    I have been to Chapman before for the same 2023 service. Champman service quote repair estimates given out $200.00 for alignment week before. I have 38,000 miles on 2023 trail boss. I bought new. Then (1.2.26) when drop off my 2022 Chevrolet trail boss at service they quote me $2,000 repair bill for repairs I did not approve, much less needed. Remember, I have documents showing no repairs needed on first visit week before. IF GM Motors is selling Silvardro's trail bosses which need expensive repairs at 38,000 miles of $2,000 plus, buy a Ford, Toyota or Nissian. Unhappy ASU alumni of 2023 chevy Trail boss owner.

    Contacted through messenger and got prompt response from "Cousin Chuy" - great guy, he got us all the info we needed, spoke over the course of the week, gave him our OTD budget and he provided the info needed to come down and check out the car. No "upsells", or haggling - a no nonsense deal. No high pressure sales tactics - a fair deal on a great car! Chuy was super busy this morning so we got some help from Corey Sizemore and he was excellent to work with as well - great team to work with there.

He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

    I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

    Do not go here. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance because my AC was running a little…read morewarm. I just asked them to do a simple diagnosis, no repairs. They rescheduled it to the day before a trip I had. I got there early and dropped my car off at the appointment time of 8 AM. I ubered back home because I figured it would be an hour or two. By 1 PM I still had no update. 5 hours after my appointment. I called and was told it wasn't even in the bay or seen at all yet. She said they would call in 30 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I called and they said another hour. We are at close to 7 hours now when I had a preset appointment for a DIAGNOSIS and ZERO REPAIRS. They then called and quoted me 448 dollars for a simple AC recharge with zero leaks or issues. Absolutely overpriced and ridiculous. At this point, I couldn't have done it regardless of if the price was good (it wasn't) because I had to get to work. Since they took 8 hours to work on my initial diagnosis, I had zero room to get a second opinion. I leave for a trip tomorrow morning and because they pushed my appointment back and took an entire business day of work for a single diagnosis, I have limited AC in 100+ degree heat. It is the dead of summer in Arizona. Also, a gentleman who came before me for some repairs was still sitting in the waiting room when I picked up my car, 8 hours later. His car was still not done. If I did not have the luxury of uber I would have sat there for 8 hours. So I spent an entire workday, the $$$ in gas to get there and the $$$ in Ubers to get to and from the POS Firestone for zero results. Zero stars. I will never go back to this company ever again.
