They have always fixed me up. Skilled mechanics, knowledgeable front office that's friendly and always have communicated with me all the way through the repairs. They chased down the problem and fixed it properly. 3 other shops failed to find the problem but they found it. Then justified charging "book rate" 6 hrs. labor, $150/hr, for a job he finished in 1.3 hrs. He ripped off 2 stranded senior citizen vets. People with masters degrees don't make $150/hr but he greedily steals double that by charging multiple customers for the same hours. I will be telling everyone we meet traveling around the country to avoid this immoral greedy thief. If he had any conscience he would refund the 4 hrs. of labor he stole from me. One day he will reep the consequences of ripping people off.

One shop would not even give me a range even though it was going to cost me $250.00 to have it towed. Lynn at Mr. Deisel described the process and gave me a range from $1100 to $5000 to have it fixed. George was able to get my truck in the next day.
