I went there for a very specific repair, diagnostic tests were done, and the outcome was alleged battery failure; a battery that had replaced by me mechanic a little more that six months earlier. To get the warranty replacement, I took my car back to my mechanic a few days after the visit to the dealership. The battery health tested at 100%, as did the battery charge. I will never be returning to this dealership. I have bought two cars from here in the past. A Chevy Cruze (used) and a Nissan Murano (used). Both had issues right after the first month. The Cruze I had to pay $1500 to replace the turbo in the engine. The Murano had an oil change at AutoNation Nissan and they said my front AND back brakes needed to be replaced. I got in touch with my sales person Brian and he said he would look into it. I let him know he had until the 19th because that's when my brother had time to do them. On May 2nd the update I got was they have a new recon manager and my case was transferred to him. May 3rd I was told that the vehicle was updated to specs when it was sold, and are they squealing and squeaking? My answer was yes from the first morning I had it. I reminded him that my Cruze also had issues and I wasn't shocked that they weren't going to help because they didn't before. I was then told let me check service history, and get together with the service director and Brian's sales manager. May 5th I received a message saying they're still waiting on a solution and that the sales managers father had heart failure. I waited for another response but never received another update. As much as I love Brian had have sent customers his way, I have recently stopped and warned them that they sell cars with issues and refuse to do anything about it. And it is quite a shame that I got treated this way because I work at a competing dealership, and SPECIFICALLY came to them because of how excellent Brian was in the past. And knowing that I work at a competing dealership I know that is how customers get treated, they act like they care and then when it comes down to the chopping block they are unwilling to assist or help and leave customers hanging. read more

Came here looking for a car, wanted to make sure I made a good investment so I told him I would consider their offer, salesman's started acting pouty and rude. I still liked the vehicle so I'm all about price. When I went to another dealer I was amazed that the out the door price was much lower even though the listed price was the same. I asked about this and they said they add a 1800 chapmen value package which comes down to scratch resistant spray, nitros in the tires and a few other things I didn't need, I consider this false advertisement because they will not let you take that off if you don't want or need it, it should be a part of the listed price if it is not an option, so I whatever the listed price is add an extra 1800 dollars on top of that and whatever other fees they usually charge. read more

It was a bait and switch for me. Waste of time. Dave told me that I can make a 500 deposit on my truck to lock my truck in. I called three times explaining how I was trading in my car and using my GM discount. They gave me a quote and when I got there it was almost 6k more and stated that the manager would not give me the discount. Get this because they don't have to according to the manager. And he increased the MRSP just because although the inventory MRSP stated otherwise. Mind you I'm paying in cash same day. Mind you time is very valuable as a medical student taking exams. Yet this is how they treat their valuable customers said one thing on the phone and another in person. That's three hours of accumulated wasted time that I can't get back. They are frauds. Highly recommend not coming here for service. Check engine light came on and the code read for knock sensor error before taking it to Chapman. Took it there for them to diagnose but because the code was checked the engine light had been cleared. Service dept decided they can find nothing wrong but all of a sudden my battery needs replacement and car is cranking to start.
