    To go order receipt

First time at the location. Tuesday evening, 6:30p order pick up. You pick up call in orders at the bar and I learned real quick that you cannot enter the bar from the side door, cause it was locked. I'm used to being able to use that door at Cheddar's but they lock this one. There was just one bartender and a full bar of customers. She was super friendly and did her best with taking care of everyone. I waited for just a few minutes before she greeted me. Then I waited about 5 minutes for my order to come out. But it was missing the sauces and the drink, So I waited about 5 more minutes to get her attention. She helpes get my order completed and that was it. I ordered the chicken pot pie which comes with salad and a croissant. I also ordered a kids chicken tenders and sweet baby carrots. The chicken pot pie is really good, They make it from scratch. I recommend it. The salad was struggling, the lettuce was not in good condition. But I do love their homemade ranch dressing and their homemade honey mustard dressing, so good! And if you don't know about them croissants, You better get you some because they are super delicious. Anywho, this location had plenty of business so they must be doing something right. I know those croissants are always right.

Today was my first time dinning at Cheddars and I really liked the atmosphere. Everything looked clean and the waiter was very friendly and very attentive all The time. The food was just decent for the price, I had better but I want to highlight something...that fact their customer service was great and very friendly will make us to go back again but this time with family and friends.

Love how welcoming and cozy the entire place is! Many real plants, stone and wood walls, and the big slow fan in the main room really makes the restaurant lovely. AND it's very clean!!! Our delightful server was Maddy who was attentive and friendly and helpful. Her tactful timing was appreciated and we ordered our food. Dad ordered the chicken fried steak and loved it. Mom got the chicken fried chicken and really liked her food also. Hubby got the 6 oz. sirloin and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. I wasn't in the mood for meat so I ordered the vegetable dish which was a salad or soup and 4 side dishes!! Holy mackerel! Almost everything was fabulous and we all left happy and satiated.

Text that shows that we made it to the list but were never contacted to be seated.

We tried to get a table last night, a Sunday. It was busy as it always is. When we walked up to the hostess stand, the young woman told me to hold on while she answered the phone. Ok. Not that big of a deal, I guess. Then another (older woman, short hair w/glasses) walked up to the hostess stand and attempted to help us. She asked what a good name to use was and repeated it back incorrectly. She asked for my phone number and told us that it would be 10-15 minutes and made a face like she knew that we knew that that was a canned response. I did get a confirmation text that we were on the list, but we were never called for a table! After waiting for almost an hour, we walked across the parking lot to Real De Minas where we were seated and helped immediately.

We had a sub par experience at Cheddars. It's actually pretty sad because we always choose this as our spot to meetup because of its usual high quality food and menu. Our service was really good despite it being a busy night! However, our food wasn't very good. The catfish was heavily breaded (more than usual) which took away from the taste of fish. The onion rings and the drinks were very good though. So this was a mixed experience. Hopefully next time it will be better food wise. We sat in the bar area this time which was an ok environment.

Came here on a Tuesday night would a group of friends around 7:30pm. We were seating right away near the bar area. It seemed like two waiters running the show and being the bartender! Our waiter was great, very attentive even though he had quite a few other tables. We appreciated the fact that he made our table a milkshake even though it wasn't on the menu. The Texas Tea was amazing and beyond refreshing. Plus, the prices on these drinks are extremely reasonable. The food came out in 10/15 minutes or so and it was cooked perfectly! I had the BBQ burger and it was tasty. Nothing to write home about but definitely a well-cooked burger. The fish and pasta dish were fairly large portions, so we were able to take home leftovers. I was so pleasantly surprised with the bill when it came, our waiter was nice enough to split the check 4 ways and it was $22 for a burger fries and alcohol beverage! Great Deal! Highly recommend for a big group or smaller get togethers. If I am ever in the area, I would be happy to eat here again. Overall 4/5 stars!

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Billi. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She struck the perfect balance of being friendly while also giving us space to enjoy our meal. Drinks were always refilled quickly, and we never had to ask twice for anything. What really stood out was her attentiveness; she noticed little details (like bringing extra napkins before we even asked, and extra fries :)) and checked in at just the right times without interrupting. Service like this makes a huge difference. Because of her, our dinner felt extra special, and we left with smiles on our faces. Thank you, Billi, for making our evening so enjoyable--you're a true asset to this restaurant! We will definitely going back!

What I received instead of the Buffalo chicken wrap with everything on the side

Cheddars has a great menu with a lot of selection and I've enjoyed almost everything I've had there. However, every time I have ordered or dined, I have not received the correct food. But I do keep coming back because I enjoy the menu so much when I receive what I order. I have ordered take out in the past that was missing or had incorrect items, which I have let go but it seems to be a common pattern here and why I felt the need to give only 3 stars. We dined in this evening and our server was attentive and friendly. I really enjoy the atmosphere as it's rustic and welcoming. When our food arrived, my loaded baked potato was missing toppings, and my grandmother received the wrong items for her order. I did not want to fuss on my dish because they were busy and it was minimal, but also my grandmothers order was corrected by our server right away, fortunately. However, I put in a to go order, and though I have to take responsibility for not checking before I left, it took FOREVER for me to receive my to go order. I realized we were there over an hour and I just wanted to leave at that point and I had already paid. I was so incredibly disappointed with what I received when I got home. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with the coleslaw and sauces on the side. I received chicken tenders in melted cheese thrown together in an open ended tortilla. I know I should've checked my food before leaving as this seems to be a common occurrence. Overall, the food and service is great, if you can get the correct food. However, I will probably be returning here less frequently

    Trout (front) salmon (back)

The food here is really great. Love to come here for my seafood fix, as I feel they whip up the best salmon, trout, tilapia, etc. in Colorado. My only problem is the service with getting seated. In particular, there this one hostess who is prone to grab an iPad with a seating chart and walk around with it for an extended period of time only to come back and ask if you're okay with sitting at the bar. We always say no, and then she proceeds to grab the iPad and walk around again which is irritating given we always seem to see empty booths/tables readily available.

First, wife is a vegetarian and they had no mains other than Mac and cheese for her. She ordered the salad without chicken which was $25. They knocked it down to $22 after I asked why it was the same price without meat, which still seemed like a lot for a salad with no protein. Kids' Mac and cheese was not the same receipe as last time; it was a different noodle and seemed to be needing some salt as it was pretty bland. Unlike our last visit they did not include an ice cream for dessert. My fried chicken and waffles was ok--the breading was a bit soggy though and I much preferred the Nashville hot chicken from my last visit. If I'm being honest this was closer to a 2 star experience, but with how good the last visit was, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt they maybe tonight they were just off. That said--need one vegetarian entree for the menu.

Since then, I've returned three times--and I plan on coming back again. My favorite order is the catfish sandwich it comes with a side. The fish comes out a beautiful golden color and is served with lettuce, tomato, onion, tartar sauce, and hot sauce. The catfish is battered perfectly--crispy, flavorful, and not overly salty. Every bite was delicious. The menu offers a great variety of soul food favorites. I noticed greens, sweet potatoes, red beans and rice, shrimp, and several other comforting dishes. There was something for everyone. What really stands out is the customer service. Mr. Swirk always acknowledges customers when they walk in. Whether he's busy or not, he lets you know he'll be with you shortly or takes your order right away. That personal touch makes you feel welcome.
