First time trying this restaurant. We went last night and had to wait 20 minutes, which was not bad at all. When it was time to seat us, we were taken to the back right side of the restaurant. During the walk to the seating, we noticed trash everywhere on the floor. At our table, it appeared to be cleaned which it was not. The table had fresh placemats laid over a sticky crumb-filled table. The seats were loaded with food and drink debris and the floor under the table was gross. I looked at my daughter and granddaughter, and we immediately turned around to leave. We stopped at the hostess stand and told the hostess and she said "oh, we can clean the table for you" I just told her, that area should have been sanitized after each seating. The hostess looked at me and said "oh, okay" and turned back around to help the next customer. This was a filthy environment and I did not feel comfortable patronizing a business where the fish tank is the cleanest thing in the restaurant. read more

Once we got to the table it was so uneven that we asked to change tables, well we didn't see our waiter for 10 minutes, then they lost the ticket so it took 30 minutes to get our food and our waiter didn't check on us once while we waited! Why 5? Unbelievable Cheap prices, huge portions and awesome food. Came here twice ordering 2 appetizers ribs, ribeye steak, philly cheese steak, monte Cristo, Tuscan chicken , all were delicious. The score was a 100 so I figured it would be good. I was told the wait for my party of 7 would be an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours and went back inside asking what was going on and they said they were waiting on someone to get up and leave. Waited another 30 minutes and stil nothing. The hostess claimed they were cleaning off the table, so I waited another 30 minute and still nothing. The manager came up with the worst attitude claiming they only had 2 waitresses when I seen way more then that. There was multiple tables dirty and every seemed to have an attitude, so I left. Our food came out and both plates didn't have rice like they were suppose to. When the waiter finally came back to the table, we asked where the rice was. I've been to many Cheddars over the last 15 years. This chain, though growing quickly, is not as large as many other restaurant chains. However, when you see one, you need to stop and eat! With the exception of just one location, I've always had a great meal with great service. This location is no exception! I arrived with my friends for lunch. The parking lot was nearly full, but don't let that stop you. We were seated immediately and were taken care of properly. Portions are good, prices have gone up over the years, but are still respectable. If you are new to Cheddars and not sure what to go, the chicken tenders are a staple. My wife loves them and they might be the most popular item on the menu. Some of my lunch favorites include the buffalo chicken wrapper, Monte Cristo and more. Salads are huge. I honestly don't understand how this place has some good reviews. The floors were super dirty, greasy and there was trash all over the floor, nobody from the staff seemed to care how dirty the restaurant looked nor tried to sweep at least. The food was terrible! I ordered the New Orleans pasta & it was not good at all, horrible in taste. I do not recommend. The only descent foods were the chicken nuggets and the croissant they give u. The service was ok. Our sever was nice, but spoke very low so it was hard to hear her in such a loud environment. They provide a booster seat for our youngest child, but it was greasy and there was no buckle to secure him in so he wouldn't fall so I had to keep my hand around him so he wouldn't fall under the table. I was quite disappointed with the food quality and how dirty this restaurant was as it was my first time and was looking forward to a good meal. I filed a complaint and when I spoke to the manager (Dennis) he said he was going to send me a gift card to come try cheddars out again. I only file a complaint if my experience was beyond over looking. Not only did I not receive the gift card I was told I would receive but I never heard back from him. We spent a lot of money every time we did eat there and for a family of five plus other relatives it's not cheap by any means. To get raw food and it's cold at the same time then get lied to by the lady who was in charge that night was beyond unprofessional then for the district manager not to follow through makes me realize what kind of business he is in charge of. Our food always came out cold. The broccoli was hard and rubbery. The manager working that night told our waitress to tell me they can't make the broccoli soft when you want cheese on it. Really? Even I know how to cook it right. To top it off I asked to speak to her and she didn't even come out to talk to us. All they did to try and make it soft 3 times was put in the microwave which doesn't make it soft. It over cooks it and make it turn brown and hard. The waitress we had was great but her boss needs more training on cooking and how to be professional. It's all the managers not just the one that was working that night. Ate here 9/14/12. The food and service was really good. I will say that the places must be the highlight place to eat. When we arrived it was a 15 min wait but I didn't mind b/c it was a Friday night and we should of known it would be crowded. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, a large fish tank was to the left of the room. They had outside seating with fans, and ample seating inside. Food - well prepared. For appetizers we got the loaded potato skins - they were kind of skimpy on the loading part - it came with cheese, chives, and some bacon bits and ranch and sour cream to dip into. Overall they were ok. For dinner I got th ribs and shrimp and he got the steak and shrimp combo with a Landslide martini. The main course was good. We both got he broccoli casserole as a side b/c I saw the raves on this website and it was DELICIOUS - really cheesy with broccoli and rice. My ribs had a nice flavor and actually had meat to the bones ( i hate when you get ribs with barely any meat). The shrimp were huge. His steak was well seasoned and he loved the martini. I couldn't finish my plate so I opted out of desert but he got the 0.99 c dessert of red velvet cheesecake that comes in a shot glass size cup and it was very tasty, (i took a bite). The service - our waitress at first seemed to have an attitude maybe just a bad night but towards the end she became friendly but she kept the drinks topped off and she performed well. No real complaints. Price - regular price. Each meal was $13, the dessert $1, his martiini $6 ***PS - for those of you who like honey crossaints they have that listed as a side option but we caught it too late (3 for $2) but if you get a salad you get a crossaint with it. First time visiting in a long while due to COVID. Some tables blocked for social distancing but only ones 'across' from each other. Still using booths next to each other...probably because of the high walls separating them. Service on this visit was just fair. Waited 8-9 minutes before our server showed up for the first time. She was very pleasant, but not very prompt. Took another 3-4 minutes to get our drinks. Then 9-10 to get our salads, which happened to show the same time as our food. We asked for a few items (pepper when the food came and to-go drinks) and she forgot to bring them. The food was good, though my ribs were a bit dry/overcooked. Their croissants always come out steamy and buttered (I don't like croissants, but these would be the first ones to try if I did like them). Not particularly fine dining, but very decent, and not expensive. The atmosphere is usually noisy, but it's a very lively restaurant. If you're into unusual meals, get the Monte Cristo: Monte Cristo - 6.99 A Cheddar's favorite! We start with smoked turkey, hickory smoked ham, and two cheeses piled high on fresh bread. Then we batter and cook the sandwich until golden and serve with a generous side of raspberry preserves. It's really rich, so after about two bites, you're overloaded with it. But a definite gotta try if you're in a group! Overall, the sandwiches and burger prices are comparable with fast food like Zaxby's or Chic Fil-A, but the food is 10x better! This is one of the finest restaurant in Warner Robins. My wife ordered a raw Sirloin Steak while I had the Philly Cheese Stake. We were greated by a friendly Hostess and seated quickly. Our waitress Jasman was outstanding to say the least. It was a clean building but needed touch up after the noon rush. My wife's Steak was ordered raw and was done just right and well seasoned. My wife said it's The best she's had in town.The cheesesteak was a bit wet and broke threw the bottom but tasted great. Above all we had a great experience. 5 stars and we'll done. read more

