Had a great time at the Chart House. View was spectacular. We went there for my girls bday. But happened to be July 4th weekend. And we were seated by the window that looks towards the bay and the city. Fireworks were going off at different locations and we were able to see them all. Dinner and fireworks. What more could we ask for. But also Tom our waiter. What an awesome guy. Thank you for your humor and making it such a pleasant experience.

While attending a nursing conference in Atlantic City, I took my team for dinner at the Chart House. It was an amazing experience as expected. From the beautiful entrance, the breathtaking waterfront views, the decor, every detail set the stage for a wonderful evening. The service was impeccable, the ambiance was elegant, with great food and drinks. That's the third location that I have been and they all provide excellent dining experiences. My team and boss were very happy and pleased by everything. Highly recommended this place.

This time I decided to do happy hour at the bar. I had 7 minutes to spare but made it! The bartenders were great. Very engaging and on top of everything. I had the HH crab cakes, tuna nachos, and oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were my favorite. The crab cakes were good. Not a lot of filler. The tuna wasn't good this time. The texture was off so didn't each much of it.

If you're looking for a fancy place to dine, this is a place to try. Great for casual dining with friends or date night, this place gives a very classy feeling. No matter where you sit, you will have a great view of the dock. We visited on a story day and were able to view the lightning and rain from our table. Reservations are recommended as you may have to wait awhile as a walk in. The service is what is expected for a classy restaurant. The menu is simple to understand and order from. Once the food arrived, everything was flavorful, hot and filling. Although I was full, I decided to order coffee and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was perfect!

Chart House is a seafood restaurant chain with 24 different locations across the United States. This one can be found inside the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City overlooking the marina. They are open Sun, Wed, and Thu 4PM - 9PM and Fri - Sat 4PM - 10PM. Reservations recommended. My friends and I stopped in two weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server Aamira was friendly, attentive, and very helpful with the menu. We started with kim chee calamari, clams casino, and coconut crunchy shrimp. The calamari was lightly fried and paired with vegetables and a flavorful kim chee and citrus Thai chili sauce. The clams casino, made with herb pepper butter and bacon, was a great first time experience. The coconut shrimp were perfectly crisp, served with citrus chili, coconut cream, and soy sauce, an excellent start to the meal. After enjoying the appetizers, we shared the lobster + shrimp carbonara, miso maple glazed salmon, and filet mignon. The carbonara featured a rich white wine cream sauce, the salmon was buttery with a hint of sweetness, and the filet was perfectly cooked; tender and flavorful with a slight crisp. Wonderful meal at the Chart House with excellent service and a great view. Salads, oysters, calamari were all great started and tuna, sea bass and prime rib were all delicious. Desserts were decadent.

It was a rainy night and couldn't leave the Golden Nugget Casino and was glad to find the Chart House. I love staying at Nugget close to the marina. We sat at a table at the windows excellent ! The food was great as well as the service. Highly recommended and we will return !

Been here a few times and I have to say it's one on my favorite spots for dinner when in the Atlantic City area. Their dining room is simple but a great view. Service is always good and friendly. I've tried different things on the menu, but I mainly come here for the prime rib.

We have been to the Chart House before, but it was our first time back in years. It was our anniversary and my wife wanted dinner with a view, and outside of a bar, this was the highest rated with one. We each had a nice drink to go with our unique bread basket. My wife LOVED the Seared Ahi Tuna app, she couldn't stop talking about how tasty it was. She ordered the Miso Maple Salmon and I the 9oz Filet Mignon, both were delicious. Mine had a baked potato as my side, and it was also cooked perfectly. For dessert, we ordered the Chocolate Lava Cake, we were recommended the smaller for us... however, I would recommend the larger to share. And the price... compared to the MANY other Atlantic City restaurants we've been too, this one was not bad at all! Overall, lovely experience for a lovely occasion.

We want the thank Alvin for a great dining experience at the Chart House Atlantic City last night. The service was excellent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass. It was delicious. Drinks were perfect. Pricing was about right. Thank you Alvin!

I recognize menus change, but I'm guessing the chef changed as well. So many items are called the same name as they were on the previous menu yet they are not same, like a shadow of its predecessor. I will say the cowboy steak was amazingly prepared and delicious. If I was reviewing that alone it'd be a 5 star review. Our waitress was nice but I definitely got the feeling of disappointment when we didn't order appetizers, we prefer to order extra sides and drinks which more than make up that in the end. Just some people don't and it sucks to feel like you're not a table worth waiting on. The saddest experience was the dessert. The sticky toffee dessert was my favorite thing in the world. It was fabulous. It's still on the menu, but it is not the same dessert by any stretch of the imagination. It now tastes like someone cut the bran muffin in half and poured some sugary sweetness on it and then served it with clotted cream that was not tasty. It used to be a tiny dessert that came with ice cream. It was so rich and was beyond delicious. It is actually a challenging dessert to make, so I'm guessing they've changed to this new version to save time but honestly they should just take it off the menu if you're not going to do it properly. If that plate was served on Top Chef and they would've crucified the chef as it looked and tasted horrible. I'm sure we will go again in the future but I left with a tinge of sadness that they changed a historic restaurant so much.

Then I saw their soup of the day was split pea with bacon and since no one serves split pea and when they do, it's rarely what I expect, I got that too! Both of these came out looking GREAT! The cucumber salad had a nice spice to it and the flavors overall were sooo on point! That split pea soup was also great... almost perfect! It had the exact texture this soup should have and the flavor was very nice. For my entrée I saw a few of the halibut as I was walking through the dining room, so that is what I chose. The halibut came out looking great! It was PERFECTLY prepared too!! The flavors were spot-on, and the accompanying veggies were great too. We were enjoying dinner so much that we didn't want it to end, even though we were full... so, we ordered desserts too.
