I chose the Mexican rice, chicken, salsa, cheese, black beans, and some other toppings that the server recommended. It was really yummy! The protein to rice ratio isn't great as I had lots of beans and rice leftover (that would taste amazing as a tortilla chip dip). Otherwise, pretty yummy food option on campus. Being just a few blocks from Purdue's campus and having no other Chipotle's around to compete with, this location gets very busy. The worst time's to come are Sunday nights/afternoons, and lunch time between class breaks. Those are the times that you'll have to wait long lines for your precious burrito. The line staff can be slow at times, but are normally pretty good at keeping a decent pace to get you in and out. If you're feeling like a lunch break during the week or a burrito for Sunday dinner, I recommend ordering online to skip the line.
