The best thing about them was the foreman who did most of the work which was done with attention to detail. He was reliable and experienced. They came referred to me so I want to believe it was unusual but I think the owner needs to retire or sell the business as it appears to be too much for him.

The other company was very responsive so I decided to go with them as the paint job was approaching.. aka one day away. I did not give Micheal the paint colors, or a deposit, so nothing was set in stone.. But I guess he thought it was? I informed him that we were no longer using him and he sent me a nasty text, that we are rude and *pissed him off* also he blocked my number.. no need to throw a temper tantrum, I made it clear we had multiple estimates we were looking at. He might be an absolutely amazing painter... but he needs to work on his kindness and revisit how he treats his costumers. In the end, I'm relieved I chose the other company who has been nothing but kind and responsive.

The blue was great and fair. I think he could probably charge more for his labor but I'm glad he took care of paint and everything else for us and made it easy. I'll definitely hire him to amid some more painting projects for us again. We also have this interesting patio with river rocks and I think I'll have him pressure wash the moss off for us sometime too since he does that.

He also yelled at my mother in law about payment!!!!! He walked away red with anger and no payment but we did pay him in full when we originally agreed we would. i cant believe someone could be this unprofessional and aggressive. I will be reporting him to everything i can. I have no idea how he got good reviews. From the initial contact (randomly, via Yelp and based on reviews) to the very end of our job, Robert was available to connect whenever we needed to check in about any details and he always had the right options for our budget and our schedule. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Painting for anyone looking for an interior painting service. We bought a house and needed the color changed from "realtor taupe" to something a bit more... airy. Robert showed up on time for the estimate appointment and we walked through the options available with his company. He was even willing to break down the bid into various components, so that we could decide if we wanted to do only portions of the work at the present. His bid was competitive but it was his initial customer service that really sealed the deal for us, when comparing with other bids. We ultimately chose Arrowhead Painting to do our main floor walls (open floor plan with an accent wall) as well as our stairway and upstairs hall. Not having to get on a ladder to get the upper reaches of the stairway walls was worth the price alone! We opted not to do the trim at this time, in order to save time and money. And we took on the task of painting the bedrooms ourselves. Robert was able to schedule our job on a very short timeline from when we accepted the bid to when we began the work. We wanted to get the painting done before we moved in. During this time, he was available for communication and worked to find a member of his team to get the job done for us. Right when we needed, painter Adrian was able to come out and do the prep work in an afternoon and then return to do most of the painting the next day. He finished up by mid-day on the third day. Adrian was friendly and conversational and his work was great! He made sure to do all the little things--nooks and crannies, above the cabinets, and all the edges were so clean! Speaking of clean, he left our unmoved-into home looking like no one had been there, it was so clean after his work was done. When it came time to do the walkthrough, he was willing to work with our hectic moving schedule and came back a few hours later. So this review isn't about the finish product, it's more about the estimate experience! During the estimate process, Robert has been excellent from the initial estimate to following up with emails. We had a few companies either didn't bother to follow up with emails/texts, or simply disappear after the initial estimates. Robert was always available for questions and I really appreciate that! Overall, I'd recommend Arrowhead if you are looking for estimate or paint project because of their reliability and responsiveness!

The builder had barely painted and sealed the surface leaving it open to the PNW weather. I was afraid we'd have to put new siding on at great expense because it looked so bad. Sam Mitowski and his crew did a fabulous job prepping the surface and put a second coat of primer on to make sure there was good adherence for the the paint. My neighbors are all impressed and I'm handing Sam's card to anyone who asks. We have more interior work to do and then I'm having the crew back to paint the house's interior. I'd like to note that we've refreshed and sold three homes we've lived in. Sam impressed by his preference to use Benjamin Moore paint. I've seen cheaper paints fade and/or shift color in less than 5 years. There's a reason interior designers/professionals prefer this brand- it's durable and easy to clean. (I do not now nor I have never worked for BM paint. I'm not related to anyone who works or owns stock there. I simply find it the best paint for the purpose. Their primers not only make surfaces take paint better, they save money on more $ paint.)
