The guys that sell the windows are very knowledgeable. The windows look great, but the installation was so so. The company responded to needed repairs very slowly. So customer service was not the best. My experience with the installation supervisor was horrible, he raised his voice at me in my house when discussing the repair. The consultation was very thorough, ultimately we went with CGH because of the quality of the product offered and the pricing was more reasonable than other quotes we received. We purchased 10 windows and 6 sliding doors. The installation process took 2 days. The installation crew was phenomenal.
