Fish and vegetables.

We recently had a gift card so off to Cheddar's we went. Although we were seated immediately and our server was extremely friendly and attentive the food was average at best. My fish was just OK and the broccoli with cheeses was mostly bread crumbs. My wife opted for a veggie platter and thought te green beans were rather sweet and also thought the broccoli with cheese was mostly bread crumbs. The star of the meal was the warm croissants that they offer you prior to getting your meal.

Personally, I really like Cheddar's. It's very similar to O'Charley's but the chicken tenders and mustard are better at O'Charley's. They do have a lot more options on the menu though. We were going to go to Texas Roadhouse across the street but they were slammed! Almost a 45min wait! Prob cuz the holidays draws a lot of families to eat out. Parking was easy at Cheddars with almost no wait. But there were tons of people waiting when we left. We both got sweet tea. Delicious! I got the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. My friend got grilled salmon with baked potato and green beans. Yum! We both enjoyed our meals. Although I still felt hungry. LOL probably because we ate at 4:30 and I don't usually eat until 6 or 7. Service was good. Our server did a great job checking in. Food came out quickly too. Prob cuz the kitchen wasn't busy. I won't mind coming back! Parking is a lot better at this location than the one in the East end.

Came to celebrate my daughters 8th grade promotion. As usual, the ambiance was nice. I always love the decor and semi low lights. My waitress was amazing. She was attentive, friendly and interacted with us a lot. I must say it was impressive as the table across from us were giving her a very hard time. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken with broccoli cheese casserole, my partner got the New Orleans Pasta , daughter got ribs and shrimp and son got a kids burger meal. Everything was delicious and as usual, a great serving size!

Service was ok. Would rather eat dog food or roadkill. Just go to Texas Roadhouse. There was no wait to sit down and I know why.

The cornbread was served with Sorghum butter which I wasn't a huge fan of however I've been dreaming about those Fried Green Tomatoes ever since. They were served on top of Pimento Cheese, and covered in what seemed like a Chipotle sauce and as well as corn. They were fried to perfection, and the tomatoes were crisp. One of my friends got the deviled eggs which were also really good! I ordered their version of an espresso martini which I also wasn't a fan of, 10 / 10 don't recommend if you prefer them with real espresso so I switched to beer. It was a Thursday and they have a ton of TVs along with the Sunday ticket to watch Football so we were able to sit outside and watch the game which was nice. For my meal I got an order of 5 Chicken tenders and a basket of wedges to share. The chicken tenders were hand breaded, juicy and delicious!! I also got a few of the dipping sauce to try as well which were buffalo ranch, honey mustard, ranch and Jalapeño ranch and they were all really good and could tell they were homemade. The wedges were seasoned and were served with Chili Crunch Aioli which was fire! I also got to try the Mac and Cheese which was also really tasty! I can't wait to go back to try the other items on the menu!

There are also picnic tables out front. You get a faint whiff of the grill/smoker upon entering. Kylie was our bartender and she was fabulous - knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with patience. Wife ordered a mango margarita and doesn't like a lot of tequila, so Kylie went half and gave her a shot on the side in case she wanted to add more. It was wonderful. I had a couple of beers. We started with the fried mushrooms, which aren't what you would expect. It's two large portobellos cut into chunks, battered, fried, and served with sun-dried tomato mayo. They were great. I then ordered a duck taco, brisket taco, and a side of Grippo Fries with smoked mayo. I'd never tried duck but that taco was smack-a-lackin'. The brisket taco was also good, and the fries were fantastic - sweet and spicy, fresh cut, and crispy. Wife ordered a pork belly slider and truffle fries. She enjoyed the slider but didn't care for the fries - just not her thing. The portions here are large. A side of fries will feed three people. We took a hefty portion of them home, as well as some of the mushrooms. We could've sat there at the bar and spent 3 hours socializing and enjoying a smattering of cocktails - love the setting. Look forward to going back and trying one of the burgers at some point.

Well I'd classify this place as a dive bar in the sense of the word. It's definitely not 4 star…read morenoted and maybe not the best exclusive signage and overall 4 star appeal; but it a diamond in the rough, persa. This place is quaint, nice location (on a corner ) decent seating, not a big outdoor dining area, the bar is long and has the memories of the old day saloon. Now the food; terribly good! Menu isn't extensive but good items and variety that will satisfy anyone's appetite. It was Father's Day but as soon as it opened they were quickly filled with patrons and people kept coming; even waiting to get in. The fries in duck fat were awesome. Since so many baskets of fries like this for a long time. The smoked wings are great, meaty and savory. I had the pork belly tacos; my only disappointment was you only get 2 per order. The fine combination of ingredients were splendid and the pork belly so tender. My wife had the bbq pork sandwich on pretzel bun. Very good tasting and this was with no bbq sauce on it. If you're in the area, do yourself a a favor and stop in. I can't wait to go back ( as we live in southern Indiana) so might be a bit but definitely want to try a few other items.

But this kale job was mighty tasty, and the coldness of the salad went nicely with the hot salmon filet. We also got the smoked turkey Cobb salad, which was satisfying and had lots of stuff in it. If you want a salad with a variety of colors and flavors and textures, this is the salad to get. We shared the Thai chicken skewers to start. Very good! Our server really talked up the pastas since the sauces are excellent. So we had to order the Alfredo with shrimp and shared the pepperoni pizza with pesto on the side. The pizza wasn't greasy at all and you could tell the pepp and the pesto were made fresh. Even the Alfredo had such a nice creamy flavor.
