But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. This has always been the case since my very first appointment. Because I love this clinic and trust Dr. Hammonds and his staff explicitly, I pay out of pocket for my visits. Now that Dr Hammonds has retired from practice, I see Dr. Rangineni for my care and I'm thrilled that the quality of care I receive hasn't changed! Staff is always friendly, and I've gotten to know this awesome group of people very well ! I'm always able to make an appointment within a couple of days of calling, and have never been in the waiting room longer than 5 or 6 minutes before my name is called! When you have a connection with your doctor and nurses, it can make all the difference in your healthcare... Dr. Rangineni obviously shares Dr. Hammonds' philosophy regarding patient care, and I will continue to see Dr. Rangineni for all of my medical needs. The transition between doctors was seamless & easy, with quality of care uninterrupted. I have personally referred no less than 14 patients to this office and hopefully countless more with my many reviews over the years.
