I am so struggling to pay my rent after losing my job. This Bank saw my desperate situation and truly stepped up and went above and beyond the rules to help me. I pay all the bills I was in the hospital 3 times last month. No one Called text or email Regarding the situation. I did mentioned my dad is 83 and they threatened to repossess the car Sending him in a severe panic... He called me I called them immediately and asked them what was going on... I proceeded to pay the late fee and a phone fee payment and the next month's payment over $600 I asked them why didn't you call text send an email You guys have been dealing with me for the last 7 years and all of a sudden you act like u don't know us. I feel this was on purpose and malicious and wanting extra fee can u imagine doing a $150 on late/ phone fees to 1000 people.

The first time i wanted to put a down payment through OCCU, but they couldn't take it. The 2nd day, i was told i needed to give the dealership a check for the auto loan and get the contract updated, but the dealerships check readers couldn't take the check. I came in today, June 26, to get the cashiers check, and as luck would have it, supervisor Myrna was able to deduct my down payment from the loan cost and give me cashiers checks for both! She was very helpful for me today, as the two teller's before who assisted me didn't have the authority to deduct my down payment. Thank you very much Myrna!

Because the branch manger will tell you that they appreciate it. So you can not be honest. Most of the branches are extremely large but not enough man power.
