Love this restaurant from Miami and so happy they opened one locally in Boca! It was right by Nordstrom. The inside looks exactly the same as the other location. I love the decoration and ambiance. Service was a bit slow...took a while to get our waitress at our table but Zuly was sweet. She helped solidify my chosen dishes to order. The children's portion of chicken fingers, fries and rice was huge. My kids shared it. We went with the lomo saltado and the 3 types of ceviche with 4 rolls. The quality was great. I'm always satisfied here. For dessert we got the key lime pie which was tasty. I can't wait to go back. read more

I've always loved the original location in Downtown Miami; I was recently there in December and loved it. Now, they have finally brought their restaurant to Boca Raton. We saw the wood wall in the Mall (Entrance closest to Nordstrom) saying that CVI.CHE 105 was coming soon but it was taking awhile. I already told my husband that once this finally opens that we are doing our date night here. Yesterday we finished shopping and noticed CVI.CHE 105 opened and we put our name on the waiting list right away (coincidently it just opened the night before). The inside is ultra trendy with Miami type vibe and just like Miami, it was a kinda loud but we managed. We wanted to sit outside or where the tables go into the mall a little so it would be a little more quiet and so that we aren't so close to each other (yeah, they do lots of tables right on top of each other). We started with their Octopus appetizer and it was delicious (maybe a little overcooked but good still). The antiauchere sauce was excellent. Then we shared one of their Cviche dishes (Pimentel); plenty of fish, shrimp and octopus in their smoked rococo leech de tigre and of course it had some steam big kernels of corn and some sweet potato puree. We were already getting full so my husband and I shared a dinner, Lomo Saltado but with Chicken instead of steak. Chicken was just a little overcooked (hard) but the fries were awesome; unfortunately the sauce was too salty. The server that waited on us and the gents that worked the room were all very nice; just wish the hostesses at the front were a little better with customer service (ask questions and got blank looks in return; the manager with the girls was much better and welcoming). Opening night and it was amazing! What a vibe! The food, service, ambiance, style , decor and even the owner himself made his way to our table to greet us and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Everything was on point. The decor was full of interesting pieces throughout the restaurant. The music was great and our Server Paul was on point. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered some Piscos to drink and sample platter of 3 different ceviches including a lobster ceviche and oysters. 10/10 The main dish consisted of their traditional chicken./ rice on half of the plate and the other half was Lomo Saltado 10/10 Definitely will be back! read more

This restaurant is beautiful and "happening ". We went at around 10 on a Saturday night and it was still crowded. We were able to get a table on the outdoor patio (which is lovely). The food was well presented and very tasty. I had a the surf and turf roll. It was large and delicious. My friend had the ceviche. I'm not usually a ceviche fan, but this was quite good and also a nice sized portion. The service started off a little shakey (too much trying to upsell), but leveled out and was friendly as the evening went on. This place is definitely worth a visit. read more

Great food. Terrible service. My girlfriend was really wanting the anticuchos. Waiter, Anthony R, asked do you want the veal heart or the beef. She wanted the beef. But that turned out not to be beef heart, but beef, which is not what she had her mind set on. No response when we said that she had wanted the heart. Then...he brought us the wrong glass of wine. It was a new wine for us. We thought it tasted just like the first wine we had had. No wonder: he brought us the same one though we had asked for another. Again, no reaction when we said that's not what we ordered. Okay, no reactions? No tip. And meanwhile...the server for the next table kept bumping into us. Even though there was more room on the other side of the table, he kept squeezing in on our side, maybe because it was a shorter walk for him? The food was really good. My family and I came here for my Mom's birthday during our holiday vacation and absolutely had an amazing time for our first visit. Ambiance was perfection, music not too loud so we could hear each other and chat. I can't remember our server name but she was absolutely amazing taking care of 7 of us and all our questions, she went so above and beyond for EVERYTHING. Food recommendations, service, etc. She had the best choices for food and coconut flan dessert was fantastic for us to enjoy and it was all delicious. We had the tuna tarteras appetizer, ceviche, octopus, causa de cangrejo were all to die for! Really good ceviche for sure, it might be kind of pricey but you really get a solid portion of food in an order. I got lomo a lo pobre for dinner and that was pretty good too - I loved the sauce and the meat was tender and good. Service was also pretty good and the waiter was friendly. I would've given them at least a four, maybe a five, if I didn't witness them allowing a dog to sit on a chair at a table and eat off of it. Like continually for their whole meal, this couple had their dog sitting in a chair and eating a plate of (couldn't tell what it was). Are you serious? Have some shame people. Leave your dog at home and don't feed him right off the table at a restaurant! The employees didn't care at all and they all sat there for over an hour. There are sanitary issues with that, allergen issues, I don't know where to start. This should not be acceptable in a restaurant. read more

