After trying this place several times I have to say it's only a 3 Star. Well I usually do take out orders because the location is very close. Parking is on the street and is limited. My few times dining in has not been the best . I swear every time I come they make me wait forever. The first time I had lunch with a few yelpers and the girl made us wait . ok I can see if it's a packed house and she was super busy but she wasn't. The next time I did a solo act and had lunch guess what I waited forever . well since it's so close I decided to do dinner one night and I waited Lol . in all honesty the food is fairly good so I will continue to do take out. I used to love this place but today we ordered shrimp Pad Thai with extra shrimp and I got total of 6 shrimps (it does happen here a lot with shrimp scarcity so I always order extra here) How many shrimps do you get when you don't order extra?! Overall noodles were pretty plain today, not even a piece of cilantro! So disappointed! Tom Kha was my second disappointment. 40% of soup were onions!!!! Never had 2 out of 2 dishes being so off. Best, best, best Thai ever. The spices are fresh and abundant. The flavors are brilliant and tantalizing. This place makes my mouth sing. Our normal order is spicy eggplant with pork, gra prow with pork, pad see ew with beef. When we feel like piggies or when we have company, we also order the green curry with chicken or the red curry with chicken. All are tasty, wonderful, and amazing. I was not as impressed with the pad Thai. The noodles are a bit over cooked for my taste, but, to completely undermine my review, I like really al dente noodles which is impossible to do with rice noodles. I also looked at the samosas and was not impressed by the look. I liked the shrimp appetizer but it was not amaze-balls. The fried tofu was not worth ordering. The chicken skewers were also not fantastic (I like dark meat but I married a white guy...go figure (yes, I'm drunk again)). I did like the green papaya salad and the larb. read more

4.5 stars, but I really like them :) I usually try not to eat the same thing twice since they're always so many things on the menu to try, but I know it's really good when I have it once I have to get it again instead of trying something new. My favorite there so far is the Pad Kee Mao. It's a flat noodle that they stir fry with veggies and basil and a meat of your choice. The dish is super flavorful and the flavors just work so well together. Ask for medium spicy. It adds a perfect kick of spice. I've also had their Tom Kha which is okay. It taste like coconut soup with a kick of sour. It's pretty good, but I've had some better. Their red curry is also really good. Really good flavors and I love the hint of coconut. We've also done catering with them and the staff are super nice, and do a great job in providing our company with meals on time. Everyone loved the food. Overall, they have really good food at reasonable prices and I know we're going to be back for more especially since I work in the building practically right next to their restaurant. read more

Really good place! we ordered tom yum soup, pad kee mow, and green curry. All three dishes were really flavorful. All the veggies were fresh cut/cooked. Good bite to all the veggies. We were brought water with a piece of lemon in it, which tasted delish. We ordered some jasmine tea, and it came in a small teapot and 3 tea cups. The menu was full of amazing dishes but we chose as appetizers were Thai samosas, and chicken skewers, and shrimp in a blanket. All were really great, i just wished there was a bigger portion. As a plus, they definitely do not skim on the portions, so you really are getting what you pay for. The service is friendly, and the food comes out quick. The restaurant and bathroom are clean. I'd probably come back to Charm Thai if I was going for tried and tested Thai food, rather than something outside of the box - and that's totally okay. Not sure about parking, as it was Sunday so we were able to park outside at the 20 minute slot. Greeted right away by an upbeat server who seated us immediately. I don't expect them to wait on my hand and feet and I never mind flagging a waiter if I need anything, but they are always very friendly and open to providing suggestions. My top 2 go to dishes are the Green Curry w/ Chicken and Pad Ma-Khua (Eggplant dish) and they will make things extra spicy for me which is great. I've tried other Thai food places in the area and the flavor is subpar and they never make the food spicy enough. The food was good but their seating logic was extremely flawed on par with what should become an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. When my aunt and I walked in, the restaurant was full (so it seemed) and I put my name on the waiting list. There was a group of 4 waiting in front of us. After scanning the restaurant I noticed a two top was open and and walked over to seat ourselves only to be told that they were waiting for the two top table NEXT to it to finish so they could put the tables together. Huh? They made us wait and wait we did. Of course another two top right by the door became available first and they sat us there. People kept coming in and out leaving the door cracked and letting Jack Frost in (annoying) and pretty soon other tables opened up and we asked to be moved (also annoying). First time coming here and I must say --- it is pretty small and it gets crowded easily so come early or you might have to wait! I ordered my food at 6:30pm and they said it would be ready in 20 mins. When I got there 25 mins later I had to pay first then they said it would take another 25mins. I told them I was in a rush, but they didn't care at all. They said they were backed up but I found that they prioritize doordash, postmates and Uber Eats orders first. I saw everyone besides the people who called in to order get their food on time while others had to wait long hours. I ended up waiting for 50 mins and finally got my food.
