The store is clean and well organized. The staff are always nice and friendly. We always order combo tray with both crispy pig and bò lá lốt. The meat is very moist, tender, and flavorful. The pig skin is very crispy. You can see it from the picture too :)
A small restaurant, with some seats. It seems like most people do takeout. I liked how the food was packed neatly in a tray. The pork skin was very crispy. I like the sauce and vegetables that come with the food. A great takeout place.
I love the food here. Small menu, which is great. We tried every item on the menu and loved them all.
Decent crispy pork. The skin is perfectly crispy and the pork was tender and flavorful. I also tried the rice paper salad which is a first for me. Interesting chewy texture and overall not bad. The box size was way more than enough so I'm glad I didn't opt for the tray size. I was told it won't be good after an hour because the rice paper will get sticky. The grilled beef was a bit dryer than i expected and would've liked. The fish sauce helped, but was just ok. Definitely recommend the crispy pork tho. Lots of people coming in for to-go orders. Dine-in is limited to 4 tables.

This place served grilled meat with crispy pork, veggies, vermicelli noodles, and Sauce combo for $22. Great price! The meat itself is flavorful. Will definitely come back to order more!
This place is really good and their heo quay isn't greasy or tastes like it's been refried. They have milk tea boba drinks too but their main attraction are the fresh heo quay meals, bot chien that is really crispy and on the go sandwich! The only downside is the parking, but there is parking in the back. They have a to go pick up only vibe and have only a couple of tables here and may need to find a bigger building someday. They don't have much service because it is like a to go fast in and out type of business but the way they speak is really respectable and kind.
Quán Ghiền I really like the roast pork and the grilled beef wrapped in wild betel leaves here. The roast pork is flavorful, with crispy skin and tender meat. I usually ask for less fat. The beef wrapped in betel leaves is soft, juicy, and very delicious. The restaurant is not very big, and most customers seem to order takeout. Parking is spacious and convenient, making it easy for customers to find a spot. Food: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5
Quan Ghien was just alright. The pros is that their service was quick and the place was easy to find. There were seats in the restaurant, but not a lot of people were there. We order the heo quay and bo la lot. I enjoyed their sauces, banh hoi, veggies and the Bo la lot. I wasn't a fan of the dry heo quay. And that was what we came there to try. I, for sure enjoyed their complimentary pandan mung bean drink that came with our platters. So good! I'd order that drink again!
Ordered the Banh Hoi Heo Quay + Bo La Lot. When we got there at 11am, they ran out of pork belly and said it would take 10-15 mins. I saw a lady bring trays of pork belly. So good! It looks like a lot but honestly i can eat one whole tray by myself. Place is tiny but it's not busy at all. Will definitely be back when im in the OC!

Wowow can you say love at first sight? I am a pork belly/Heo Quay FIEND! I've been seeing this spot make its rounds on TikTok so I knew I had to try. I picked up the $22 combo tray to split on a picnic and it was the perfect amount of food between two people! Price for the amount of food is insane because it's so cheap imo! They give a generous amount of vegetables, fish sauce, and pork belly. Everything tasted amazing. The pork belly is truly the star with how crispy its skin is and juicy the meat is. I probably could have gotten away with just doing a tray for $17 but wanted the beef wrapped in leaves for a bit of variety. The true star is their heo quay!!! The shop is very small with a couple of tables and I saw two people eating at a table. They sell other stuff besides the pork belly tray but I didn't look into it. Service was super fast! I just walked in to play my order and was out with my tray in less than ten minute! Low key this is gonna be my cheat spot if I have to bring something to a potluck. Me and my uber driver won't be able to avoid the Judas cradle from Judge Shaiie_foeva but low key worth for quan ghiens pork belly (iykyk).

Stumbled upon this spot on Yelp and knew I had to come because I LOVE crispy pork belly! We came on a Sunday afternoon and were lucky enough to find a table in the corner (seating is pretty minimal, but we were adamant about eating there to be able to enjoy it fresh.) We ordered the combo platter with both the crispy pork and grilled beef to get the best of both worlds and we were in heaven. We loved both, but were so impressed by the crisp of the pork that we'll probably just do an entire tray of the pork next time. $22 for the giant portion was a steal -- definitely thought we would have leftovers, but ended up crushing the entire thing lol. We also ordered a pork belly banh mi and chamango which were both delicious. I'm already dreaming about coming back! read more

February 2026 - Ventured all the way from LA to get the crispy pork with lettuce and noodles. It was absolutely delicious and I would do it again. Service/Ambiance - Small establishment with only a couple of tables and a few workers. We dined in and there was a little bit of a wait for the pork but we were not in a rush. Parking - Small plaza but we didn't have too much trouble finding a parking. read more