No one does pisco sour like Cviche 105, but I think the new Boca location has a long ways to go before they match the one in Aventura. Terrible service, really slow kitchen, and the food didn't hit the spot like the other locations. They have a decent happy hour but only at the bar, and as beautiful as the restaurant is, I left feeling like I paid a lot of money for what I got. If you're looking for a drink and an app in the area, definitely check it out. Otherwise, there are much better places for Peruvian food. read more

I love the Cviche 105 in Miami! This was my first time at the Boca location and I was impressed! It was both of my friends birthdays so we went there for happy hour, just the 3 of us. The ambiance is incredible, very different than the Miami decor! The food as always, amazing and very tasty, clean and delicious, and the drinks were superb! The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was the service... the server was super nice but he kept joking that we were eating too much, we ordered 3 different kinds of ceviche, 2 jars of pisco, espresso martinis at the end, and the server would make a comment every time we put an order in. He tried to take the plate away and we had like 2 bites left, then he came back and tried again, there was a piece of bell pepper left on the plate and he joked again asking if we wanted him to leave the plate so we could eat that last slice of bell pepper. I know he was just being nice and trying to be funny but I don't think that's funny when we're spending over $250 between the 3 of us for happy hour! Let us eat until the last crumb, man!! I have been to the Miami location so of course I had to try their newly open one in Boca. I have been here twice at the time of writing this review. Once for lunch and ones for happy hour. Happy hour only happens at the bar. We enjoyed Pisco sours for $10 and a couple of other drinks that are reduced price. They even have good champagne for $13 on happy hour. I had a ceviche that I have had before and I loved, (not HH) which is. Conchas del Mar. It has salmon, tuna, scallops and fried oysters. So good! I have also tried their anticucho, which was meh, grilled octopus, which was amazing, and papas a la huancaina. Service was very good on my first visit when I sat at a table, but it wasn't that great at the bar during happy hour. There wasn't a lot of people. The waiters were just conversing with each other and it was hard to get their attention, but since everything else is so good and the ambience is so nice you can let it go. The core is pretty nice. The place feels very tropical and upscale there are lots of very artistic pictures of the owner, which are pretty cool and adds to the vibe. Overall, a really great place. Came here as a solo diner, which I'm always a little bit hesitant about. You really gotta be able to rely on your server, and Gabi was absolutely amazing. Such a gem. Not only gave incredible recommendations, but a lot of them for different pallets and really listened to what I liked. The food came very quickly, was fresh and absolutely delicious. The ceviche and the veal heart were an 11/10. I tend to shy away from restaurants with such flashy and often "touristy" decor such as this, but the food really did live up to the ambience. This Peruvian restaurant just opened yesterday at Town Center is another great addition in the Boca Raton restaurant choices! My girls and I enjoyed the food we had! Of course I had to have Ceviche- it's the place for it - it's called Ceviche Pementel $34, it's a little pricey but it's delicious! However, you have to be clear when placing your order though because I was expecting the price on mine was $26, a lunch portion but I think they gave me the dinner portion. We had high expectations but the restaurant disappointed. We had a "parrillda" ceviche, seared white fish with a bland yellow sauce. It was okay not amazing. Their appetizer fried yuca was very good , crispy and the spicy dipping sauce was delicious. We were going to share the "lomo saltado" which is basically pieces of sautéed beef tenderloin with peppers, fries and rice, the beef was tough, it was not tenderloin, we exchanged it for a fish dish that was not especially good, again a bland yellow sauce that was a little better when we added the spicy dip from the yuca appetizer. Shocking to us was how expensive this mediocre food was. Service was friendly and professional. The place was not full on a Thursday art week night so it was not an exciting atmosphere, a sign probably. Go for a beer and the yuca appetizer. read more
