    Narraganset at Cherry Tree
    Bruce K.

After hanging out at the other spot for a bit, it was time to get some Yelp reviews done and so I landed here at Cherry Tree where I had a table that actually had a power outlet within reach and a reasonably speedy wireless network connection. Just the one beer - a tin of Narraganset - but it was a nice spot to sit for an hour because I was too early for dinner. The place is nothing fantastic, but they had beer and the bar menu of grub looked pretty decent.

Cherry tree wings and Buffalo wings

I left this place with a food baby but good lord was it worth it. The cherry tree wings are the next best thing since sliced bread. One bit and a plethora of flavors burst in your mouth like BOOM wow! Great meat too. 10/10 get these wings

    Mmmmnmmmm beer
    Scott D.

Buffalo wings are PERFECT pub wings. I need to try the burgers, everytime I see one come out it looks and smells amazing. The bartenders are all friendly and work their but off. Today I came in for some wings and a beer by myself. A group of like 30 came in un announced. There was only one bartender on. And she handled it amazingly. And was tentative to EVERYBODY. If you want good pub food, and GREAT service, then The Cherry Tree is a good option!

Thick fries, yuck. Order the onion rings.

really great and a great pub feel to it. The service was exceptional and the food ranging from the nachos to onion rings was equal to that.

We started with the pretzel bites and a curl of French onion soup (so sad I didn't get a photo). Both delicious although the cheese sauce for the pretzel bites was a bit thin - the flavor was there though. The French onion soup was delicious! The first spoonful made my tastebuds dance! The bread in the soup tasted like rye which ended up being a nice touch. They also did not skimp on the cheese! For our meals, my wife got the French dip sandwich handheld which she enjoyed. She was only able to finish half. I couldn't decide and asked our waitress to decide for me from shepherd's pie, chicken pot pie, and the London broil. She talked me into the shepherd's pie due to the weather outside and the fact that it is so big, I would definitely get to take home leftovers. This dish was huge! From the first spoonful, the taste of the sirloin/potato/demiglace was perfect. This is definitely a hearty dish worthy of a winter's night! From the smile on the host's face when we walked in, the ambience with the wood, windows, and lights, and our wonderful (and attentive) waitress, our visit to O'Hara's was definitely one we would like to replicate!

I decided to give it a try since it was only nine minutes away from where I was. When I walked in my child and I were immediately sat, and my child was provided a kids menu. The ambience is great - large space with casual vibes, lots of screens for sports and ample seating with both high tables and comfortable booths. The place was not too crowded but there were quite a few people there. It was around 8:30 when we came in so a bit later than the usual dinner time. The menu is quite extensive with a wide variety of dishes and even barbecue platter options. We ordered the smoked chicken wings to share - they came with a dry chili rub and 2 sauces - bbq and a Carolina mustard sauce. They were good tender tasty. For my main dish I ordered the blackened salmon with salad. The salmon was cooked well crispy on the outside and tender flaky inside. It came with deviled eggs too - which were ok - a bit spicy. The salad had cucumbers tomatoes and onions, but they were such tiny pieces and not a lot of- hard to find lol among all the greens. They should have either added more or just cut them in bigger pieces. They were literally like a few millimeters wide - almost microscopic!!
