We came here for lunch on a Saturday, and surprisingly, I was the first one in line. The service started off great right away. The staff member who helped me was Divina P., and she was absolutely wonderful. I ordered three plates with a variety of dishes, including orange chicken, Beijing beef, Angus steak, beef broccoli, and eggplant tofu. Everything looked fresh and appetizing. Unfortunately, I did have to wait a little for the eggplant tofu to finish cooking, but Divina handled the situation perfectly. She was very kind and offered me a free drink while I waited, which was a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Divina was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the short wait completely worth it. Pulled up at 10:53 PM, they close at 11:30, and was told they had "nothing left" except fried rice and eggplant tofu. So what exactly are you open for? We were starving so we took it anyway. First red flag, the bag was tied tight at the drive thru so we could not even check our food before leaving. That already felt off. Got home and wow... the bowl was basically a pile of soggy eggplant and random bell peppers thrown together like scraps. I literally got ONE piece of tofu. One. Then we asked for soy sauce and got handed a bunch of random sauces instead. Not even what we asked for. Christian was the one who helped us, and the overall interaction just felt rushed and careless. I understand it is late and people are tired, but if you are still open you should still be serving decent food and basic customer service. I never really eat at Panda Express because I like authentic Chinese food and panda is like fast food Chinese, but my daughter wanted to try. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a gentleman named Christian J. He was very nice and attentive as I stared at the menu trying to decide what to order for my daughter. Like I said, I never really come here so I was trying to see all the different selections and prices. Christian provided great customer service. I was in a rush, but he was very quick. I was literally in and out within like 5 minutes. The food was good; we both had fried rice and the grilled chicken teriyaki. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce so everything tasted pretty good. This review is about a pick up mobile app order efficiency. Please Consider this as constructive feedback about their efficiency as it is very new location. Scheduled for 7:15 pick up and got there 7:10 to get it nice and hot to drive home. In the pick up area there is a convenient digital queue board to show your order in a red, yellow and green status (pictured at 7:15 in yellow status!) I sat near the pick up area to watch, maybe it's almost done or it's on the shelf already. Saw few employees assemble my order that SEEMED efficient. Then my order showed completed as GREEN status with 7:19, not the target of 7:15. I didn't see it in the pick up shelf at that time. Instead, I see it behind the shelf in the prep station WAITING to be tied up, utensils added etc. The gal I saw who put my order IN the bags straight walked away, abandoned it. Not sure what happened.. but wtf. Had to bug the cashier next to the pick up area to check where my order is, and thankfully she wasn't swamped with a line. She double checked the order TWICE (literally) to make sure it was accurate. I asked her if I could see it but she said no, it was complete and accurate. Completed the bag and tied it up. Food quality was fresh. But side dishes were sloppy and meek! Barely got any super greens, no broccoli! Was there a shortage? See pictures. I think that's why the cashier had to double look twice. I'm sure this place still needs more time as it is only couple weeks old. If I had more time I'd talk to a manager. But maybe will do the survey on the receipt. This is a new Panda Express in Brentwood California off Sand Creek. I really don't like this Panda because they don't give you the quality ingredients that we come to expect for example when I order the broccoli chicken it's mostly broccoli maybe two pieces of chicken and when I ordered the mushroom chicken it was all mushrooms I don't even think there was one piece of chicken in other words someone there is instructing their Cooks to use less meat I guess to save cost on food at the expense of the experience of what their food should be so that's why they are getting one star and until they fix this problem and retrain their Cooks to make it the proper way then one star is what they'll be given every time sorry to say read more

5/5 Stars for having good customer service and support in making the mobile order take-out to-go a successful experience, despite the delay in pick-up time. The customer service representative is very responsive to accommodate with my delay by offering me a regular large fountain cup drink while I waited for my order. This is really good customer support and communication to me. I enjoyed watching them cook and prepare my order. I saw the hot fire heat coming from their huge wok as the chef stirred fried up all the menu items. Seeing their hot deep fryers and watching the hot egg rolls and cheese Rangoon getting fried made me feel so hungry. The appetizers are really delicious. The apple pie roll was really delicious and coated with white sugar and brown sugar. The chicken egg roll tasted like small chimichangas burrito and their veggie spring rolls were so tasty. Everything on Panda Express Chinese Kitchen menu is delicious and worth the wait. And, you would get more foods for the same price as other restaurants. This location in particular never has any items ready. I've been here a few times and not once have I been able to order and leave. It's ALWAYS a wait. The drive thru is so narrow good luck if you have a large vehicle. There are car marks all over the retaining wall from people hitting it. The food is garbage. We were so happy to see a Panda was opening closer to our house and couldn't wait to try it. We have since given it a try 3 times now and have been very disappointed. After the first and second time we thought, maybe they just needed to get the kinks worked out... After the 3rd time I now think they need a training lesson. Our first and second time our orders were definitely not regular size orders. It almost felt like they didn't have enough food for all the orders at the time so they skimped on full portions. The third time we ordered online pick up and got home with the wrong order and it was also not a full portion. After taking it back they said, "oh sorry" and threw in a free egg roll (which we don't like). We ordered $54 worth of food. They were out of the sauce to make Beijing beef. They messed up my wife's order. We ordered through the drive through and when I got to the window she asked if we had one plate (we ordered 4 plates). They said they were waiting for the Chicken dish to be cooked and if I could pull around to the front and they would bring it right out . I did. After waiting 10 minutes I walked in to see what was the holdup with my order. 3 employees were standing around laughing with each other. No customers were inside. I asked what was taking my order so long. He walked over to the drive through area and picked up my order that was just sitting there. I asked him how long it had been sitting there. He said that the person taking the drive through orders had been slammed. (Remember 3 employees standing around laughing and having a great social time).
