And it wasn't just the coffee -- we even got our son a strawberry shake and a breakfast wrap, and both were delicious! This place truly had something for all of us. They are located in front of Rally's so there is paring there if needed, but there is a good size area to street park right in front as long as tons of cars aren't there at once. Saw this place was highly recommended on the Facebook surprise restaurant group so I thought I would give it a try. Worst hot and sour soup I've ever eaten. Very very thick, Thick enough to jiggle on your spoon like jello. Very sour- no hot, not a single shrimp in the soup like advertised. Overall bad flavor. Ordered three entrees, both chicken and pork was very fatty and had to spit out a lot of it. Had delivered- order was missing items. They do not have legitimate hot mustard- only those premade packets. The only item that was decent was the spicy shrimp entree. I had high hopes for this place considering they deliver, but food was definitely not worth the money. Will not return. read more

First time ordering from Chef Panda. I ordered online the Broccoli Beef, which is my go-to Chinese and Egg drop soup. My order came more quickly than I thought, but my delivery person spoke no English, or at all that I could tell. I knew my order was $18.65 and handed him $24. When I tried to take my receipt, he scream Ai! Ai! AI!. I was flustered and just took my food. I did not get my receipt or a menu for future purchases, which is probably just as well. The beef and broccoli had no sauce at all. It was very dry and not very tasty. The soup was ok but not what I was expecting. This is a little hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant. Which is normally where you find the best food lol. The service was incredible. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they recommended me a few of their favorite things. I ended up getting the salt and pepper shrimp, (salt and pepper was something they recommended) breading in the shrimp was a little thick but I honestly didn't mind and the flavor was sooooo good and the little green chilies gave them a good kick too. Delivery was very fast, our food arrived 15 minutes after we ordered it! We ordered beef lo mein, sweet and sour pork, and mushroom chicken. The beef was so tender it basically melted in your mouth and the noodles tasted fresh as ever. The sweet and sour pork was such a well sized portion and arrived fresh and crispy! My family's absolute favorite Chinese food in all of Surprise. Food is always fresh, the amounts are large and the owners are incredibly sweet. My daughter is a vegetarian and her absolute favorite dish is the vegetable low mein. Unlike other places, it comes with heaping amounts of fresh vegetables. Not just a huge bowl of noodles.
