Our server Anne was wonderful and gave us 5 star service and the food was 4 star quality. I had the glazed pork chops, mashed potatoes, and mac-n-cheese. The glaze on the pork chops was great! The pork chops themselves were pretty good. The mashed potatoes were good. The mac-n-cheese was rather good for restaurant mac-n-cheese. My wife had the vegetable plate. She really liked the baked potato soup, the broccoli cheddar rice casserole, and the mashed potatoes and gravy. She thought the mac-n-cheese was okay. She didn't care much for the green beans. The honey-butter croissants are over rated, but not bad. It was a lot of good food for a decent price. We'll be back. read more

This the 3rd time I've eaten at this location. Opening Day the food and service were really good. My second trip the food was good and the service subpar, took awhile before our server showed up and took our drink order and our appetizer was brought out with our entree. This time we sat at the bar. Same thing this time, it took an excessive amount of time to order. Our appetizer was promptly brought out, however our entree was served after two other who seated themselves at the bar after us. I had to walk with an empty glass to the ladies stacking clean glasses and have them refill my tea. Finally the food quality is starting to slip. Judging by the color of the fries and the Monte Cristo the oil needs to be swapped out, filtering the vat only does so much. Plus I'm positive I was served a fry that none of the service staff would eat themselves. I was at the bar so I watched the bar tender as a former bar tender. She may want to YouTube how to use the type of corkscrew she was using. It's mean, but it was also comical watching her gyrate the cork in half. She needs training. Final issue with the service and I'm sure it's only because I was at the bar but its tacky to give the customer the bill before they are served. I received my bill after my appetizer awaiting my entree. I probably will not be returning and just continue to eat at the one in MWC. read more

I don't know why I keep giving this place a shot. It just keeps getting worse. Don't get chips and salsa. The chips were all broken and the salsa was spilled all over them making them soggy. They are constantly understaffed. It took 40 minutes. We got the wrong food. They never fixed it but were sure to overcharge us for their mistake. We were there over two hours. Whole family ordered a To Go meal several months after they opened. Long enough for any kinks to be worked out. The food was mediocre at best. We've had better from chili's and interurban. Cheddar's was a family favorite in Houston. However, this location is not up to par at all. Everything we ordered, 2 meals, a kids meal and an extra order of rolls were cold. We did get it sent back to get fresh food and the difference in how the food looked visually and the taste was drastically different. This was my first visit to a cheddars and I wasn't disappointed at all. The appetizer and entrees ordered were all good and we didn't have a single thing sent back/requested fixed or any complaints amongst our group of 14!!! That's a good size group to have nothing go wrong with! Our server, Ronny, was super attentive, patient and pleasant to speak with as well. I wouldn't normally put the server out there but I would recommend asking for him in a large group. I've been to a few restaurants with large groups and it's mostly been a nightmare so it was nice to have this one be so enjoyable with the staff and food. Only down side was our group has to be split into two tables which was a downer but didn't stop us from eating there since the tables were the larger booths and we were right with each other, Ronny did advise they'd try to do better with that if we went in the future. read more

I am a big believer in reviews although I've never been moved enough to leave one until now. We were SO excited about getting a Cheddar's in Yukon and were there for opening. Our first visit was rather disappointing, but we figured it was just the kinks of being a new location. We have been back several times since and unfortunately this location really underwhelms. I thought about reviewing last time we were there and I ordered the lemon pepper chicken (which I have had probably 50 times over the years) and it was inedible. Absolute worst food and service I've ever had. So over seasoned and they even re-made it and it was awful. The manager said all the locations had been making it "incorrectly" for years and had just changed to the real specifications. We hadn't been back in a while, so decided to give it another try today. Arrived at 11:30 and the parking lot was more than half empty and no one waiting when we walked in. We are a party of 3 adults, 1 teen, 2 young children and a baby. She said it would only be a minute so we watched as a few smaller parties came in and were seated (understandable) but then they called us and planned to seat us at two separate booths in the bar area. We said we would rather wait on another table to accommodate a high chair, but really? Didn't even ask. so they proceeded to seat 3 other parties of 6-7 people as we sat waiting. After literally an hour and having to POINT OUT the empty booth, we were finally seated. Only to have the worst service since last time. Went today for a work lunch. They are still in "grand opening" mode, but that was to be expected. Our server Lisa was on her game and the table didn't suffer for lack of drinks, she took care of us. Food came out the kitchen hot and was enjoyed by everyone. The minor missing items (no ras sauce for the Monte Cristos) was quickly remedied by Lisa. My Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was as good as the one I usually get at the MWC location. A good lunch had by all. read more

We have eaten at cheddars before in Norman and it was clean and had great service trying the one on Yukon and not a good experience, 10-15 min for server to get to us and took 3 others orders at the same time and most of the place was empty!!! The table was not clean had food stuck on it from a previous guest. Then we got our drinks 4 minutes for water, you may want to try another place to eat haven't received our food yet but I hope it is better, I just don't want to make my better half getting mad for me being on my phone!!!! We come here semi-regularly, the food is OK, typically most of the food is slightly over cooked. It takes a very long time from when you order to get your food. It's odd though, people that came in after us with the same waitress, received their food before we received ours. Example: Two other tables that came in half an hour later than us received their food before we received ours. After an hour and 10 minutes in, our food arrived (party of only 3), food was as usual, OK. The waitress was nice enough, just incredibly slow and didn't multi-task at all. She brought drinks for one table, then would go back to get someone else a check, then would go back to get someone else refills. I've been a waitress, it's easier to take care of as many things as you possibly can when you go to the back of the house to prevent people waiting on you. The management needs to take lessons on how to run a restaurant from Charleston's, drinks are refilled before they run empty, empty plates do not sit on tables. All the staff are trained to watch all of the tables. This place typically has a wait, but mainly it would seem, it's because they make some tables stay for an hour and a half. We literally were there an hour and a half, not by choice. One other thought, it looks like the waitstaff as a whole just rolled out of bed, their clothes are not ironed, stains on the clothes, hair falling out of ponytails and one of the hostess wore pants that look more like pajamas than something you'd show up to work in. I went there with a group of 13 yesterday (08/05/2018) and had really bad experience with the hostess. We had to wait more than an hour. She let many groups who came after us and I asked her, why she is not seating us and she said, "because you came with a bigger group". She was rude and not courteous. I had to call the supervisor and complained and within minutes we got the seats. The service from the front desk hostess was absolutely horrible. My kids requested me to go out and go to another restaurant. Once we were seated, had good experience. The waiter was professional and the food was great. read more
