Frosted Coffee and White Peach Freshly-Brewed Iced Tea Unsweetened/Chick-fil-A- Lemonade
    Joelle M.

Hit the spot-would have loved a large non peach unsweetened Sun-joy instead and whipped cream on the frozen coffee. Both were refreshing and tasty on this warm Wednesday evening. Only complaint was going through the drive thru, the right lane was backed up and the young Asian boy was helping relieve the traffic while the girl in the left lane went and got water. Also, if you don't have enough delivery people close a lane. Kudos to the one kid with ponytail-he was hustling and serving both lanes. Another person came out curly hair guy, handed off 2 orders to the hustling kid which he dropped ( felt bad) but curly hair guy didn't come to help out. He did give my drink order and one other order.

I could blame the chicken but def was the girls fault since she took my whole order wrong.

Worst chick fil a ever. I am a huge fan of the food but this time I am completely disappointed. Service was completely trash, Emily was inadequate I order a grilled chicken sandwich, two original and a cfa deluxe with pickles and bbq sauce all of them meals but I got 3 original sandwich and the only one right was the grilled chicken sandwich, unfortunately this lady couldn't get nothing right. Receipt says 4 coke and I received Pepsi when I was told that they did not have anything except for coke or lemonade. The sauces were also wrong rang me up for anything except what was ask. The time and date was June 25 at 7:35pm never again ordering from this location. Definitely the 43.82 I was charged for was not worth it.

This particular Chick-fil-A is spacious with lots of tables inside and two outdoor patios. It's kept clean and orderly. However, service was pretty slow. Even without a line, the order area was slow and it took our food a long time to come out.

This Chick-fil-A is constantly making errors. Take a look of how they just threw my patty in a bag and the cheese melted off. It was supposed to come in a plastic bowl container.

A new chik fil a in town. Better chik fil in the area. Sometimes the drive thru line is backed up but it moves fast. Tried the new pimento cheese sandwich and was not disappointed! Some good kick but not overly cheesy. Felt a bit healthy getting it grilled but I'm sure it's great on the original. Fries always hit the spot. Way better than the Springfield chik fil a.

Fast service. By the time I grabbed a straw, my order was ready with three different types of sandwiches. They didn't add napkins so don't forget to add what you need. Service was friendly. Parking is chaotic of course as always but it's due to popularity. Recommend the seasonal Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich or stick to your favorites.

Even though everything looked tempting, the entire experience was . One of the crew members told me to move to another line because it was the mobile order line. I mentioned to the crew member that there was no sign indicating that the line that I was in was the Mobile Order Line. The crew member said to me: "You're a liar!" My reply: "I'm a liar?!" "Prove it?!" Crew member: "ok, I will!" My reply: "fine" So the crew member walks with me to the beginning of the line where the sign says: "Mobile Order Line" I ask the crew member: "Where's the sign?" Crew member's reply: "oops, my bad." My reply: "really?!" The cashier who took our order, had no customer service training and lacks positive energy. I ordered the Chick Fil A Deluxe combo which came with sandwich, waffle fries and a drink. My chicken Deluxe sandwich was not a Deluxe sandwich at all!!!! The Breading of the Chicken was burned, only 2 pickle slices, no dressing/sauce on it! Waffle Fries were very salty! I requested no salt! I got 2 packs of mayo and Ketchup. The only satisfying thing out of the entire experience was the unsweetened Tea and Lemonade mix! The woman's bathroom was ! I'm not sure if we'll return, sorry.

Why sell dressing if you don't have it? Lmao And instead of calling you to let you know or ask you if you would like an alternative, they expect you to act like you are not inconvenienced and just take what they give you when you come in. This is my favorite salad place (not this location, but Chopt in general). There aren't that many in the area, so I drove out of my way to get here today. When I arrived, after my pick up time, I was immediately frustrated when my order wasn't available and I was told someone would be with me in a moment. I was crunched for time; hence, why I placed my order for pickup before I even knew I would arrive. A few minutes later, an employee came down and asked me if I needed help. When I told her I was there for an order I placed through the app, she told me that they were out of the dressing I requested. She said "it would take a really long time for us to get that for you." The way she phrased it made it seem like they were out of dressing for the actual salad, itself, too. She asked if I wanted any other salad dressings. I said no. I am very particular about my dressings. She told me she could refund me and that I didn't need to be there. I left shortly after. My biggest issue is that when you have an account and place a mobile order, they do have your phone number. They could've called me or even texted me to let me know that the items were out of stock. They also still could have and should have put my salad on the shelf for pick-up. They were obviously behind because my salad wasn't even finished and they hadn't even put my bread in a bag. To make matters worse, once I actually did start to eat my salad in the car, I noticed the following: -missing ingredients (THAT I PAID FOR) -multiple avocado pits (after paying an upcharge) -shrimp shells ... ewww -and onion skin Like, why am I paying $20 for this salad?

