I was able to schedule quickly, they were very professional and good with my dogs. Nick was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job on our badly stained and dirty carpets we inherited in the house we just bought. He seemed geniunely concerned about several permanent stains left by the previous family that had 5 kids. His standards were very high even though we knew the carpets only had a year or two left before needing replacement. I was actually surprised he got them that clean! We have a 2 story 1700 sq ft home with carpet everywhere except the entryway and family/dining room. He was done in less than 2 hours and the carpets were dry by that afternoon, which was a relief because we were scheduled to move in the next morning. I hired Nick to clean and seal my grout, which had never been sealed and was very stained. Nick cleaned and sealed the grout for a very fair price - $900 less than what I had been quoted elsewhere. He even charged less than what he originally quoted since he said the grout didn't turn out to be as clean as I had hoped (mostly because of the years of staining, which wasn't Nick's fault). Nick and his crew arrived at 9 AM as promised. Nick and I did a home walk through while he measured the rooms. He did all the figuring on his tablet and let me know the exact cost. I then left the crew to work their magic on our home which is going up for sale soon. When I returned the next day it looked like new carpet had been installed. The carpet nap was fluffy and stains I had despaired over were gone! The crew had taken care to move furniture and put carpet protectors under the feet of heavier objects to ensure any paint or stain wouldn't transfer to the clean carpet. This is the second time we have used Neat Nix. They arrive on time, tell you what they can and can not do (dye from an accidental water spill on an overlaying oriental carpet could not be removed which I knew) then they proceed to do a great job. The stair carpeting gets a lot of traffic and they really left it looking new. I had them clean 6 off-white microfiber upholstered dinning room chairs. One minor stain but mostly just dirt from hands on the back. After cleaning and drying, the chairs looked like the day they were delivered 9 years ago. Best part is they are people you want to be working for you because they are careful and go out of their way to not damage anything.
