Very Expensive cleaner! $4.85 for each item of clothing. Even with the 30% off the total came out to be twice as expensive as other cleaners in the area. One article of clothing came out sticky with glue on it. Although I was not impressed with the cleaning, their customer service was on point! read more

I bought my fiance a $350 dress from Fashion Island. She needed it dry cleaned. She took it to Chase because of the high rating on Yelp. BIG MISTAKE. First of all, the dress came back and wasn't even clean. It stunk to high heaven Second of all, they removed part of the dress prior to cleaning. Which was completely unnecessary. And in the process of removing the piece, they ruined part of the dress. Nobody authorized them to do so. Only an idiot would do what they did. When I confronted them they acted like they were in as much shock of their stupidity as I was. Do not go to this place. They are NOT qualified at all!!! read more

Chase Cleaners is located in the Costco strip mall off Bryan/El Camino. But they are more directly across from the old Sears store, which is no longer there. I've been coming to Chase cleaners for about 2 years now. Luna is very nice and always has a smile on her face. I think she remembered my name by the 2nd or 3rd time I was there. Services are usually 2-3 days, which I'm fine with me since I don't usually get around to dropping or picking up my stuff until Sunday. Yes, they are now open on Sunday! It's so convenient for those whose schedule are full Monday through Saturday. Their cleaning system doesn't leave a "smell" after you bring your clothes home, which is GREAT!! I never had a time when my stains didn't come out...especially on my white plants. I've had my pants alternated here too. Jeans, slacks, etc. Never had an issue with it still being too long or too short...(knock on wood). I won't comment on the price (cheap, expensive, etc) because I don't know what the norm is out there...but I think quality and customer satisfaction is more important than price...you get what you pay for. read more

I am new to the area and found this place on Yelp. Read the reviews and just knew I had to try it. We have never really needed to use dry cleaning services...since the hubby or me iron our own shirts and pants. This time we had 22 items: 10 shirts, 9 dress pants, 1 blazer, and 2 coats. Total price was $83 (just to be safe anywhere from $80-$85), I was able to use the 30% coupon for first time customers. So not only was the price great! The customer service was awesome. The person I got to meet when dropping off was Stephanie and then for pick-up, I got to meet the owner Luna. Luna helped me out to my car! Great location, easy access parking, and freeways are nearby. We haven't used the service of pick-up/drop-off from home or office yet, but that's a pretty cool option too. I love this dry cleaning store. I've needed a convenient dry clean store that's located by my house after moving to Tustin. What's even more convenient is that it is next to the Costco on Bryan Street by Tustin Market Place. This store has done a great job on every single one of the clothes I've brought to them for the past year and their prices are reasonable and there's plenty of parking. Amazing customer service!!! I called today after hours due to me needing my dry cleaning for an emergency trip that came up. Jim is one of the owners and is hands down the most helpful guy in the world. They close at 5pm on Saturdays and are closed on Sunday, so I was in a hard place. This review is just for alterations. I don't like giving negative review because everyone can have a bad day but this is not their bad day. It was straight up them being deceptive. They really took me the cleaners! Brought two pair of pants jumpsuit to get hemmed. I was asked if I wanted to try them on for the seamstress to measure them. No thanks, I took out my pants to show where I wanted them hemmed up to. Long story short, I asked how much would it cost and the young girl said it was $8 each. Ok, great! Picked them up today...a different gal helped me...your total will be $32. Excuse me? When I dropped them off, they told me it was $8 each. How is it $32? It should be $16 total. I was livid! She went to ask, I'm not sure who it was (the seamstress, the owner?) oh, it was because it was a jumpsuit and the legs were wider. I showed you exactly what I brought in! Sorry, it's $32! I paid the $32 because I wanted my clothes back but don't ever expect me to go back! If the young girl who took my drop off doesn't know the price, go ask! I was willing to wait. I found this cleaners when I moved to Irvine. This was by far the best cleaners I have ever used. Luna is so nice and friendly. Needless to say the customer service there is top notch. The prices were never an issue when you receive "Legendary" service. The only dissapointment I had was when I moved to Yorba Linda and could no longer use them for my dry cleaning needs. i can't believe what they did to a loyal customer. First my favorite dress was never found. A month ago, they told us they needed more time to clean the dress. When we visited them again to pick up other items, that dress just disappeared from our account. Also the leather part of my skirt all peeled off when got it back. Decided to give this place a try due to their new customer coupon. Brought in 10 items. Went to pick them up two days later and noticed a white dress shirt I brought in was still stained. I let the worker know, and she told me to come back the next day and it would be cleaned. Came back the next day and the shirt was not ready. I was told the cleaning guy needed to put the shirt in for a second time and it was still being cleaned. HELLO??!!! You have my phone number right?? Don't you think it'd be courteous to give me a heads up before I make the trek out there? Talk about terrible service! I paid to get my shirt cleaned within 2 days, and it ended up taking 4 days. Don't forget that I stopped by 3 times for pickup and they didn't even offer to give me a refund or discount for this inconvenience. Not taking my business here ever again. After moving to the area and reading some of the other Yelp reviews I was nervous to find a new dry cleaner. I found a site that rated Chase as the best cleaners in the area. Chase is a very nice facility that is always very clean and well staffed. The prices are much cheaper than some of the places I looked at in Irvine. They usually finish my order in about two days but I know they will rush some items if you need it. They also provide a free laundry bag so you can do after hours drop offs.
