4/5 stars experience. Hudson "in training" took our order and executed it seamlessly. His attention to detail was outstanding you could feel it in your bones. However the manager (she) wasn't very pleasant to deal with. She was rude and condescending to me and my family members. Great food, great service from team members. However, one manager degraded my dining experience with how rude and condescending he was to the other workers. He had a very rude and condescending tone to the very kind and competent young lady giving me my drink, and talking down to her for asking a question about the drink machine. I want to make very clear that the team was great, no complaints and always friendly. The manager was who I had a problem with. Thank you, have a nice day. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Annapolis, Maryland

I love this location, that is when I go in and actually eat at the mall. I did however run into a very disturbing delivery of the food from the mall location. I love less than a mile from the location but am practicing COVID lockdown protocols. First of all on a Wednesday during the day around 1115 to 1130 I ordered a meal via the app, at 12:45 it's still showed that it was being fixed at the location. When I called to find out if the order had actually gone through they greeted me by name and were very polite, however they told me they only had one driver and he had already gone out for a run and will be back a little later to deliver my order. I'm not sure why your app has actual times of delivery of your products if you can't adhere to these times. I understand people are busy but you should have the courtesy to put correct times so that those that are purchasing product from you can plan accordingly. I love Chick-fil-A but not so much that I pay a delivery fee, tip, and then have to wait over and hour for your lunch. I will forgo ordering from you online ever again so that I do not have such a repeat disastrous Experience. You should probably leave the delivery to the bigger more capable store down the road. Chick-fil-A is by far my favorite restaurant and I understand things happen, however I have eaten at both locations in Annapolis since the inception of both restaurants and this by far is the biggest disappointment. read more

This location is inside Westfield Annapolis. After my last experience in Baltimore Inner Harbor this was refreshing! Every person I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. My son knocked over my diet dr. Pepper ( love that they have this) before I could even take a sip and the manager gracefully refilled it for me. Our food was ready quickly and served hot. We were given all requested sauces and sufficient straws, silverware, napkins, etc. my son had a kid's grilled nugget meal with fries. Happy they offer 1% milk! Of course he ate it all. I tried the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich sans cheese. It was as spicy as expected. Everything was fresh, waffle fries crisp. I would definitely revisit if I was at the mall again. read more

This location taught me that chic fil a can in fact have terrible customer service from ordering to pickup it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. And my food sat in front of me for 10+ minutes while it was already done bc it didn't occur to the person handing out the food to actually check all the bags. I use an extremely simple and generic name to order and they still screwed it up. read more

I like Chick-fil-A almost anywhere, but this location inside the mall has poor service compared to most others I have visited. The food is consistently good as expected across this franchise with everything well-prepared and fresh. Unfortunately the staff is often uncoordinated and while they usually get your order ready quickly behind the counter, they have trouble getting it to you at the order pickup. Several occasions now we have watched this happen, and it is really frustrating when the order is small like just a sandwich and drink or something. Otherwise, the restaurant area is clean. They do chicken well and with a small menu the food is consistently delicious. Their One app they have makes ordering a breeze, but at this location is does not often beat the wait in line due to the service issues mentioned above. Unless you absolutely must have Chick-fil-A on your mall visit, I'd recommend giving one of the other food court options a try. read more

So let's talk customer service - these people are happy to be here, no really. They love their job and it seems to show. I don't like that it's closed Sundays - but I can respect it. Delivery SUCKS.. Everytime I order, the portions are skimpy and cold, drink is in a HUGE BAG spilled into the bag...I've complained and this last time, the food was so ridiculously crappy, that customer service told me that I would get a refund! The mall was crazy busy at lunch time but the line was organized and moved quickly. Orders were also filled in a very timely manner. Food good as usual, wrap was great! This was my first time at Chick-fil-A since a family member wanted to go there. I decided to try the Chicken wrap. I was disappointed. It was dry and had little flavor. I have had delicious chicken wraps at other restaurants and this one didn't come close to being good. They had fresh flowers on every table which was a nice touch and the restaurant is modern and clean. But good food is the first thing I look for and my wrap did not leave a good impression. read more

I cannot stand this chick fil a's staff. There's a girl there who has blonde hair who is just the most rude. And so is management. The only reason I even order from here at all is because they're the only people who deliver and I can't leave my office some days. They've burnt my food, forgotten condiments/straws, and then they have this rule where if you order breakfast food to be delivered they won't bring it to you until after 10:30. So is my food just sitting under a warmer? Probably because it's always cold in less than five minutes and tastes mushy and dry. They're slowly ruining chick fil a for me. They used to be great and now this location is a joke. read more

Chick-fil-A, perfect post workout meal! Best meal under $10 aside from Chipotle. I love Chick-fil-A's business model and what they stand for so why wouldn't the food be amazing. The staff was extremely nice and handled each order quick. The lines for Chick-fil-A are long but its not long before you're eating. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, fries and frosted coffee. Everything was delicious. Nothing else to say but delicious. I will definitely be eating more chicken. read more

I have not been to this location in 3 years and I got a Large Sweet Ice Tea just to walk around the Mall before I ordered agin before I left. I had mentioned I hadn't been to Chick Fil A in 3 years and the Manager/Owner gave me a free Chicken Biscuit along with my Ice Tea. This was a very appreciated gesture, but I assured him he was going to see me again and an hour later I took another order with me and A Gallon of Sweet Ice Tea. The service is always the best in this industry and the food is second to none. I only wish Chick Fil A would come to Las Vegas soon. read more

I appreciated the follow up from CFA, but let them know that I never did hear a word from the store operator. I'll continue to patronize CFA, but not this location. On April 4, 2016, after ordering my food I saw two roaches. One dead on the counter and the other crawling down the wall near the lemonade dispenser. I am totally disgusted with this incident and would like a full refund of my order. This issue still hasn't been resolved one week later after writing a complaint to corporate. read more
