Not a bad place. The bread is to die for-croissant covered in a sweet honey dressing-absolutely delicious. You do need to make sure you pick the right food -I had the Monte Cristo-never had it before (not a local) but I was told to try it-wow-one Donny favorites dishes-it really did taste like a savory sweet donut. I even had leftovers and ate next day for my lunch and it was even better! My Friends had burgers and chicken dishes all good. Ate here 9/14/12. The food and service was really good. I will say that the places must be the highlight place to eat. When we arrived it was a 15 min wait but I didn't mind b/c it was a Friday night and we should of known it would be crowded. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, a large fish tank was to the left of the room. They had outside seating with fans, and ample seating inside. Food - well prepared. For appetizers we got the loaded potato skins - they were kind of skimpy on the loading part - it came with cheese, chives, and some bacon bits and ranch and sour cream to dip into. Overall they were ok. For dinner I got th ribs and shrimp and he got the steak and shrimp combo with a Landslide martini. The main course was good. We both got he broccoli casserole as a side b/c I saw the raves on this website and it was DELICIOUS - really cheesy with broccoli and rice. My ribs had a nice flavor and actually had meat to the bones ( i hate when you get ribs with barely any meat). The shrimp were huge. His steak was well seasoned and he loved the martini. I couldn't finish my plate so I opted out of desert but he got the 0.99 c dessert of red velvet cheesecake that comes in a shot glass size cup and it was very tasty, (i took a bite). The service - our waitress at first seemed to have an attitude maybe just a bad night but towards the end she became friendly but she kept the drinks topped off and she performed well. No real complaints. Price - regular price. Each meal was $13, the dessert $1, his martiini $6 ***PS - for those of you who like honey crossaints they have that listed as a side option but we caught it too late (3 for $2) but if you get a salad you get a crossaint with it. I always get the double chicken Fried Steak and take the leftovers home . When I order the BBQ Ribs there is never any leftover to take home . Food was good and hot! However, it all came out at the same time! Appetizer salad and entree... therefore I felt rushed.

The dining room floor was filthy with particles of food and pieces of paper trash like it literally hadn't been swept in days. I regret not taking a picture because the condition was all over, not just around the tables. I couldn't believe it was from this evening because we came in at 6pm. Anyway, I didn't take notice of the condition until after we had ordered. If I had noticed this, we would have left without ordering. The meals were fine and nothing special to comment on but our server was another story. Unfortunately for us, she said it was her second night. I am usually pretty patient and understanding with newer or unskilled people but this girl was way out of her element. She was either has too many tables or just lacked focus. She kept forgetting items ordered, especially drinks from the bar. She forgot one of our salads and never got it. When she came by one of the times to see how we were doing, I told her she still hadn't brought one of the drinks ordered 16 minutes ago and we were ready to leave. I had her remove it from the bill. We got seated right away using the app to check in. At first arriving the front glass doors were absolutely disgusting...like so dirty we were afraid to touch them. I'm not sure how the two men standing at the check in only five feet away never noticed the filth all over them but either they didn't notice or didn't care idk. Once seated it took 15 minutes for the waiter to bring us a drink and that only happened after we asked where the drinks were. The food was great but overall the service was not up to our standards (which is not much we just expect to be checked on occasionally and brought what we ask for in a timely manner). However, there was food and trash all over the floor, the bathroom smelled and had ants, they were out of lemons (a bar??), and the ambient temperature was ice cold. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN! It was about 920/930 on a Saturday night and the rush had died down. We got seated in the corner closest to the kitchen...honestly, I didn't want to eat here but my bf insisted. 10 minutes or more go by since being seated and no server..then she finally comes by, gets our drink order and my appetizer order. About 5 minutes go by, the drinks arrive and she walks away without taking our actual orders. Then like 5 minutes later, she comes back, takes our order, then maybe about 10 more minutes go by and our appetizer comes to the table. I got the spinach dip and it was no longer hot..just warm in the inside but kinda cold on the out. About 20 minutes or so go by and our food arrives. She got my bfs order wrong..she added buffalo sauce to the tenders without him even asking for it. She only gave him one side of fries when he asked for double, and instead put fried onions on the plate. He couldn't even eat it all because it was too spicy..& he didn't want to ask for them to remake it because we'd probably have to wait another 15-20 minutes. My order was the grilled chicken and shrimp with the sides of broccoli casserole and Mac and cheese. Chicken was moist and tasted okay, shrimp had no seasoning whatsover, and the Mac n cheese was cold af!!!!! Only thing that was good was the broccoli casserole which was the only thing that was hot...after we got our food to the table, our server peaked around the corner to ask if we're doing ok...and disappeared. A good 30 minutes or so go by and our server was still no where to be found..we had just enough of the mediocre food and the shitty ass service. We waited another 10 minutes and finally asked a different server for some to go boxes and our check. Then a miracle happens and our original server comes back to the table with the excuse that she got "triple sat, and her other tables were being difficult.." Seriously? She didn't even apologize sincerely or anything..she even gave us some attitude to go along with a sorry ass excuse. It's not hard to stop by our table to refill our drinks or check on us every 5 to 10 minutes..especially with her other tables in the same section? It took another 10 minutes or so until she came back with our check and to go boxes. Ridiculous. Never going back there again and if we happen to go, she definitely will NOT be our server..seems like the servers in that section we sat in, are crappy. I even heard one server ask her table, "did I already take your orders?" When she was just there...TAKING THEIR ORDERS. We came to enjoy a simple dinner around 920pm, and left around 1115pm? The butter they drown the broccoli doesn't obscure the fact the broccoli was likely frozen twenty years ago, thawed, then refrozen. The steak should've come with a chain saw so it could cut.
