I called around to a few places to get a replacement key for my vehicle after breaking the key in the ignition. They offered roadside or at location services. I decided to come down to the store. Francisco was a great help. He gave me the option to do the full fob or just the key without the remote. I am on a budget so not needing to replace the fob saves me a ton of money. Prices are the lowest I have seen and service was excellent. I would for sure use them again if needed. read more

It was almost closing time but Frank not only assisted me by contacting the emergency service (my phone was not with me) but sat with me in the office until they arrived. If you have a luxury vehicle with an advanced security system, Tom is the ONLY person (besides the dealership) who can get your keys from a locked trunk. I was pissed because I had already paid one company to come out that could open the door but couldn't open the trunk. After calling another 10+ car locksmiths who were unable to unlock a Mercedes-Benz trunk, I finally got routed to Tom. Tom said that not only could he open the trunk, but he could also MAKE A KEY for my car on location. I was skeptical but desperate at 8pm on a Friday so asked him to come. My Grandmother's big oak hope chest has been a part of my family for over 100 years. It has a wonderful lock but the skeleton key went missing. I called 24/7 Locksmith and was encouraged to bring the lock mechanism in so we could see if a handful of old keys might work. They didn't, but the locksmith offered to try to adapt a key because he had the equipment for this on site. At the end of the day, he called and I now have two keys to the chest. His efforts were more an act of kindness than anything but clearly this is a business to be trusted and one that went beyond my expectations. I will go nowhere else for any lock needs in the future. This guy was so passionate about his job, the way he was replacing the locks and explaining the process to me was actually pretty cool. A true expert in the locksmith field. You can tell he loves his job and respects the company he works for cause he was representing like it was his own. Great reflection on the business and it's management. I had to take some pictures while he was working because that's what I do for work. I make sure an excellent business is recognized. The price was ridiculously low for the type of work this guy did. Dealer wanted to charge me 275 for new BMW key. Something told me to first search other options. Glad l did. Paid about 40% less. Tom returned my call while l was picking out appliances at Lowes and agreed to meet me there at 8pm. He arrived at the stated time and was finished by the stated time. He made me a new key, programmed it and simply by touching it, miraculously got my old key working also. I wasn't able to lock my doors without being locked out of my car because the fobs stopped working. My car sat unlocked for a month and l finally saw evidence that someone had rumbled through it while unlocked; so it was time to get the new key. Tom is professional, smart and really down to earth.
