I came here based on their social media influencers. Didn't know how close it was to my nail place so I decided to stop in. Based on their recommendation, the top 3 is the dac Biet, the avocado and ube. I chose the last two but now I want to try the dac Biet. It was good! Flavors were nice and not overly sweet. It's a cute little place and you can even hang out and eat while you sit and chat. $7 for each and $8 for the one I didn't get. Service was quick and they also have a reward option. I'm ashamed to say I avoided this place for so long because I've had mediocre experiences at several new che places that opened up, and similarly expected this place to be disappointing. Finally my husband dragged me here, and I am beyond impressed with their che! What we've tried so far: Coconut and ube ball: Possibly my favorite che here!!! The ube ball is perfectly soft and chewy and has the right amount of ube flavor. I don't know how they prepare the coconut but it's ridiculously smooth and soft???? AMAZING! Their coconut base/liquid is light and refreshing, not heavy or too sweet at all. I don't know if some people might think it's slightly watery? But I think it's better this way, lol. We also had the coconut special, which is the same as the above, but with the addition of flan. The flan was not for me. It was thick and weighed down the lightness of the dessert, in my opinion. Pandan and grass jelly: Wish the pandan was just slightlyyy chewier, but overall, good pandan flavor. Also very generous with the amount of grass jelly included. Again, love how light the coconut base is. Avocado: Full of avocado flavor and I love the little chunks of avocado as well. The avocado pudding was delicious and I liked it much better compared to their flan. Easily my new favorite che place. Everything we've tried here has been so light, perfectly sweet, and delicious. Workers are friendly, and even when there is a long line, they make the che efficiently and quickly. You've got to try!!!! The Ube tofu pudding was like a dessert and drink all in one. It came with silken tofu, ube balls, jelly, and a sweet soy milk. The tofu was so smooth with a strong soy flavor. I'd probably pass on the Ube balls since these didn't have any ube/purple sweet potato taste. But, the soft, chewy texture still added a nice contrast in between bites. 3-bean was on the sweeter side but still very tasty. The beans were cooked well and overall was a great rendition to this classic dessert. I also appreciated their attention to detail in both presentation and taste. The che competition is pretty fierce here, but our favorite recent spot has been Che Vi in the past few months. Che Vi has various che desserts available from avocado to tofu to coconut averaging around $6-7ish. They're pretty quick with the turnaround and are able to make small adjustments like sweetness level. We usually like to get the coconut and tofu specials. For these, you get the flan, rice balls, green jelly, and ube balls. They also usually give you a cup of ice and able to give you more cups/ice if needed. We love that the che here isn't overly sweet and that each of the different items in the che seem to be made well with the right texture. The avcoado is pretty solid as well for us. Parking is pretty plentiful in this part of the strip mall plaza. Just getting in is a little tight behind the McDonald's and tucked away to the side. Seating is not too bad usually and not uber busy on weekdays. The only time we've seen crazy line is as I'll mention below the BOGO deal days where we've had to hover sometimes a bit to find seating inside and bigger groups tend to come in these days. (As mentioned, it's also worth paying attention to Che Vi's Instagram page as they have BOGO deals appear every now and then as well.) read more

My mom loves this place so when we are in town, we try to stop by and get a treat. My favorite dessert is officially che! I LIVE for all the gummies and chewies. The A12 Ube here has big purple balls in purple milk, and I love everything in it. Che Ba Mau ($6.50): Vietnamese "3 color dessert" with a mix of red bean, mung bean, and pandan jelly in a coconut milk base sauce.
