This is the WORST Chick-Fil-A EVER! I seriously can't believe how LONG it takes to get food in the driveway I waited 26 min!!! They are very rude, which is surprising considering they have a good reputation. I will not be coming back to this location. This has happened several times now there's never been a time where the service was good at this location! I ordered 3 salads and they put them all in one bag when they handed me my food the salad at the top fell over because it was to tightly squeezed in the bag. Found a bug, alive, in my salad. It was a side salad. Didn't bother to verify whether it was a roach or a beetle. The upside of this means that the greens they use for the salad may not have pesticides in them. Giving two stars for friendly service & my sandwich wasn't bad. Garbage location. I didn't receive my food (prepaid using the app) and the location refuses to speak to me or give me a refund for the food they did not deliver. When I called to ask about my order the day of the incident, the employee who answered was rude and hung up on me. Not your typical Chick-fil-A experience. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, mistakenly think the third time's a charm and, time for a different lunch destination. For the third straight drive-thru visit, this location totally messed up our order. Their mistakes run the gamut from omitting ordered food completely, giving the wrong size or ringing up a totally different order than placed to a live human being while in line. The sincere apologies and token "Be our Guest" cards comping a token item only go so far. How about just doing things properly, simple things like taking orders and then filling them accurately. Just left thia location . i went inside and told the manager that my car was overheating and could not wait in line . i wanted to buy a gift card . He informed me that i would have to walk behind the cars in the sun to get service . i suffer from high blood pressure and could not do this . i am disappointed at the manager whose name is Brad Bullick. . very disappointed in his curt and proposterous suggestion .not ti mention how physically dangerous it would be to stand in front of cars I will also file a complaint with his corparate head quarters read more

I've been coming to this location for months now due to it being on the way to work. Breakfast is very important and what better way to start your day with a nice warm Chicken Biscuit. However this location just can't seem to get it right. I've had my order incorrect many times. I would only realize after I drive off. One time I was charged twice for something I did not order. Twice I've had bad experiences with the food here. The first time there was a mosquito at the bottom of my medium fries. We went to tell them something was wrong and they brushed it off as it was no big deal. The second time there was a blonde hair in my fiancé food. I frequent chick fil a several times a week, however I go out of my way to go to another location. I will never visit this one again. read more

Looking through the reviews and I can see that the ratings have deteriorated over the last couple months. What's going on here?!? New management? Help me understand. I've been getting food at this and the Avalon location for over a year now, and I have to say today was the worst service yet. Hence, two stars. I have two teenage boys, so I can understand how spaced out kids can be. I drove up to one of the lanes, and one young gentleman decided to cut across my drive lane, so that I had to I further slow down, and pulled up to a cluster of other employees. Parked and no service, until I said "hi can we get some service?" Granted there were no cars in my lane, and I had three associates chatting away... ordered three items, two full meals and an entree. Right there and then card reader broke down, after five minutes of two associates trying to get the order right and fumbling with te card reader and my card, I just sat there, waiting. Now we have at least four+ cars in line waiting, because one of them went inside (?) to see what's wrong, while the other held on to my card :) Eventually, I was told the card readers were all down and I needed to drive up! I did. Got home, missing a sandwich. Drove back and parked near the drive through pick up window, honked and notified employee of the missing food and handed her my receipt. She comes back with the sandwich and felt compelled to lecture me about "policy stipulates I walk inside to get my missing food, next time" You won't have the privilege of screwing up my meal order "next time". I'll take my money where service is at par with my $$. We have three minutes to interact, if that's too big an ask for decent customer service, I'm going to the Avalon for my food. Good luck! Really disappointed in the service here as it took incredibly long for our drive through experience AND they didn't give us a fork to eat our Mac&Cheese. So all these negative reviews must be an indication of something... I've been coming here for a while, but it just gets worse every time!! They almost always mess up my order. You have to literally check your bag before you drive away because they always forget something! When you complain in the app, nothing is done... yesterday was the kicker for me. My husband went to get us lunch thru the drive thru. He got his bag, came home. When he opened the bag he was handed, it was someone else's order. Just a salad. So we didn't get any of the food we ordered. Thank God he had the receipt! So I drove back over there, and park to go speak to a manager, a lady rushes up to my car and says, rudely, what do you need??? I said I need to speak to a manager, we received the wrong order. She had the Audacity to say your husband pulled away before he got all his order. I said, nooo he did not, the employee said have a nice day, plus this isn't even our order! It was for a totally different color car and make and was one item. She said ok, let me get your food. She comes out with the food, doesn't even appear to care that they messed up. The worst part, Kim, is one of the directors! If that's your management staff, I can't imagine the other employees. You should lead by example and she was totally rude and dismissive. Wonderful spot. Super friendly! It was definitely near closing time and they still were courteous to us. I also ordered a kid's icedream cone (when I meant to order the regular small kind) and they still hooked it up at no additional charge. I love Chick-fil-A but 8/10 times I go to this location they mess up my ordand it's always simple things like the wrong cheese or no veggies on my deluxe sandwich or I'll ask for honey bbq and they'll give me ketchup. One of the most efficient ChicFilA's I know. I have been a customer for years and this location is always serving chicken with a smile. You can guarantee that they will see you off with their classic, "My pleasure." This morning I passed by at 7 am and craved some of their spicy chicken. Lucky for me it was breakfast time, so I spoiled myself by getting the spicy chicken biscuit. Drive thru was empty when I placed my order and within 2 minutes there were four other customers behind me. It is a good thing that they have two drive thru ordering menu's to keep the line moving. I try to avoid this place during peak hours, like before local high schools start class and lunch hours. If you pass by and want to eat, I would recommend stopping here as you will happily find everything you need. read more

I'm from Michigan and we don't have these. I had to travel for work so I requested we go here for lunch. I was MORE than happy! I had a grilled chicken sandwich, no bun. (making it gluten free) The chicken was marinated and amazing and it was juicy. The waffle fries were so good! And I had a chocolate shake that was delicious on such a hot day! This is by far the best Chick-fil-A around. They always go above and beyond in every way. They are so polite, always say 'my pleasure'. Once I was in the drive thru and I was a few cars back from the window, and it took I think 3 minutes for one person to get their order and they gave everyone behind that person coupons for their wait. I grew up coming to this Chick-fil-a and have very fond memories here. Recently they've added a second drive through which is convenient. However, due to its location, it is best to avoid this location at peak hours such as breakfast and lunch (especially around noon). Last Saturday night, albeit within the last hour of operation, I ordered through the drive-thru. Teenagers were running the joint (as they often do at the Alpharetta Commons location late at night). Employee did not confirm order and, surprise, I did not get what I ordered. Food was barely edible (fries: portion small and cold and chicken salad sandwich: heel of bread used and cold). No survey on receipt so I decided to drop in to speak with a manager today (Tuesday). Ms. "She'll be with you shortly" offered me a free dessert "to make it right." "No thanks," I said, an ice dream that you gave out free yesterday afternoon to anyone who stopped in does not "make it right" when my awful order cost nearly eight dollars. The main issue that I had here was the food. Didn't get what I ordered there. Wanted an eight-piece chicken nugget grilled and ended up with a 12 piece fried. After a long day and a workout the last thing I wanted to do was eat FRIED food, but I didn't want to go back.
