The whole crew went above and beyond what my wife or I expected as a level of service. We were so pleased with the quality of the work that they had done that we took them up on their offer to clean our air-ducts and furnace system, during a later-scheduled appointment Unfortunately because our furnace Isn't a standard size, the filters that the crew had on hand, the day of the appointment, didn't fit, so the owner purchased a range of sizes, to try to get the best fit for us. The best of the three didn't really fit very well (but MUCH better than the one the previous company had jammed inside our furnace, like a taco...) So the owner of Neat Nix came by the house unannounced, the next day, with a package of the correct filters for our furnace; we could not have been more surprised and delighted with the level of service, commitment to quality and level of professionalism Neat Nix gave to our family. This is the second year I have had Nick come in to clean my carpeting and a couple area rugs. Just like last time, he did a first-rate job. My carpets, which had gotten pretty nasty, are now spotless and smell great. Beyond the actual cleaning, he and his assistant Gary are totally professional and very friendly. These are people that you will feel comfortable having in your home. Scheduling was easy and its clear that he cares about his customer's time. Not only is he punctual, but he is finished when (or before) he says that he will be. And, it goes without saying that he honors his estimates. Truth in advertising? Don't believe a word of those videos!!! After reading all the great reviews here, I called Nix. I had some really nasty stains in my carpet in the basement of my house. It's a large room that's about 35 feet by 18 feet. He quoted me that it would be around $250 to $300, possibly more. And, 'As long as it's not motor oil, I can get them clean' he stated. Well, they showed up and he stated, 'There's nothing I can do to clean this carpet', and left. So, after a trip to Home Depot, two bottles of Zep Carpet cleaner, a scrub brush, some intense carpet scrubbing and the rental of a Rug Doctor, my carpets are clean! So, Nix get's one star for saving me about $200. And that's only because Yelp doesn't offer zero stars...thanks for nothing!!! Trust me....try somebody else. Nix is worthless! read more

I had a huge scheduling issue with Stanley Steemer ... so I cancelled them and looked on Yelp Didn't disappoint ... way above my expectations. I didn't have to wait at my house during a 4 hour window. I made an appointment and they arrived on time. In fact, they called just before arriving to make sure I was there and ready for them. I've always rented stuff from the grocery store to clean this carpet. After 7 years of kid use it was pretty sad and was thinking about ripping it out. After Neat Nix I'll never try to do it myself. It's beautiful !! ... and it only took them a few minutes Another impressive point was the corner guards and mats they used to protect my home from their hoses. great experience all around. he's available when I call and don't have to wait around for someone to call me back. he was able to fit me in when I needed him and even was able to accommodate my last minute change in plans. he was prompt, courteous, and more than capable. they use corner guards so that their hoses don't scratch up your walls/banisters. they even fluffed up my carpet afterwards as not to leave feet marks. he left me shoe covers if i needed to go on the wet carpet. THE CARPET ACTUALLY DRIED IN THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD. i've used other steam cleaners before and it took almost 2 days to dry. the price was also reasonable and i got a new customer discount on top of that. will definitely use again in the future. maybe i should get my tiles and grout cleaned..... read more

He was there exactly on time, asked me a few questions, got right to work, did a GREAT job, and was amazingly reasonably priced. The cheapest I found during all my searching, actually. I chose neat nix based on the great reviews on yelp. They did show up on time, we're very courteous. I showed them the upstairs rooms that needed to be cleaned. There was an area where makeup had been spilled, was told they would do their best. Regarding old pet stains, there wasn't much they could do, which I was aware of as I had had the carpet cleaned approximately eight months ago with the same results. The carpet in General was dirty, given the fact that we use the upstairs sitting room quit a bit. Was given a price, based on my needs, with discounts given as I was a new customer. They started work. After they were finished, the work initially looked good, however, after the carpet dried it was obvious that the sitting room carpet was not cleaned sufficiently. They did a great job on the makeup, but the area in front of the T. V. was still rather dirty. Disappointing. read more

I saw their van with its great graphics on a street near my house and read the Yelp reviews. So I gave them a call. Got an estimated that afternoon and scheduled for a few days later. They arrived on time. It took them about 2 /12 hours to do about 1200sq ft of carpet and three flights of steps. They worked carefully and did an excellent job. Green carpet cleaning! No gross chemicals-- they do upholstery too. Super nice people.

We have two small dogs that ate something which clearly did not agree with them, yuck! Messes were throughout our new house. On top of that, there had been a few accidents here and there. We were certain that the stains could not be removed entirely but Neat Nix came to the rescue! The carpets look and smell as good as new. You would never know what a mess they had been. I used to own a carpet cleaning service years ago so I'm very picky but Nick was fantastic in all respects. His state of the art equipment was top notch. The carpets looked brand new and dried very quickly. He wore plastic booties when walking on the clean carpet to apply scotch guard and rake and left a pair for all household members so we could get around while the carpets were drying.
