I would call myself a regular. I feel in love with Cheeseburgers Bobby's maybe 2 months ago and I would mosh definitely always come here rather than going to other fast food restaurants. Well I've always had good experiences.! The food is always fresh, fries were golden & the Oreo shakes were great! until today.... I'm not sure if they got new workers but they seemed not too interested in solving my issue. The first red flag was when I got my shake that I always get and noticed it was like leaky and I shake it and see it's very watery, I ask the girl why that is and she says "well uh it depends on how much milk you use" and I just feel that consistency is very important. I asked her to remake it and she got very upset and slid the shake it me across the counter afterwards. I brushed that off but when I got my food I looked to see that the fries were practically burnt. I asked the cashier why and she mentioned that it's "normal, their always like this" the first time I ever can to this restaurant the fries were the thing that I liked the most. They were golden yellow and crispy! I asked for fresh fries that were not burnt and she looked at me like I had said something wrong. The manager was nice enough to replace the fries and refund my entire order. She also explained that the potatoes they got in were different which is okay but the overall customer service disappointed me. Also it's COVID-19 So I feel that to have self serve toppings is not a good idea when many people come after each other to use them. So I didn't get toppings because I did not feel comfortable using those utensils. Again Consistency can make or break a restaurant and that visit ruined my view. I will try again and hope for the best. The manager did apologize so that made it better. But no matter what I feel that the workers could have been a little bit more friendly. Just a burger joint. The food is good, but the prices are a bit too high. I think they are trying to be an upscale fast food joint, on the boutique-y side. The ambiance is rather bleak, and you eat out of metal food service trays rather than plates. Cheeseburger Bobby's reminds me of Five Guys. Every part of your meal is ordered separately. A "combo" meal here (burger, fries/onion rings, and drink) will set you back about eight bucks. After you place your order, you're given one of those small devices that lights up and vibrates when your food is ready. You put the sauces and toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.) on your burger or hot dog yourself, similar to Fuddruckers. The space for this restaurant is a little small. We went for lunch on a weekday around 12:20pm (peak time) and the place was completely full. We had to wait for a table to clear. By the time we left about 45-60 minutes later, most of the restaurant had cleared out. The burger itself was nice and juicy and the ingredients were fresh. Chili cheese fries were okay - very messy and obviously not the best for your health. Fries here are fresh cut like Five Guys and In-N-Out. I cant say enough about the service here. I had a very long day, and 2 children in my car. I called and asked if they could bring me an order to the car. She was really nice and said that you put your own condiments on your sandwich but she could put some in the box. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries with a tea. She not only brought it out but went back in because she did not remember if I wanted unsweet or sweet tea. The sandwich was good, and the fries were hot! Food is good. The overall operations is mediocre at best. It's a large place with lots of adequate seating. But a small little soda fountain in a very awkward location along with a very small fixin location can't easily and comfortably accommodate the amount of people during a rush. Decided to try here finally. Got a double classic cheeseburger with fries and drink to go. It was 8:30 pm and I was the only customer in the building. They still gave me a pager which seemed really weird since I was the only one there. Service was fairly quick, I went to the counter with my pager but the dude who brought out my order was to busy watching the tv to notice that the only customer in the place was standing there holding a vibrating, blinking coaster and waiting for his meal. Took everything home (4 min away) turned on Top Gear and got ready to dig in. First bite, hmmm is there cheese on this? There was, but not as much as you seem to get at Five Guys. Next bite, this meat tastes familiar, beef? No, I know, Montreal steak seasoning, exactly and salty and a lot of it. Disappointing, I just paid over $9 for a crappy hamburger my neighbor makes. To be truthful the new Wendy's double has more meat and tastes more beef-like. Fries were ok, but they always suffer when you take home, so won't count that against them. Overall, won't be back. If I were you I would not bother unless they lower prices and realize that fresh beef does not need a ton of seasoning to taste good. Highly disappointing. read more

To begin with Stacey seems to have an attitude problem. When asked 4 times for a large cup she finally slams one on the counter. I don't know how you feel about going into somewhere that you plan on spending your hard earned money and the employees there are total ass hats when you ask for something. The food is good, I like that you can pick your toppings. I also enjoy when they come around and give you more fries. Even though on this trip we seemed to have missed the extra fries girl. Huge, fresh cooked burger w natural cut fries and a Med drink. I dressed the burger at the condiment bar (again, fresh!), and def got the special sauce (which also makes for good fries topping!). This used to be a great place to get a burger, but it has gone down hill. I like their condiment bar concept, but the place is chaotic and the burgers dry and tasteless. My chocolate shake tasted more like vanilla than chocolate. We were disappointed and wished we had gone a couple of more miles down to get much better burgers and ice cream from Freddy's. read more
