collided with a semi truck hauling chemicals backwards on 294. Miraculously, I live to tell the tale!! My boyfriend worked for Toyota dealerships and recommended that I take my car there. They had to cut my car in half and attach a new rear frame to my poor car. When I got my car back it was bitter sweet because I just bought the car 2 months prior to my accident and I felt it would never look or drive the same. To my relief... I must say, this place knows customer service. First, setting up thr repair date was easy, and the staff lays everything out for you. On the day of thr car drop off, was there 10 minutes and they had enterprise pick me up and get my rental car. Finished all of that in 30 minutes. Had an estimate for 5 days, but got a call in 3 that my car was ready. Showed up, dropped my rental with them, and got my car. All I can say is wow. Not only was the damage fixed very well, they detailed my car and put the tire shine on. Car looks beautiful, staff was great, and repairs are perfect! Well I wasn't happy from the beginning... When I called to see if they would do an estimate on my car the service guy De Jesus wasn't all interested. I asked if I could drop off the car, take your time and if I could get dropped off at home. I have a second car so time wasn't an issue. Jesus said he had no one available. I mean come on my insurance dropped $4400 on repairs and Jesus seemed to not care, almost turned my business away. I ended up dropping the car off and pay for a uber to get to my house. I only got 1 call in the two weeks I left my car there and it was the day after I dropped my car off. Poor communication skills would have expected a call in the middle about the status of my car. Once my car was done it looked great, drove off and when I was checking my side mirror it wasn't working. Supposedly the tech did not inspect fully since this was a side I was getting repairs of. I went back and spoke to service advisor Keith and said I was going to drop off car next week. Keith apologize and admired that his technician should have checked the work. Well I ended up dropping the car the following week, pay for another uber to get home. I was called the following day that my car was ready. Since I could not pick up the car till after hours I asked the service advisor to lock the car outside. Once I picked up my car that afternoon the mirror worked!!! But I was very upset that there were footprints on the passenger door. My car is 2015 Prius brand new and I would have expected a little more care. I ended up washing my car the following day. I found out that upon them buffing my car they left some residue of was stained on the hood of my car... Just be careful get your car checked and I'm sure there is plenty other places to take your car. The work that was preformed was good. But the quality of communication, inspection and care of car was very poor. This is why they get 1 star read more

Today, I picked up my husband's 2013 Toyota Camry. Once again, the Certified Collision Center did an outstanding job. We love the quality of workmanship that is produced here time and time again! They are definitely consistent in many areas, from the quality to the customer service, we were, and are, truly 150% satisfied customers. The car looks brand new and they always wash the car inside and out so it has a show-room appearance when you pick up your vehicle. They definitely have us as life-long, repeat customers, for many reasons. The paint is always a perfect match, the customer service is definitely above 5-star rating, and they make it super easy to deal with in terms of insurance company (no matter what insurance you may have). Another bonus for us was that they will call Enterprise Rental Cars (across the road from them) and make arrangements for you to have a car while you are without your vehicle. They also have a few cars on their own lot that are "for rent" while you are car-less. I opted to use their own rental service. It was convenient and super fast ($25 per day). Of course, you must have the "rental" car as part of your insurance package (for example, with State Farm we have "rental" insurance so our insurance covers 100% of the rental car). Another bonus, if someone else hits your vehicle and that OTHER individual is found to be at fault and given the ticket by the police officer and it is reflected in the police report, the OTHER individual's insurance is 100% responsible for paying for your car damage, your rental car and your $500 deductible. This was the case for us (that is, a 27-year old driving a BMW ran a red light and hit my husband's car head-on ripping away most of the front bumper). Fortunately, no one was hurt! However, the other guy also had State Farm Insurance and it made it super easy to deal with the insurance. State Farm reviewed the original Police Report, saw that the 27-year old driver was found "at fault" and issued a Ticket. Thus, we were reimbursed 100% for everything. Certified Collision Center also repairs other cars (not just Toyota vehicles) so if you are seeking a repair shop that produces high-quality work, demonstrates professionalism, provides outstanding customer service, look no further. This is the place YOU should be taking your vehicle to -- they make your car look like a brand new car off the Lot, which is why I strongly recommend them. Ask for Jesse or Xavier when you walk into their offices. They'll take super-excellent care of you from beginning to end. Also, they treat women with respect and not a 2nd class citizen. Love, love, love the workmanship, their customer service and also how fast we got our car back. They promised it would be done on 1-28-2015 (one week) and it was finished in 1-week, as promised. Had front bumper painted at this location. Within a year paint was cracking and peeling off in multiple areas of the front bumper. Simply unacceptable. In the process of talking to the manager. First interaction was not helpful at all. Manager informed me since the part was not from them they will not repaint the bumper. However, the paint is visibly peeling off in multiple areas due to poor paint application. Even the front staff admitted to me that the technician most likely did not add flex to the paint. The bumper is from the insurance company since I asked the insurance company to give me an oem part. I will provide additional update and and pictures of the front bumper that was painted by certified collision with the peeling of the paint. read more
