Come here at least once a week never had any issues. When JC location was remodeling I even came twice a week. Great friendly service.

Update:This Chick Fila still sucks! They are seriously the worst location I have ever seen. Wrong orders, dirty play area, and zero customer service. I LOVE Chick Fila!! I have been a regular at Chick Fila for many years, but I can't stand this location. Every other Chick Fila goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. This location does not. They regularly fail to give me my receipt until I ask for it. I've gotten soggy fries, the wrong food, and the wrong amount of change more than once. Every other location gladly accepts the survey receipts for the free chicken sandwich, but this location is a big pain. If you order the deluxe and try to pay for the upcharge, they give you a hard time or refuse and tell you you have to order the plain chicken sandwich to use the coupon. Other locations will even use the coupon and take off that dollar amount on nuggets etc. This location will not even consider that. I hate going to this location which is sad because it's close to home, but I'll go out of my way to go to any other location. read more

Not a parking spot open in the parking lot. The drive threw was wrapped around the building 1.5 times. I parked across the street and walked in I waited 45 seconds before I got to the front of the line. .... then got my order to go. Giving it one star because I've just had enough. Usually don't write reviews but I thought these things need to be addressed. First time visiting this location I ordered 1 chicken biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese. Normally at any other restaurant drive thru I check my order before pulling off but with chick fa la I don't have to do that cause my order is ALWAYS right. Well, not at this location. I get home and I ended up with two chicken biscuits. I was upset but understand that mistakes happen. Second time visiting this location they forgot to put my sauces in the bag. At this point I was very upset. Now my third time visiting this location was last night ( convenient location to my house ) not only was the drive thru wait time longer than usual, I requested fresh well done fries with my order. I get to the window where the customer service was definitely not up to chick fa la standards, the young lady hands me in my food and guess what I got ? OLD, COLD and TERRIBLY HARD FRIES. I will definitely be driving all the way to the chick fa la on Peachtree industrial, Duluth. Thanks but no thanks. read more

September 19th 2018 at 8:44am I had a horrible experience with this particular Chick-fil-A. One of the morning employee was very rude and unprofessional. I was doing doordash delivery, I came in and said the name of the person I was picking up from and the guy at the register couldn't find it then he went to the back to go check and saw that it was already made( which they shouldn't do, they are supposed to make the order when we get there then go over the order with us). As he was about to hand it to me, I told him that I need to use the restroom, and he said okay. I came out of the restroom and this employee lady came charging at me saying that "if I am with doordash that "they" (Chick-fil-A) ask that we do not go use their restrooms", I having been going to different Chick-fil-A and use their restrooms and never have I had a problem. Her tone was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional, prejudiced, AND she was trying to go back and forth with me...like ma, no. This place in particular is horrible and not kind. I don't know is it because I am a doordash driver that she felt that I didn't deserve respect or was she having a bad morning and decided to take it out on me? read more

The service here is extremely slow. It's worth it to drive the extra couple miles to the Chick-Fil-A down by North Point Mall. They move in slow motion here, and my food is usually cold and the biscuts hard. Really no excuse for it. Love Chick-Fil-A food, but this location is just sub par. Also, at times it can be so crowded it will take you 20+ minutes to order, which can be attributed to them taking 10+ minutes on every order. read more

I have decided that every time my order gets messed up I will resort to a one star rating. With my luck of terrible service your average should be down to a one in no time. Regular coke? No problem... Here's a diet coke... Large fry? No problem... Here's a small fry half filled. 8 count of nuggets? No problem here is a chicken sandwich... One ice cream cone?? Noooo problemo.... Here's a bowl of soup. How hard is it to place two straws in the bag? Trick question... Apparently it's impossible. Tonight starts my long road of comments that I know will take place in the near future. As I frequent your location a couple times a month I can only count on your all star service of messing up my orders. All Chick-Fil-As are great, but this location really goes above and beyond. The food is amazing (as always), but they really have someone taking care of details. They use facebook and youtube and really connect with their fans. They are always friendly and clean and great for kids (their play pen area is very clean). They also do special events like karaoke and treats for the kids (recently had a balloon wrangler, bounce house and face painting for their redecorating party). The only way they could get better is if they were open on Sunday, but that would probably make them lose some of their great employees. read more

This location on the App ordering brings it to your car and you dont have to go in and pick it up like some locations. A big plus I have learned for staying out of the lines. Having small children, CFA is a common lunch meeting place for play dates. Having said that, myself and friends will NOT return to this location with our children. Drive thru.....maybe! I've never seen a dirtier play ground. There was trash, dirt, food...and the SMELL!!! One friend had to climb to the top to get her child and she said you could scrap the filth off with your hands. The customer service was very slack. I asked how much two items were and he told me he wasn't sure. So I said okay...where on the menu would I find these items and he said he didn't know. Wow. After a few of us complained about the play ground they sent a young employee with wipes in to go over some of the surfaces. Poor thing. That was a professional job for sure. Whether you live in the south, are visiting, or aren't living under a rock, then you've definitely been to Chick Fil A. If you haven't, go. Right now! CFA is one of the best kept and served joints I've ever been to, and that says a lot seeing as it is "fast food". Although the food is mighty tasty and quote on quote "healthier" in comparison to other fast food chains such as McDonald's or Wendy's, what sets it apart from its competitors is its service. NOTHING compares to the insanely polite workers at Chick Fil A. Never in all of my many visits have I ever felt disrespected or that one of the cashiers was being short or rude. This is extremely impressive, for not only must their employees be well trained, but the values of the company are stellar. I can only imagine what the application process must be to land a job in this atmosphere. The cleanliness is impressive as well; CFA is a trustworthy place to use the restroom. There always seems to be someone sweeping or making sure the trash can won't overflow. Clean. Neat. Organized. The only negative thing that I can think of is the fact that it is closed on Sundays. CFA available only 6 days per week just doesn't cut it :) read more