That's how I spend many of my days off as a restaurant owner myself. My experience started off on the wrong foot when I was directed to a very small table for one. I politely explained several times that I typically order a substantial amount of food and would need more space. I was told the larger tables were reserved and that tables could be pushed together later if needed. As the meal progressed, a longtime friend of mine who works there came out to say hello. Shortly afterward, tables were combined, apologies were offered, and the experience improved significantly. What left me puzzled was that many of the larger "reserved" tables remained empty throughout my visit. By the time I left around 5:00 PM, they still had not been used. The food was mixed. I came specifically for the Khao Mun Gai, one of Thailand's most iconic dishes. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The chicken was average, the rice was decent, and the accompanying soup lacked depth and flavor. On the positive side, the Crackin' Belly was excellent--crispy, flavorful, and well executed. The Pad Thai Siam Shrimp was solid, and while the Tom Sab soup had good flavor, it was a bit too spicy for my preference. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The space is modern, clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Easily one of the nicer Thai restaurant interiors in Northern Virginia. One additional detail stood out. My friend joined me briefly for a toast. I ordered a double bourbon, and he ordered a shot. All three shots appeared on my bill, totaling $45. While not a major issue, it felt like a missed opportunity for hospitality given the circumstances. In the end, my bill was approximately $163 for a solo meal. My biggest takeaway wasn't the food--it was the inconsistency in hospitality. The experience improved dramatically after I was recognized, and every guest should feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door, regardless of appearance or assumptions about what they may spend. The restaurant has a talented kitchen, a beautiful dining room, and plenty of potential. With more consistent hospitality, this could easily become a destination Thai restaurant.

I decided what I wanted to order, but there was a problem. There was nobody at the counter. I waited maybe four minutes to see if anybody from the back would come out to take my order. But nobody came out. I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer, so I just left. Gave it 4 stars at first, then they shifted to this Nashville Hot Chicken style for wings for a one star, and recently revisited after checking out that their online menu brought back the traditional wing sauces. I surely missed out when that happened. Coming back, I declare that their wings are probably some of the better ones in the DMV. As the wifey said, crunchy on the outside, juicy inside. And their portions are big. We ordered 12, half plain and the other lemon pepper. The base wings is flavorful enough to savor. The problem lies in the menu. Looking at the screen as initial point of contact, you feel like you opened a box of jigsaw puzzle. The Club needs to organize and simplify their menu and classify according to wings, burgers, bowls and sides. That would solve the problem. Change the shocking blue background color and take out the pictures of the burgers which look very similar with one another to free up more space. Additionally, you feel like you're in a mini Cheesecake Factory with so many choices available. Simplify the menu! Also, let go of your separation anxiety with all this huge printed merchandising materials, some of which have been there from the start! Then there are standee signs that list other order options. They make the place look cheap and dated. Worse, they're confusing and an eyeful. One sign featured all the Korean chicken variants while another tucked away somewhere reveals you can get the lemon pepper and other interesting sauces and toppings. Put it this way, if the Restaurant Makeover show and Chef Gordon Ramsay came over, they would change 2 things: simplify the menu and add some pop to the interior. Get professional help on these please. Don't "wing" it and hoard on the huge menu boards like you were archiving old photographs. Have the owners noticed that more people are doing take-outs rather than dining in? A one day make over of fresh paint with vibrant new furniture (they have the same ones 7 years back) and simple menus with one or two picture boards would make this place rock and do justice to their awesome chicken wings (if only you knew that you can get more that 10 flavors to choose from)! Hopefully, The Club will merit my Yelp record of 4 reviews for a single restaurant culminating in one that showcases the true potential of this place.

It actually was bland. But what more than made up for the avgolemono soup was the beef Keftdedes I chose for my second course. This dish came with absolutely the best tomato-based sauce I've ever had anywhere anytime! Delicious and fabulous!! The beef keftdedes were plump ground beef patties served over little squares of pita bread and topped with the tomato sauce and also a yogurt sauce. JP ordered the Imam Bayildi, which was good. It came with roasted eggplant, diced tomatoes and diced onions. For our third course (dessert), I ordered the Revani, which was a moist dense semolina cake topped with ice cream and chocolate shavings. Outstanding flavor and texture. Perfect! Additionally, I didn't know what I wanted to eat because I wanted to be a little adventurous so I ask the waitress what I should get. I am sometimes hesitant to ask bc I always feel they're going to upcharge me instead of giving me their opinion, but I don't believe she did thank and I was grateful! Wish I got her name. FOOD: So, for me she suggested the chilaquiles. I trusted her input and ordered that! I was hesitant because, traditionally, that dish is typically very heavy and spice-based, and I didn't know if I wanted to start the day off with food like that, but it was SO GOOD. Lots of flavors. I was very happy. First Watch is always a treat. Fresh food and good times!
