Last night will be the last time I visit the Yukon Location. The server did not bring out our drinks for 15 minutes. The food took another 45 minutes and the place was not very busy. The server did nothing to keep us happy until the food was ready and pretty much acted like it was no big deal. When the food did come out the steak my BF ordered was cold and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. They did comp 2 of our meals but the manager did not seem like she cared on bit. They were nice, seriously laid back to the point that it was like they could care less if the place stayed open or not. NO one took any pride in their job. It is just sad. This location was absolutely horrible! It was my first time eating here. I had ribs and steak. The ribs were extremely dry, as was the steak. I asked for it cooked medium. It was medium in some spots. The broccoli cheese casserole was good...as usual. My husband had a full rack of ribs, same thing...dry as all get out. Barely any sauce. My kiddo had the kids burger...dry little soak of meat with a sad piece of cheese that wasn't even melted. I have a thing about sending food back...I simply don't do it. I hate this location with a passion! I have terrible service literally every time I go, whether it's dine or or to-go. I went on 5/5 and waited more than 2hrs in the parking lot for my food (yes, I know I was stupid for waiting that long but I was trying to be patient during the dinner rush during corona). I got no food and later received a $25 gift card from management to make up for my experience. We ordered to go tonight and had to wait 40 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready. Mind you, each time it's been an order of 3 entrees, an extra side, and croissants. Nothing crazy. It's unreal the service is this terrible and they don't even have a full menu right now. This location had a very polite staff. However, the food was horrible. It was as if it had been in the warmer ALL DAY. My ribs were dry, and I LITERALLY had to sip my drink to swallow a bite every now and then. One of my children ordered a cheeseburger, the other chicken strips... BOTH were dried out. I took 6 meals to a friend who was mourning the looks of her mom. It was important to me it was perfect--and it was. I like that they showed me the meals before I left. Everyone got exactly what they wanted. It was ready in thirty minutes and I fekt the price was great for 7 complete meals. They loved it! read more

Just have some kinks to work out! The drink menu looked amazing but it was a lunch meeting (so sad) so I guess I will have to go back. My food was mediocre. I wanted a little bit more flavor and presentation. The inside reminds me of a Charleston's-but I still felt comfortable in my workout clothes. My waitress was that "obvious first day" waitress where you end up more pitying that annoyed. This was my third time to stop here and maybe my last. The food is quite good but as in my last two visits, waiting on food is ridiculously long. I don't know if it's staffing or just bad management. If anything other than a salad is ordered it takes forever to get served. I know they bill as "scratch kitchens, but - it's as if they went to kill the chicken and or cow and dress them before preparing and serving. Nice place, nice wait staff, Got the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, only giving two stars because they leave the tails on the shrimp mixed in with the Pasta! Waitress told me that's the way it always comes, that she just bites off the tails. It's sort of like finding fingernail clippings in your breakfast cereal. Second time at this location and it's becoming our favorite. We've had great service and great food each time. The meatloaf, chicken tenders, chicken fried chicken, and grilled chicken & pecan salad are winners! The honey hot sauce and ranch dressing are amazing! I'm not a huge fan of their honey mustard, but that's just me. The honey butter croissant and glazed carrots are terrific, and the mashed potatoes are fantastic! Our most recent server was Ronnie B. Just went there a few days ago with some friends ..they all had the pot pie and gave it rave reviews. I had the chicken fried steak and the steak was good but was disappointed in the mashed potatoes and gravy and vegetable, it was like almost cold to luke warm. Gravy not good. I love that they let you put your name on the list and you can see where you stand in line. That being said we were quoted and hour wait time for party of 7 and we were a 25 minute drive away. I watched as a large party stayed at the top of the list and they sat dozens of 2 tops and 5 tops. Which I get table wise 7 doesn't fit most of those tables. So we said we would be willing to split into 2 booths to avoid waiting much longer and were told it was a staffing problem not a table problem. We then watch them seat someone they knew that wasn't on the list (a man and 2 kids) at one of the 6 top booths. They seat us after an hour and 9 mins bc they text you I know The server comes out and has an attitude right off the bat bc he's had a long day and we are a needy 7 but we help pre-bus and keep the table clean and ask for what we need in advance or in bulk. Also previous seasoned restaurant workers that most people get 20% out of and 25% for excellent service. But I DO NOT tolerate when servers are rude. You can be slow, forgetful, overwhelmed, etc. but you can't be rude. The food was delicious. read more

I come here because my son absolutely loves their cheddar bites. Anything I have had has been rather subpar. The service can be either worse or okay. I have had their New Orleans pasta...1st time it was really good, the second time dry and not good. I've had the chicken breast with mustard sauce, did not like the taste and texture of that chicken and barely had any sauce. The mash was better than the entree. I don't like the attitude a lot of the younger ladies carry in there. Definitely not a place I care for. read more

I greatly enjoyed the sever we had. Blonde girl, very attentive and quick. Unfortunately though, we waited up front for a few moments before anyone had seen my husband and I waiting to be sat...but after we were noticed, everything from there was great. Our food was way more than we had expected, which was wonderful! And the manager seemed to be fairly involved with the team, which is strangely unheard of in the food industry. I got a Monte Cristo and it tasted like the oil was dirty or bad, had a funky taste. Every time we go it's horrible. We went when it first opened and waited forever to get our food which was understandable it was crazy busy. The 2nd time our food was cold when it got to our table and the chicken strips were rubbery like they had been sitting for a while...not fresh at all. The 3rd time...same issue with the chicken...and then we watched a hostess drop silverware on the floor while rolling some up and just picked it up off the floor and continued to wrap it up! SICK. We had decided to have a staycation and get a hotel for the weekend for a change of scenery. We went to dinner at Cheddars as our first choice. We got a chance to chat with the GM Lisa and found her to be the shinning star leading her crew. Our sever was Lisa who was top notch! It's so nice to see great customer service!