It's convenient if you want a quick meal for 2 with reasonable price. Call ahead to order the combo tray with noodles, roasted pork and beef rolls for $22. Some times they will also give a free drink with the order. Not the best however good enough for a great price. Parking is tight during weekends. read more
yoooooo the crispy pork here is the crispiest pork of all the land! the skin was super crispy even after my drive home from OC to LA in traffic! like how? skin super crispy and meat super moist and flavorful. the bo la lot was also really good. i normally don't like it cause the ones i've had has been dry but not here. they were so juicy and perfectly seasoned! and yall, the sauce! one is the nuoc mam and one is mam mam! i love me some stinky mam! the spot is small but had enough seating for about 4 parties. seems more like a pick up spot. i ordered the combo and the gal disappeared to the back. when she reappeared with my order, she smiled and gave me a free drink! what a nice surprise! i've been craving it ever since the last bite! will definitely be returning! read more
I am super impressed with the quality of the Crispy Pork here. I ordered the Combo ($22) to try both, Crispy Pork and Bo La Lot. It came with all the veggies, Banh Hoi, and two sauces that you need to make lettuce wraps. The veggies were fresh, Banh Hoi were bouncy, and the Crispy Pork was still crispy after an hour and a half after pickup. The Bo La Lot was good and it's a nice change up from the Crispy Pork. I love that it comes with both the nuoc mam and mam nem sauces! This place is definitely worth checking out whether you are ordering for a party or just to enjoy with another person. read more

FIVE STARS PLEASE OPEN A LOCATION IN THE BAY AREA!!! I picked this up before my drive back to the Bay and devoured it that night. It was SO GOOD. The crispy pork belly was perfectly seasoned, a great balance of fatty/lean meat, and super crispy. The grilled beef had a strong lemongrass flavor and was perfectly seasoned. The banh hoi, woven noodles, were cooked perfectly. The fact that this entire tray was $22 was crazy! My husband and I were starving after a 6 hour drive and we couldn't even finish this whole platter. They are so generous with the serving!! I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in OC. read more

For the price, it is definitely a great deal for sure but if you are into the quality then I would say it's not quite there yet. The roast pork is not definitely pork belly, more of the ham/leg of the pig so just more meat, a layer of fat and the skin...pork belly is layers of both meat and fat with skin. The skin is crispy for sure but it's dry and abit salty of mixed spices. And the meat is dry when bite into it and flavorless. The Bo la lop was overpowered of the flavor and somewhat dry instead of juicy and natural flavor of the fat and herbs. Both sauce are good but with the meats, it just abit off. I know, I'm love these dishes and abit picky on it, but just my point of view. The place is small but clean and service is good and fast. The packing is well packed and well presented that you just want to dive in and eat. Plenty of parking both front and back. read more

We went to this place after we saw the viral combo deal for $22. The size of the food was really huge. No tax if you pay with cash and a free drink. The food quality is really good and the veggies are fresh. There are tables there to dine in but everyone just does take out. read more

Small shop located in a small business strip. Shares a limited number of parking spots with the businesses next to them. They do have table seating to dine in. I tried the combo which was crispy pork/grilled beef with rice vermicelli and veggies. Also came with 2 different dipping sauces. The pork skin was super crispy, light and delicious. The grilled beef was hot and yummy too. Adding nuoc mam sauce to the vermicelli noodles was delicious all together. I tried the Fiji drink. It was a lychee/house/blue green tea with kumquat and crystal boba. read more
This place did not disappoint! On a busy Saturday during lunch, I was happy to get a table. The meal is so well priced. We got the combo, for two people and we were very well fed. The beef is so well seasoned, juicy and tasty. The pork has crispy skin with well cooked juicy pork. The service was quick for one person working the front. Great recommendation for tasty food! Tiny little restaurant and food to go. Stopped by this afternoon while I was in the area. I had the grilled beef wrapped in special leaves with some noodles. Was told that is their specialty. My cousin recently brought us some foods from here and that was what I requested so I knew what to expect. A good entree! It was actually very good. Especially the sauce. Amazing. I love it that they give plenty of veggies in the tray for the order. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time (since it was at an odd hour) so the service was good. read more

This place is disgusted found a dead fly in the mead and Bột chiên is deeply fried end up trashing. Called to let them know and they would not do anything about it. For our first time here, we ordered the combo, the coco taro, and the "brown sugar" milk tea. The combo was actually really good. Unfortunately, they had already run out of bánh mì and it was only 5pm. The brown sugar milk tea, though, was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like straight milk with barely any tea flavor and almost no brown sugar. What really made this a one-and-done place for me was the service. I'm 6 months pregnant, and the waiting around really got to me. It took forever for anyone to come to the front. When a young lady finally came out, I asked for the combo and a bánh mì. She told me they were out, so I stepped outside for a moment to ask my husband what he wanted instead. When I came back in, she was gone again. I wasn't even outside for longer than a few seconds because my husband was on the phone so I was quick about it. I stood there for about 10 minutes with multiple staff members walking past without acknowledging me. I ended up giving up and telling my husband we should just eat somewhere else. He knew how excited I was to try this place, so he insisted on giving it another shot and went inside himself. Again, more waiting. He finally rang the little bell at the counter, and only then did she come back. When I told her we were in the middle of ordering before she disappeared, she said, "Yeah, I was preparing your order." I hadn't even paid yet, so I had no idea she was doing anything at all. She took the order again and I finally paid, but the entire experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I really wanted to like this place, but this was my first and last visit. read more

Ordered Bánh Hỏi Heo Quay as takeout through DoorDash. Well worth the price! Pork skin was still crispy after delivery. Seasoning had good flavor and not salty. Portion size is good and veggies are clean. Also ordered the mangonada. Fresh mango pieces were inside and it had the perfect balance with the chamoy. On DoorDash the business is called Milky Tea Bar. Highly recommend! read more
