My favorite place to get drinks! They have OG drinks but I love that they also make seasonal and trendy ones! For example the banana cloud matcha! So many options i want to try them all. I love coming here because it's not like one of those overpriced places that have no taste

My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to check this place out. It was good! Parking lot was decent and inside is nice and cozy. The staff is nice and helpful. They have specials on Mondays and we were lucky to have gone on that day. We were afraid the tea would be watered down since it was so big but it was just right! I recommend trying this place if you are in the area!

Having been to my fair share of boba spots in and around OC and LA Counties, I've been exposed to the gamut of varieties of bubble tea. I was pleasantly surprised by this spot because I didn't know what to expect. I definitely think it's great that they give you a free topping for checking in. That said, I had the Strawberry Fields, which was green tea mixed with strawberries. The drink was refreshing and pretty tasty. Although it didn't blow me away, it was pretty solid. The boba was okay. Not quite as good as I wanted, but definitely serviceable. If you want boba in a pinch, you can't go wrong with this spot!

I was in the area and wanted tea. I found this on Yelp. Be sure to check in because your get one free topping! This place is in an older strip mall. There's some indoor seating. The service was good. They were fast and efficient. I got the mango tea with 25% ice and my free topping was the salted caramel cream. I felt there was more ice than I asked for but it was close. The cream was OK but I couldn't taste the salted caramel. I'm glad I gave it a try!

Great location, parking is easy peasy. The staff is what looks like happy high schoolers / college kids that are very friendly and helpful. The menu has something for everyone. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie & a salted caramel shake. Both are delicious! They also have the option for non dairy substitutes - love!

Finally made it back here and I will say they redeemed themselves! I got a milk tea with boba and Aloe vera, it was the perfect sweetness.

I love how much of a variety the menus offers. Im usually a taro gal but this time I opted for a yogurt based drink. I had a small strawberry yogurt drink with boba at 50% sweetness. It was very refreshing and I think it would be pretty yummy if it was blended too! The boba was not too shabby but I enjoyed the drink much more. I really liked that they added bits of fresh strawberries in the mix. The service was super quick even though it was the lunchtime hour, which is a plus! I haven't been to this location in over 6 years but the quality is just as I remembered.

    They do have WiFi!

Anyone know if they've updated their health practices/violations?

In the Help description it states they are an A now.

This place has had a Grade B for over six months now. What's going on? Used to be my favorite boba place...

Our owner did not get our B fixed, because the cost was too great. Our annual inspection is coming up though this fall! We have updated all of our practices and knowledge for employees since our inspection. Let me know if you have any questions!

    Do they have avocado smoothies?

    Yes!

    Do they sell giftcards?

Yes they do! They sell gift cards in increments of $4.

    Do they use lactose-free milk?

    They offer non dairy creamer

Do they make green tea with honey and boba?

Yes! The Honey Green Tea with honey boba is one of my go-tos. It's delicious!!!

Will we be seeing any new drinks from this store anytime soon? LOL But I don't mind just getting the Sea Salt Caramel Milk Tea, I love it!!

From what I was talking with the owner, he wanted to keep the menu simple (they didn't even have lychee) so if it wasn't on the menu, I'm not sure, but I think best way to push for new drinks and ideas is to talk to the manager with your suggestions… Read more

BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

This drink took me by surprise! Really enjoyed it! CHOCOLATE SEMOLINA OLIVE OIL LOAF It wasn't bad, but a bit disappointed that it was straight up chocolate loaf. Technically, it is more of a cocoa loaf, as it is not sweet nor is there chocolate in it. However, it had a lovely spongy, bouncy texture. Flavor-wise, it's nothing special especially with the long name and all. SUNSHINE MATCHA LATTE (Iced) Nekohama matcha. Latte was a bit sweet. But you can taste the Earl Grey and matcha. Got it with whole milk. It made it creamy, which was good. I did taste a hint of lemon in it as well. Honestly did not like that extra lemon flavor, as it distracted from the Earl Grey itself. I don't think the lemon was necessary. There was citrus flavor, but not tartness. I think citrus peel would have been better if they wanted an extra citrus flavor. Overall, it wasn't bad except the lemon flavor. Really threw me off. CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was nice. Recommended drinks were good. INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATS A-PLENTY Ambiance had a retro feel, which was fun. Indoor was packed! No tables or seats available. Smaller tables for 2. Outdoor tables and seats were available. I've tried their matcha latte multiple times and it's honestly comparable to some of the famous matcha spots in OC and LA. The matcha is smooth with a medium bodied mouthfeel, a velvety texture, and just the right amount of sweetness. Their thai tea is also excellent but my favorite drink has to be the hojicha black sesame with boba. The hojicha has an amazing roasted aroma while the black sesame salted cream adds a rich, nutty, and savory depth that makes the drink incredibly addictive. The handmade boba is the real highlight. It's soft yet chewy at the same time, it's just the perfect texture. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate that they offer a stamp card for returning customers. Hoji shared the same parking lot with a coffee shop we're familiar with! On a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of parking. When you walk up to the store, there isn't a sign on the outside. Before walking in, there's also a posted sign that says only 10 people at a time. We counted about 6 people, and proceeded to walk in. The decor is timeless and vintage. Super cool to look at and enjoy. We turned around and there was the cashier. It definitely is a small as can be. We took a bit of time looking at the menu and then deciding our drinks. We were a bit indecisive, but settled on their Rose Salted Cream and their Hojicha Black Sesame. The cashier was a bit interesting and didn't bother to help us or explain anything. He had us repeat our order a few times out of inattentiveness. It wasn't loud in there, but he definitely wasn't listening. Immediately after our order, he goes on his phone. Another worker had finished making a drink for a customer, and had to nudge the cashier to let him know the drink was ready. Even then, he wasn't on alert about it and made a face at the customer who stood up to grab the drink. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. We took our photos and left to sit in the car. It was quite small and stuffy in there. Our drinks were delightful! You can definitely taste the hojicha. The black sesame didn't overpower the drink, as for the rose salted cream, it was flowery enough. The boba itself was definitely handmade and perfectly chewy. I can understand why this store's drinks are a favorite. I deducted a star because of the service and attitude. We walked out the door saying goodbye, and even then, they didn't seem to care. The customer service here is lacking, but at least the drinks are decent. I might wait to see if any changes are made to their workers before coming back to try again.

H - Hospitality - The staff is friendly, respectful, hardworking, and personable. In no particular order: Zoe, Mandy, Grace, Zach, Piper, Reagan, Mackenzie, David, Ava, Amelie, Rivers, Casey, and Emery (apologies if I've missed anyone) all demonstrate a high level of customer service. Each person brings different strengths that promote a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The owners, Nick and Rayji, are passionate about their craft and never cut corners when it comes to providing the best products and service possible. I've witnessed the rare moments where a drink was missed, something was spilled, an order was misunderstood, or a rude customer walked in, and every situation was handled with kindness and great hospitality regardless. O - Outstanding Drinks - Having visited hundreds of coffee shops across LA and Orange County, I can confidently say Hooray keeps up with the best of them. The coffee isn't too acidic, and the drinks have been consistently excellent. My favorites are the Honey Cinnamon Latte, "Zach's Special," and the Golden Hour (thanks for bringing it back!). I'm not typically a matcha drinker, but the Golden Hour is my exception. O - Open, Inviting Space - Although Hooray can get busy on weekends, the outdoor seating adds a welcoming option. The nook in the back is a great place to disappear into a book or dive into your work. The bar seating is my favorite because I can socialize with the baristas. Also, parking is one of Hooray's biggest advantages over many coffee shops in Redlands. R - Reasonable Prices - Drinks and food are reasonably priced. They bring in pastries from Two Trees and Deuax. Always a good selection. They also make food in-house, and it's all delectable. My go-to orders are the Avocado Toast, Grilled Cheese, Quesadilla, and Turkey Pesto Panini. A - Aesthetic & Décor - Hooray has a cute, quaint, and homey feel. It's a great place to hang out with a friend or family member, get some work done, or simply study. The music varies depending on who's working, classic rock, indie, house, pop, rap, R&B, and more. It has never been too loud for me. Y - You'll Want to Come Back! Just like me! Thank you, Hooray, for being a part of the community and creating an environment where people can be themselves.
