Best Best Best tire shop! Had a flat after business hours and there was NO OPEN tire shop you could find, called around, even mobile guys. I arrived at these brothers after I desperately aired up at few places. Needless to say, they saved the day! Sunny, Santiago and Eduardo are awesome. Actually all shop workers were very nice and friendly, even i was bothering them after closing. Old Tire patched nicely, replaced with a new one! Prices are very reasonable. The best word to describe my visit is bizzarre. I came here with the purpose of receiving a tire inspection and getting price estimates on tires for my vehicle. Here's how my experience went for both: 1. Tire Inspection There was young man who came to help and look at my tires. Overall, he had a positive attitude and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me out, which I very much appreciated. However, throughout my conversation with him he was constantly using vulgar language. In almost every sentence he would use the words "sh*t" and "f*ck", even while explaining details of the tires. 2. Price Estimate I was brought in to the manager's office because I wanted to understand what tires are available in their inventory and what the prices were. I asked if there was a catalog or list available on their tires and prices, but the manager told me that there isn't any. So now I'm struggling to understand what tires I could/should get and how much they would cost. He then tells me "let me show you some tires". He starts to walk and I follow him. All of sudden he crawls under the dune buggy that's in his office. I'm thinking he must've dropped something and went under to go get it. Then his crew comes in looking for him. And I tell them that he's under the dune buggy. They start laughing, so now I'm so confused about what's going on. The manager then crawls out from under the buggy and says, "Bro why did you have to give away my hiding spot by telling them where I was? You ruined my fun." After that I was in disbelief and just left. I wanted to support a local business rather than going to a big chain company, like America's Tires. But after that whole weird experience, I'm just going to continue to go to America's Tires since they have a sense of professionalism. read more

Initially everything was great purchacing new tires. I've been there with three different vehicles. Service was quick, people friendly and cost was good. However, when I got home and did the normal check for lugs being tight I come to find out 3 of the 5 lugs are stripped and barely holding on my wheel Apparently one was so bad Tire Squad replaced it with a different color and shorter lug and didn't tel me. This is what made me mad. They never said a word and let me drive off with essentially 2 lugs holding on my wheel at highway speeds. This is very careless and could have resulted in a very bad accident if it did. I understand shit happens and lugs do strip if using a impact wrench incorrectly, but I would expect to be informed especially when they traded out lug one of my lugs (shorter) which didn't get past 2 threads. They knew the problem and let me drive off anyway. I'm very disappointed in Tire Squad Santa Clara. read more

One of the guys punctured my tire. I don't think the manager knows that he does this. I got a patch from them for a nail and they fixed it. However, the tire went flat overnight. So I took it to America's tires because they fix for free. America's tires said they don't see any other holes/nails in the tire and they suspect the old patch isn't proper. So I took it back to tiresquad and told them the tire went flat again. They took off the tire and after 10 minutes they called me over. All of a sudden my tire is leaking air very fast and very loud. They said this was the cause. I told them I just came from America's tires who tested the tire and found nothing. Then drove for 10 minutes with it to their store. I also watched the guy take off my tire and dunk it in water there were no bubbles. All of a sudden now my tire is very loudly leaking air and they want me to pay for a new patch. I told them that 15 minutes before that America's Tires didn't find any holes or bubbles when dunking it under water. The hole they showed me was big enough that if I tried to drive on it, then it would've went fully flat and the metal rim would've dragged on the ground. When the manager came he offered to patch it for free and when they finished they were all giving me dirty looks. And when I got home I realized they took the cap for the valve from my tire. The only possible way a hole that size got in my tire was in that shop because it would've been impossible for me to drive with it. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to a real tire place and avoid this place at all costs. Stopped here because I had a nail in my tire. Sounds like a simple fix... yea well not here. Waited a while to actually talk to someone They do not even have proper tools to take the tire off and used mine. I was under the impression that it was 25 dollars since that is what people in the reviews mentioned and I was charged 40. I had no cash on me.. who carries cash these days anyway ?????? The person that was helping was rather unprofessional and rude and said that their credit machine is already off for the day ? Off for the day ? I never heard of such thing. Seems very shady business to me. Asked me to pay via zelle which I dont even have installed. Made me walk to the BOA to get money. Unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs and go to American Tire. I unloaded the rest and inspected the others two out of four are flawless perfect job but the other two are questionable.