We had the normal Friday night wait. When we sat down, after putting our names down to sit outside, we were put at a make shift table in a corner facing the bar. Our waitress gave us no time to look at the menu either time she came by. I ordered a raspberry lemonade and she told me their lemonade machine was broken despite those around us, and at the bar, being given raspberry and strawberry lemonades. I specifically said I wanted a 5oz salmon, she gave us an 8oz and charged for it and the lemonade (which I never got). They were out of salads completely, wouldn't give my husband gravy on his mashed potatoes (only on his steak)? Our waitress rushed us, was rude, and was only nice when we went to pay. Very disappointed in my meal. Their Triple sampler is no where near as good as the old Triple Treat. The Triple Treat you could choose three items. I always got chicken, potato wedges, and the Spanish chip thing. With the new Triple sampler one can no longer choose your items. Just chicken and Tortilla chips. My family has been to Cheddar's numerous times, however this was our first time since the pandemic. We went to celebrate an occasion and the hostess was not very welcoming, seemed unorganized and was not consistent. She picked and chose which families had to sit outside and wait. As you can imagine, my older parents and my 4 yr daughter sitting in the heat and other families sitting inside in comfort. The manager did give us an apology. I definitely recommend replacing the hostess with someone better. A hostess should be inviting and organized. Also with the restaurant not as busy as usual it was not anymore clean looking than a busy day. They sat us in a booth that had food on the chairs from a previous party. The restrooms were out of soap and paper towels were soaked by being left on the counter. This place has definitely lost their family friendly professionalism. read more

Nice place with a good menu. Something for everyone. They give you a little bag with a couple of cookies for your birthday. They offer a full bar if you like. Plenty of seating although this location got very busy for lunch. If you sign up for there emails you get special offers. That day was $2 off the normal price for a sirloin dinner. A couple at the table ordered that and steaks came out cooked just as ordered and had a good flavor. Came with two sides. My daughter ordered the maple chicken sandwich which she said was just OK. Looked like it had too much honey mustard sauce on it. Her Mac and cheese wasn't thick but kind of runny. I ordered the Montecristo and it was a monster of a sandwich battered and deep fried and sprinkled with powered sugar and raspberry sauce to dip it in. It was awesome and the French fries were very good as well. Their garden/side salad as a side was very good and unexpected for a side item. All in all was good food and good service. I've been to Cheddars 4 times in the last 6 months, it is a great place with good food. I am not happy with my last visit. I have a small dog that I travel with so this is my go to place to sit outside with my pup. However last week while traveling back from Florida we made plans to meet friends, I had my dog so we of course planned to meet a Cheddars. There had been storms earlier in the day so they had closed the patio, When we got there is was clear out and the patio was dry, but we were sent away. We were told that they closed the patio due to storms...but while we stood there waiting for our friends to arrive to relocate to Barbaritos (covered pet friendly patio) the wait staff came out and closed umbrellas and what not. I am sure I will be back, but I really feel that they should have served us on the patio it was nice out. read more

I've visited this restaurant on many occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. But after having been away for more than 6 months or so until 8/25, I couldn't help but notice a decline in the cleanliness. Tables, carpet, bathroom floor all need extra attention. The carpet needs immediate attention, especially in the far right dining room as it has an unpleasant odor. The potted plants on display aren't being maintained as they once were, and the quality of service & food was not what it has been. Whether it's changes to management, a lack of training for new hires or accountability issues, something has changed that resulted in a less than favorable dining experience for me & my family. read more

My wife and I ate at the Cheddars in Warner Robins, GA this evening. My bourbon salmon over rice was quite good as was the loaded potato, although a light sprinkling of grated cheese and dribble of sour cream didn't seem like it was quite loaded enough. We both had the baby carrots and they were not very tender. In fact, one my wife had had a hard fibrous center slightly less than 1/4 inch in diameter. Our waitress was excellent. My wife asked for water with lemon and was pleasantly surprised when her refill had fresh lemons. They were quite crowded but we only had to wait ten minutes or so. Asked for a table not booth. Waited, waited and waited. Watched others taking a booth pass us up. After 30 minutes they end up placing us in a booth. It was that or waiting 45 more minutes. Don't ask customers their seating preference if you won't honor it.
