Fried collard greens are addictive!!!
Christie G.

Great food!!! Great service!!! Cassy and her staff were so friendly and accommodating. They care about their customers and give great food! The ambience was welcoming and entertaining. Don't miss the Friday nights with live singing. This is definitely worth the dime!!! We will be back for $1 wing Wednesday early so we can get a seat.

First of all, I really hope this place succeeds. The owner and waitstaff were extremely nice and very concerned that we were satisfied with the food. Cassy is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. We wish her every success. That said, there are a few things she needs to work on. Fried collard greens: We went there specifically to try these, since we'd missed having them at the State Fair. We were shocked when they arrived: three little thumb-sized, one-bite morsels cowering in the middle of a plastic saucer. For $12. That may fly at the State Fair, but not in Eustace, despite the fact that they were very good. Just not $12 good, not even at the Fair. I had the two-piece catfish basket, also $12. The contrast between the two dishes for the same price was amazing. The catfish was good, well cooked, but came in two large, thick fillets. When Cassy asked how it was, I explained I would rather each of the fillets be cut into three thin strips and fried crisp, and she was receptive to the suggestion, saying all I had to do was ask for it that way. My wife had pork ribs, which were tasty but not cooked until tender and not smoky tasting. A half-pound was $10. They were out of sweet potato pie. Bummer. To reiterate: We really hope this place succeeds, but based on this visit, it's doubtful. Prove me wrong. Go. Eat. Tell them what they need to do to get you to come back. And take note: They are in EUSTACE, not Athens. I've submitted a correction to the map.

The food was great. A bit pricey but that's normal now days if you're going to go out an eat. Everyone needs to try it.

My kids loved the brisket Mac & cheese (and the large was enough for at least 2).

My husband and I have quickly become big fans of Elements 456. Every time we've been, the food,…read moreservice, and atmosphere have been consistently outstanding. We had dinner there for the 1st time last night, and Matzon was our server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We've also been there several times for lunch, and Cora has taken care of us. She is absolutely amazing. She told us all about the comedy nights, live music, karaoke, brunch, and everything else the restaurant has going on. It never felt like she was trying to sell us anything, she was just genuinely excited about the restaurant, and that kind of enthusiasm is contagious. Raven and Callie have been wonderful too. It's clear they have a great team. The food has been incredible every single visit. Everything is fresh, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about quality. And I have to mention the fries...they are hands down my favorite thing on the menu! They're cooked in beef tallow, and oh my goodness--they are an absolute must-have every single time we go. One of our favorite part is the patio. It has such a relaxing, tropical vibe that it honestly feels like you're on a little vacation instead of just going out to eat. We find ourselves lingering because it's just so enjoyable. It's not often you find a place where the food, atmosphere, and staff are all consistently this good, but Elements seems to have nailed it. We will be back soon, and we'll definitely be telling our more friends about it.

Our app came quickly but the drinks and food came so slowly. Also between us asking for waters while we look at the cocktail menu was a lot of elapsed time. Food: the steak frites were very salty (and I love salt) but definitely the best meal ordered. The "Mac attack" tasted cheeseless -- literally tasted like water. The chicken Alfredo was "mid" but also a super tiny portion. Both pastas looked like kids meals. I guess they were priced appropriately at least. Not pictured was the Donny burger -- described as "eh it was fine". All left more to be desired. We really wanted to try the cinnamon cake but decided against since service was sooooo slow. The peach tea was bad. The oasis marg was okay. When we asked for wine, we were told "I don't know what we have let me show you" and were shown the screen that listed: white, red, rose, and sparkling. The wine should be listed on the menu with the beer and the cocktails. I'd maybe come again to sit at the bar and have a drink or two if there's live music, but otherwise, this is skippable for a full meal service.

I was kinda scared as the place was nearly empty except for an older couple in one corner and what looked like some drunk regulars in the other. I decided to sit close to the door in case we had to make a quick exit. It looked like a Waffle House inside so I had to be prepared for anything. Menu is large with lots of options. Prices are reasonable. The one cook behind the counter looked 12 but I watched him cook and he was very good. Way to go Serena and the cook for holding down the whole place with good food and a great attitude!

This place like all other Huddle House restaurant is small, but clean and well organized. Our server was Ms. Michelle, who was very welcoming, good sense of humor, polite, very efficient and nice smile. She promptly served us water and coffee. She then took our orders and the three of us opted for the Philly Cheese steak Omelet, with crispy hash browns, I got the side of toast whileny brothers got theirs with biscuits and side of white gravy. Even though, (apologies), I didn't take pictures the omelettes were very delicious. Whoever prepared my toast, must of just graduated from butter school, because my toast was oozing with butter. Other than this everything was totally awesome.

She was attentive, kind, and always paying attention to whether we needed anything without hovering. We started with the appetizer sampler and chose the fried pickles, okra, and green beans. Everything came out hot, fresh, and lightly breaded, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt greasy or overly heavy. Also, the sweet tea was actually sweet and delicious, not that sad "dark water" tea you sometimes get other places. We split the chicken fried chicken sandwich and an order of 8 honey BBQ wings. Both came out at the same time, and honestly, we probably could have chosen just one because the portions were huge. For the price point, that was a big plus. Everything I saw on the menu looked reasonably priced and fair for today's economy, no price gouging. The chicken fried chicken was cooked perfectly. The breading was light, the outside was crispy, and the chicken was still juicy. The wings were fried naked and crispy before the sauce was added, which I loved. My only tiny nitpick would be that there was a little more sauce than I personally prefer. I would have liked the option to add more sauce if needed, since you can always add more but can't take it off once it's on. Overall, this was such a good experience. Great service, fresh food, big portions, fair prices, and a true local restaurant feel. I'm so glad we chose this place and will definitely be sending people this way!
