Arrived with a party of 10 and were told that it would be about 30 minutes wait time, which was great. Once our table was ready, the host walked us in and directed us to two booths, not directly next to each other. I was a bit upset, because we were not told our group would be divided. We wouldn't have agreed to dine in, if that was the case. After going back and forth with the host and another manager/server, not sure who really, we decided to break our group as best between the two booths. Our server, Mitch, was phenomenal. He worked his magic and saved the night and took wonderful care of our now divided group. Food was good, drinks were great, and the service provided by Mitch was phenomenal. Not sure this review would have been a 4 start without Mitch.

Onion pack is a must. Service was great. I had the beer battered shrimp and fish platter, very good. Check this place out.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated right away, as it was not crowded at all. I love Cheddars for the pricing and proportions that you receive for it, and this was no different. The top sirloin and shrimp hit the spot!

Met up with some friends for lunch here. We arrived right at 11 AM when the location opened. I went with the grilled chicken pecan salad. I really enjoyed the salad, although the candied pecans were pretty hard to bite so I ended up leaving most of them in the salad. Really enjoy the honey Dijon dressing that goes with the salad because it gives it a nice tan and the chicken was cooked perfectly. They have a large parking lot so plenty of space to park and it is a pretty large location so if you have a group, definitely a good location to bring them to

I wasn't sure what to expect when we went into Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, the parking was fairly quiet and we had no wait when we went into the restaurant. We were greeted and seated immediately, and it was lunch time so it was fairly quiet in the restaurant. There's a nice cozy atmosphere, with booths, tables, and little alcoves where you can be seated. The decor and the theming are modern but homely. We were very quickly greeted by our server and he asked if we had been here before and gave us a few suggestions as we were both new. Shortly after he brought the house honey butter croissants which I have to say are the best item I've had as a free "bread" option. You get one order of the croissants for free and we definitely asked for some more to go home with at the end!! I've always been a pastry fan and these croissants were fresh and tasty and the honey butter was absolutely incredible. Food came out shortly after, it was hot, the fries were perfectly seasoned and my fish was light and flaky. I'd read a lot of mixed reviews about Cheddar's but they were quickly put to rest, because our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Our server was excellent, very attentive and friendly, I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he was a tall Latino gentleman with short hair in a Caesar cut. We will definitely be back as the all around experience was amazing and the food was great, and the prices were competitive, especially on the lunch menu!

Kicked off with a WATERMELON TEXAS FROZEN SWIRL and a complimentery HONEY BUTTER CROISSANTS. Followed by DIJON CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS with SOUTHERN GREEN BEANS and a CAESAR SALAD. Sooooo....starting with the cocktail. Shouldn't be a surprise that that it was a little too sweet, but also artificial and a sort of medicine taste to it. The salad was basic and nothing too memorable about it. As for the chicken, the Dijon sauce was the best part. The chicken itself was a little dry and over done. The rice and green beans were under done with both having a little too much crunch!

Great many options for all tastes. Great service, attentive and friendly. Ambience is loud. Many kids crying unfortunately.

Cheddar's Trio Sampler The spinach dip was crunchy, queso salty and watery. Chicken tenders were great!

The food was good but our Server Drew made the experience better. He was patient and funny. We had a party of 5 and Drew was on it! Everything came out hot and fresh. He explained corporate is making some changes and I know times are hard but some things don't make sense! Like cutting back on napkins. People always ask for extra napkins. We had a dozen of small to go boxes instead of a couple of big boxes. I'm a business owner so that's wasteful! We enjoyed everything appetizer platter. The spinach dip, it was just roughage! Wasn't creamy, no cheese, dry and crunchy! Didn't like the queso either. It was very salty and runny. But other than that everything was good! My family really enjoyed the happy hour drinks they have all day. But their menu is pretty economical, especially in today's economy!

There were a lot of people hanging around outside the restaurant when we arrived. I assumed that it would be a long wait due to the crowd. However, we were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. The atmosphere was dimly lit, yet cozy and romantic. There were TVs around the restaurant with a huge beautiful fish tank being its focal point. Our server was a friendly gentleman, but I forgot his name. We decided to forgo the appetizers and dive right into ordering the entrees. I ordered the 8oz steak with fries and a house salad. We also ordered chicken fingers with fries, and a shrimp and broccoli Alfredo. The food was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for American comfort food.

First time in this location and, another win! Service is casual and friendly, food is glorious, and the painkiller was killing it! I had the country fried steak, and I was a little hesitant due to other locations, making it extremely breaded . But this one was on point. My girlfriend had the chicken tenders and shrimps, and they were perfectly crispy. Yes, the croissants were freshly done and still warm. I didn't give five stars because there was an issue with our dessert . It took half an hour . However, let me be very clear and emphasize that the server kept checking back with us and let us know that they had an issue with the cookie and had to remake it. The manager even came and apologize and offered us something else and yes, the dessert was on the house. It's just that it was an insane amount of time. But that won't keep me from returning and being a loyal cheddars fan.

We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.

Good idea on a Friday night because it certainly was busy. When you step in you feel like you're entering a tasteful log lodge with rustic charm. Voices are a bit noisy inside on a busy night. Could barely hear the background music playing, but able to converse among our table. It got pretty chilly in there as the night progressed. The A/C was cranking in our spot. When our server, Millie, learned it'd be 8 separate checks for our table, we received an eye-roll. However, at the conclusion of our meal I completely understood why. She had to carry over a cumbersome number of POS devices for our individual payments. Millie did provide excellent service, though. She was personable and attentive. As majority first-time guests, she gave us a free chips & dip appetizer. Initially candy bacon had run out, but after expressing our disappointment, Ryan the manager, ensured some materialized. We all loved it! The food does take a while because it's made from scratch, as promised. The presentation and taste are top-notch. Everyone was very pleased, each of us impressed with the level of care we experienced and the delicious cuisine. The food that we ordered was decent, but nothing memorable if I'm going to be honest. The rice in my bowl was mushy , a big NO NO. The blacked chicken was flavorful. The grilled cheese tasted good. For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.
