Radek is simply THE best. He installed a lot of backsplash tile for me a couple years ago and did a great job, worked quickly, and charged very fair, reasonable rates. So i contacted him again recently when some grout in my shower needed repair. He was booked out for the next month, but then was able to fit me in much sooner cause it was a quick project. He went above and beyond and even touched up some areas that I had not specifically pointed out to him. When i asked if he might also be able to clean the dirty mortar in my glass-block window, he did that and even added some fresh mortar to a spot that was a bit lacking. He wasn't gonna charge me for the window cleaning (and he should have!) so I made sure to tip. I'll definitely be contacting him first for any future tile work I need! He's my go-to guy! read more

They did an exemplary job retiling and regrouting at a restaurant account. We needed three patches of tiling fixed up, replaced, retiled. The other quotes we got were ridiculously expensive. And Chicago Tile Services beat them all! They also sourced the tile and found the exact correct tiling to match size color and texture, even though it was an older tile. We bought our condo last Spring and the previous owners had not maintained the original Limestone tile in the master bath so we had a severe mildew problem in the tile and grout. Radek did a full demo and re-tile, helped shop for additional materials, and finished the job in just over a week. I would also point out that Radek is fairly priced, extremely responsive, and always on time.
