The biggest upsetting thing however, was that our waiter was wearing meta glasses. I went for a friend's birthday dinner so I felt uncomfortable bringing it up during dinner, but upon reflection I'm deeply disturbed by this. Not only for my own safety and privacy, but there was also a minor in our group who did not convey to be recorded. At such an upper scale restaurant I would expect more decorum. read more

We got to live out our Emily in Paris dreams at this charming brunch spot Cheri Rooftop at the Paris Hotel. Grilled blueberry bread and bottomless mimosas were on point! Bottomless mimosas were a bit pricey but worth (for $40) it so you don't have to keep ordering more as you finish them. Ate here with my husband and two adult sons on a Sunday 5:30 PM to celebrate my oldest son's 25th birthday. It was rather confusing having to take two elevators going through two restaurants to get to Cheri. This was the only option if you did not want to take the stairs and one elevator. Two hostesses greeted my son David with a happy birthday, which means they read the notes. However, our server who was really a nice attentive guy, never mentioned David's birthday, nor was David given any special treats such as a cupcake, etc.. Our dishes included, ravioli, lobster, mac & cheese, salmon, Chicken Cordon Bleu, dry, martini, bacon appetizer, potato, and bacon appetizer, and two lemonades. The lemonade was a lemon, flavored drink, not real lemonade. My son's both enjoy their salmon and lobster mac & cheese and my husband liked his chicken Cordon Bleu. My ravioli was just OK, a dish that I would not order again. The restaurant was half empty when we arrived. We had Incredible views of the Bellagio fountains, which put on a water show every 6 to 10 minutes. The table with the comfy cushions gave the restaurant ambience, and we really enjoyed sitting outside in perfect weather with all the great views, however, management should ensure that the cushion seats are wiped off between guest because some were dirty and also the window seal next to the tables should also get a daily scrubbing because we did notice dust and bird droppings. Because of the ambience of being outside on the roof and enjoying the strip views, I would visit again, but my choice of food selections would be very different. read more

The girl at the front desk right before the restaurant is rude. We made our reservation weeks ago and asked for a view and booth neither we got but we understand high demand. When asked about a booth she rudely said she couldn't accommodate. When we were seated it was one of the few tables in the Sun. We asked the waitress to love and she sent us to the front desk and let the now two girls now. We were ignored while they took 3 other parties. When we spoke to the same rude girl she said they were just bringing an umbrella but the second girl interrupted and moved us to the shaded area. The rude girl walked us to our table annoyed. Our actually waitress was very nice but the ambience was average. The food was the same, best thing was the French toast. We also had someone with a birthday and it wasn't even acknowledged aside from at check in. My hopes were so high for this brunch. The roof top view is amazing and the brunch dj definitely sets the vibe. A lot of nice photo opts and thats about it. We came at 1 for our 115 seating and were asked to wait for 115. We sat down and then had to wait for 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. We asked for an umbrella as the sun was beaming and she told us none were available. After we had to point one out she had someone set it up. We then waited an additional 10 minutes for her to come back and take our orders. We all ordered medium burgers and only 1 of the 4 of us got a medium burger. After waiting an additional 30 minutes. However, food is very mid and price point is high but that's expected with eating on the strip. Granted, there wasn't much left but servers should've asked if we were done. I honestly wouldn't return as the value just isn't there. The cream brûlée French toast was amazing and not too sweet.We enjoyed the berry crepe and liked that fresh fruit was served as the topping. The Roof Top Eiffel Tower monument above us was so large and as realistic to the real thing. Loved that we were seated under the yellow and striped umbrella, with a view. My friends and i came here for brunch. Made reservations the day of to ensure we would get in. This restaurant is inside of Paris Hotel. The entrance is either thru the elevator or stairs and once you get up, you take another elevator to the restaurant. The restaurant is mid century kinda style with a great view of the strip. We were greeted and waited for 15 min or so before getting seated as we checked in earlier than our reservation time. We had a nice view by the strip. We had the seared tuna salad, "Salade Niçoise" , Blue Crab, Avocado omelette and buttermilk pancakes. The food were flavorful and delicious. Chéri Rooftop is such a pretty place to enjoy a meal under the Eiffel Tower with a great view of the Strip. The setting is relaxed and the seats are comfortable, and the whole space feels bright and open. I had a green juice and a salad, and both were fresh and tasty. The staff was kind, but the service was a little slow at times. I was also seated in a spot without much of a view even though there were nicer tables open, and it would have made the experience feel more special if a little more thought went into seating. You can still get a great view if you walk over to the railing, but it would have been nice to start there. One small note is that the grapes on the fruit plate were not cleaned as well as expected. Everything else looked beautiful, though, and the presentation overall was lovely. Even with those small things, it is still a fun place to visit if you want that classic Paris Las Vegas moment under the tower. I would come back for the atmosphere and the view. read more

I visited Cheri Rooftop in May 2025 and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, but must say I am very disappointed with my experience this June. My husband and I were visiting for our 1 year wedding anniversary, and last time I loved it so much I wanted to bring him so he could have the same experience. As soon as we sat down the waiter came up and asked what we wanted to eat but didn't even ask us what we want to drink or really greet us much. Also was disappointed they had SO MANY tables open closer to the view of the bellagio fountain but they sat us over by the bar in an awkwardly small table (there was maybe 5 other groups there besides us so it wasn't an overcrowding issue). We were both disappointed in our meals, they were okay. but I will say the French onion soup is VERY delicious. read more

