The service is terrible there. I ended up walking out without having a single employee come by the table. There were four hostesses having a great time talking with each other and not helping anyone. Multiple Employees walking around avoiding Customers or talking with each other. I'll never go back to this over-rated expensive place that thinks they are too good for the Customers. 2nd time there burger was overcooked..the roll was almost stale. The fries were not crispy...an added $2 fee for neat whiskey shot...11 for a beer...nope never going there again. 5280 definitely shines for burgers old man for any food as well! Don't go to Cherry cricket! read more

Service was great, ambiance was a normal busy restaurant. Food not so much. Not trying to be mean, but there was nothing special about it. Burgers were ok. As a queso connoisseur, I would never purchase it again. The hype is definitely better than the food, which is incredibly overpriced for what you get. A $19 burger then you have to buy fries separately. Many other places around have a much better food and a better value for your dollar. IMHO read more

I don't understand the hype! I found the place to be way to expensive for a burger joint. $17 for a burger with no fries, $8 for a beer in what looked like a taster glass, $6 for a root beer, five guys would have been better. My husband's burger was inedible and had to be sent back, swimming in grease. $57 for 2 burgers. 1 basket of fries and 2 drinks is rediculous! We won't be going back. Bring back Old C's! read more

First time at this restaurant. Parking was a challenge. But once inside we were seated immediately. Friendly staff although our waitress struggled with her ordering device. But she eventually figured out how to use it. Food was delivered promptly and our orders were correct. I had the special birria burger that was absolutely delicious. I also got the frings which were just okay. I've had much better fries and onion rings so probably would not order them on a return visit. Man, let me tell you about Cherry Cricket in Broomfield... I rolled in thinking I was just gonna grab a regular bacon cheeseburger. Nope. This thing came out like it had been training its whole life to be the best burger ever. Juicy, cheesy, bacon crispy, had me sitting there like, "Alright, burger, I see you!" But the real MVP? Ashley. My server was on point, friendly, quick, and somehow knew what I needed before I even asked. Felt like I had a personal hype-woman making sure my meal was perfect. And while I'm over here smashing this burger, my kids are outside on the patio playing cornhole like it's the national championship. Family's happy, I'm happy... that's what I call a win. Ambiance great could use more parking. Love they have cornhold but parking will be an issue was an issue before.

Coming from someone who is a server I think their serving staff could use work with checking on customers, eye contact, and speaking up. My server didn't tell me his name or say anything that I could hear when he walked up. No hard feelings it's newly opened so I'm sure they will get better. Although I tipped 22% checking in on customers and making eye contact and making conversation goes a long way with what you make in a shift. Besides that food was great and came super fast even though they were super busy. I was impressed! Definitely will be returning! read more

We were fortunate enough to attend Family & Friends night over the weekend and WOW! It is a really a great place for the whole family, fantastic atmosphere! Food and drinks were wonderful, great service. Patio, fire pit area and green area for activities, perfect!!! I will be back tomorrow and can't wait! Great addition to the neighborhood. This place has completely turned itself around from start to finish. The first time I came in, I was worried about some things and addressed them on yelp. The owner or manager responded with a sincere and passionate response to help fix things. Today I can report they certainly did!! Not only was the food great but we were greeted right away and had continuous touches from management to make sure everything was perfect. Guy named nick was pleasantly persistent and bartender named Ian came by regularly to check on us, even given the fact that Ian was slammed at the bar. All in all, I truly appreciate the sincere response from owner who truly cares and listens to customer reviews and from what it looks like, this place should flourish as one of the top spots in Broomfield in no time at all, if it hasn't already. Veggies were FRESH, soup was HOT, chicken wrap was on point. Highly recommend and will certainly return for more! read more

A friend of mine and I had lunch this past Friday our server her name is Sam on a 1 to 10 I give her a 10 service was impeccable. Food is what I expected always good at a cherry cricket. We did get the pleasure of meeting the GM of that location and their corporate GM both ladies were unbelievably nice. Always concerned that our food gets there on time that it's Cook proper just awesome. Highly recommend this place. read more

I was excited to try out the new Cherry Cricket in Broomfield. First impressions are important to me.... the Hosts (2) young ladies offered to seat us at a table, we asked if we could wait for a booth. They looked around (at several open booths) and told us - sure, it will be a few minutes while they clean one in the bar area. That was OK! Then I saw 4 open booths in the main dining area... and asked if we could sit there. They were reluctant but did seat us there. *If it was bc they were short waiters they could have said that. Food was just OK, both guys had burgers and both said they were only OK, not yummy. My guy (tho never has leftover to take home) took home 1/2 his green chile burger and never ate it, it was thrown away. That tells me LOTS!!! The bill was $175!!!! WOW... party of 4, we each had 2-drafts and a meal of about $17-$22 each. My daughters comment is a winner! Cherry Creek prices to BOOT! We won't be back.... read more

First time, last time. Went on Thursday night for dinner. Very crowded even at about 5:30. Very disappointing and very expensive, considering the poor to average quality. Frozen fries and frozen onion rings, both pretty tasteless. And the two burgers we had were good but virtually any topping is extra. For example, the Little Cricket (1/4 pounder) was $9.50 plus $4.50 for three toppings) and Little Cricket with one topping was $12.50. Lots of draught beers to choose from, with many very expensive. My Russian River Hop Growers was $13.00. Don't rely on the online menu as it doesn't reflect many items on the actual menu and unsurprisingly, doesn't give the prices. They must be relying on the original Cherry Creek location for their crowds and reputation. For my money, 5280 Burger Bar just down the street is far better and much cheaper, especially for their outstanding hand-cut fries and onion rings. The burgers at Five Guys, Shake Shack and In n Out are also far better and also much cheaper. Disappointing to say the least. If you think $66.00 for two, including tax and tip, for 2 burgers, one small fry, one small onion ring, and 2 beers is reasonable for mediocre food, then maybe this is the place for you, but not for me. read more
