Whatever time we go- breakfast, lunch, or dinner- the servers are ALWAYS friendly and fabulous! Tonight happens to be Mother's Day weekend. There were lots of big groups/parties but it didn't feel like we had to wait that long for our server to get our order to our table. What made it even more memorable was the Mariachi band playing in the background. The food was again fantastic and very satisfying! We had a big bowl of fideo, a tacos papas, shrimp ceviche and the special calabacita entree. That last item was surprisingly homey and delicious!

Hard to describe; unwittingly delicious. Rice - flavorful, but a bit chintzy. Service - attentive and not overbearing Cost - substantial appropriate. There's a kiosk to self-order, I ended up talking to the cashier anyways since there was no line. The ambiance is that of Rodeo 72, otherwise the storefront here is white and clean and nondescript. Tacos de canasta - soft, steamy, juicy, oily, and tasty. I got one of each (potato, chicharron, and beans), which were well seasoned and moist. Birria Mexican burrito - delicious. Maybe I have a small sample size but among the better birria I've tried lately, the meat is tender and juicy and falls apart without any weird stinginess. Comes with consommé which itself is super flavorful and doesn't feel like just oily, muddy meat juice. Salsas - pleasantly spicy, the tomatillo is my favorite. Maybe my experience was different from others since the food court wasn't busy at all. But I'll be coming back regularly when I'm in the area.

I ordered the tacos dorado with asada for myself. Service was good and standard, so I have no complaints about it. I got notified via text instead of a buzzer. You have an option between frijoles or papas as your base. I went with potatoes. The tacos themselves were good. It was basically loaded potato tacos where they top it with meat. The confusing thing was the "tomato sauce" that they use. I have no reference for what the sauce was supposed to be, but it reminded me more of a salsa and it was too wet for my liking. The tacos already came with salsa, so I didn't think the tomato sauce was needed. Didn't really add much to my food other than drenching it more with the fixings that were already included. Solid taco vendor. They have other interesting offerings I'm down to try like their birria grilled cheese, so I'd probably return if I'm back in the area.

The atmosphere was warm and festive, with great music and beautiful presentation on every dish. The food was excellent -- the carne asada tacos were flavorful and perfectly cooked, the enchiladas were rich and comforting, and the fresh guacamole was some of the best we've had. The margaritas were also amazing and paired perfectly with the meal. What really stood out was the service. Our server checked in often, made great recommendations, and even helped make the day feel extra special for my mom. You can tell this place cares about both the food and the people who come in. Highly recommend for family dinners, celebrations, or anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

An evening here feels, at first, like an invitation into something refined--dim lighting, polished interiors, and a menu that promises indulgence. The mole poblano delivered beautifully: rich, layered, and deeply satisfying. The ahi tuna ceviche followed with freshness and elegance, showcasing the kitchen's true capability. However, not every detail carried that same intention. The guacamole lacked depth and seasoning--unexpected for a restaurant at this level. But the most defining part of the experience happens before you even sit down. With valet as the only real parking option (approximately $35), guests are required to wait outside in a crowded, unpredictable environment. During my visit, the atmosphere felt chaotic and, at times, unsafe. What stood out most was the absence of a consistent, visible security presence at the entrance. For a restaurant of this caliber, a dedicated security guard stationed at the entrance should be standard--not optional. Managing the valet flow, maintaining order, and most importantly ensuring guests feel safe and comfortable should be part of the experience. Javier's delivers moments of excellence on the plate--but true luxury is holistic. It's not just what you serve, it's how you protect, welcome, and elevate your guests from the very first step.
