I have never had a better experience with a skin care specialist in my whole life... I called to make an appointment for the next day and Sylva called me back within the hour. She kindly and calmly asked me how I was doing and was even able to fit me in for the exact time I needed. She quoted me a fair price and was very nice. Sylva does wonders for my skin. I have been going for the microdermabrasion and I've never had clearer skin. I enjoy my treatments with Sylva, she is attentive and wants to help me look my best! Sylva is a fabulous facialist and person. She definitely knows her craft. She uses the latest technology in skincare and high end skin products. I had my first appointment with her yesterday. I haven't had a facial in almost a year. My skin definitely needed some TLC,deep cleaning and exfoliation. After examining my skin she decided to do a Cellular rejuvenation treatment. I came out glowing. All my dead skin was gone and my dark pigmentation lightened. My first appointment there and Sylva did 20 min worth of electrolysis and charged me for 30min. I just don't think this is an honest way of doing business and she lost me as a customer. To top it off, she did electrolysis on my underarms and burned me. I have marks on every hair she took out and it's been now 3 days. I really had problems with some unwanted hair and I decided to go to Silva since she is in the neighborhood. Wow she works magic with electrolsis and you notice the difference right away! and she is super kind. She goes in detail about any treatment that you would have to do. Her rooms are relaxing and there are magazines and she sells quite a bit of skin treatments and she has many degrees but she REALLY knows her stuff.