This smoke free fresh air spot was exactly what my group needed to get away from the smells wafting through the Paris casino floor. Cocktails were very tasty. The Hugo Spritz was my drink of choice. They fixed it no problem and without hesitation took it off the bill. The chopped salad and burger were easily split and shared amongst 2 people. Lots of fun instagramable moments. Get the large Disco Ball fill cocktail to share with a large group or the "it bag. " both were very popular amongst diners. When asked they all stated is was delicious. A diner next to us was not excited about the Oysters he ordered but it sounded like he was used to New Orleans oysters. Not all oysters are the same size but pack a punch. They also had a fun looking lox and bagels that arrived in a tiered bird cage. My whole group would go back for the cocktails, ambiance and service. It's an outdoor rooftop restaurant located in the middle of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very kind but it took FOREVER to get drinks and food. There were also a lot of folks orders for forgotten. We were a large group so give grace there. The food and drinks were really good though! Everyone enjoyed their meals here. The only complaints were about staff taking forever. The view was immaculate! You can see the Bellagio fountains from here. It wasn't overly hot they keep the restaurant shaded with umbrellas and have fans spraying light mist on you the entire time. The 4 stars are for the location and ambiance (it's located right below the Paris hotel Eiffel Tower. You enter through the casino and take two different elevators up to get to the rooftop). The views and vibe are beautiful and I truly felt like I was transported to a Parisian day club being there. So many great picture spots and lively music to listen to. Some issues we encountered during our visit: - customer service was disappointing. For example, our server didn't show up for 15 mins after we sat down and it was difficult to flag someone down when we needed more water, napkins, or to get our check. Our server took our order and didn't show up until it was time for us to pay and add his tip. NOTE: their tip options start at 18% and go up to 25% while your server stares at the screen to see what you are pressing. It made me feel very uncomfortable. These percentages did not reflect the level of service we got. - the food was average at best but borderline tasted like cafeteria food. Food was overpriced for the quality. For good brunch food, I'd recommend Alexxa's or Sadelle's. We got our photos so I'm not sure if I'd want to return unless the management team works on their customer service and food quality. read more

Located within the Paris Hotel and Casino. Chéri Rooftop is located on the second floor right next to Beer Park and right below Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Reservations can be made via Open Table, which is always convenient - especially if you need to modify the reservation. My friends and I were in town from Hawai'i and we were celebrating my friend's birthday. We pretty much ordered a bunch of different items to share family style. We started with coffee and for our alcoholic beverage we decided to share the disco ball! There's a barista who comes by to serve your coffee - they give you a carafe plus cream and sugar. The disco ball is huge! Easily enough for 4-5 people. For food we decided on thick cut candied bacon $19.95; salad niçoise $27.95; smoked salmon and bagel $27.95; eggs Benedict $25.95; buttermilk pancakes $19.95; crème brûlée french toast $21.95; and duck fat fries $12.95 The 'delicious': the crème brûlée french toast! The fresh berries and chantilly cream pairs nicely with the french toast - by far all of our fave item. The buttermilk pancakes were delicious as well - two large fluffy pancakes topped with fresh berries and served with butter and syrup. Salad niçoise is too hard to pronounce but easy on the eyes and even easier to eat because it was fresh, light and packed with flavor. The 'not so great but not terrible': eggs Benedict are standard but honestly I expected more -- ham was thick cut and I'd prefer the English muffin to be toasted more. The smoke salmon is plated nicely but we were missing lemon and for some strange reason the smoked salmon was lacking that salty smokey flavor!!! The 'feel free to pass': candied bacon was presented nicely but it's a large cut of bacon that was candied but not really candied. Too much fat that wasn't fully rendered. The duck fat fries probably would have been better if they were served hot! Overall, service was great even though we visited at 10am on a Saturday. You're going to visit for the views and for the crème brûlée French toast! Valet at Paris Las Vegas is $40 and they don't comp parking. read more

We visited Cheri on our last night in Las Vegas after hearing so many great things, so we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the service let the experience down. From the moment we sat down, we felt rushed. Our server came over almost immediately expecting us to place our order before we had a chance to settle in or look through the menu properly. While we were still eating, he attempted to clear our plates, making us feel like we needed to hurry through our meal. When we declined dessert, he simply said, "I'll get the bill then," without asking if we'd like another drink or spend a little more time enjoying the evening. Perched right under the iconic Eiffel Tower and overlooking the Bellagio fountains, you expect service to flow as smoothly as the water across the street. Instead, we were met with a masterclass in bait-and-switch hospitality. ​We selected Cheri specifically for the Steak & Martini Special advertised on OpenTable, only to be told upon arrival that the offer was "no longer available." Rather than honoring their own active digital promotion to maintain goodwill, our server offered a shrug. It was a sour start to an evening that only went downhill. After a solitary appetizer, we entered a 45-minute vacuum where our table seemed to cease to exist. We were forced to hunt down our server three separate times just to ask the status of our entrees. Each inquiry was met with a rotating door of excuses--the culinary equivalent of "the dog ate my homework." ​When the food finally appeared, it arrived in shifts. Three entrees made it to the table, leaving one guest sitting empty-handed for another five minutes. To add insult to injury, the plates were incomplete, missing two side salads and a necessary bernaise sauce. In a final attempt to "save face," the kitchen sent out a birthday cake with a dry sponge and wax-like frosting texture that suggested it was more suited for a decorative candle than a human palate. While the server eventually comped three $20+ cocktails, the evening was beyond salvage. No amount of seasoning can mask the flavor of indifferent service. Go for the photo op, but eat literally anywhere else. read more
