This is the most efficient CFA I have ever been to. At lunchtime, the counters are fully staffed and they start grabbing people to get their orders. There is ample seating, a huge selection of booths and tables. The last three times I have been there, there has been a lady employee that goes around checking up on everybody. She offers to refill drinks, clears trays, and checks to see how everything is. Warning: she is a bit of a talker too. I know their prices have gone up recently, but what else is new? read more

Food was served correctly... however the wait through the drive through was 23 minutes and the woman taking the order was rude, and when she said "it's a pleasure" her tone of voice and connotation said "take a hike I don't want to be here" I visit this place once every month as it is near a monthly appointment, and every time the drive through time is 5-30 minutes and the drive through staff hurried, or rude. I don't usually go to Chick-Fil-A since I'm pretty much on a plant based diet and lifestyle but every once in a blue moon I go in. This morning was wasn't unusual but it seems the standard of customer service has went down a bit. I work at a restaurant down the street from this location but we don't serve breakfast so I figured I would just go down to them. I've ordered from this drive thru before and everything was pleasant. I learned I could order a hash brown burrito without meat and sub my side for a parfait and I just stick to that anytime I order breakfast from them on the rare occasion. I walked through this time and it seems the guy on register was new so he may have accidentally put my burrito in as chicken or the kitchen staff was just used to making them with vs without. I don't know but when I realized it was chicken inside I just walked back and told them what happened. So far so good until the other guy who went to retell them to make a new one without meat stood next to the new cashier guy and make snarky comments about my order. I get it because I work at a restaurant where customers can become complicated and difficult with their order requests but you just do it and deal. Complain later where they aren't in ear shot of you though. I wasn't even being belligerent or rude about it because I understand things happen but that was a turn off. I usually just tell folks never mind when I get treated like that and walk out but I figured I just get it anyway and be on my way. Food was decent. I stopped by here with my family right after a hospital visit (never fun), and despite the morning rush (this was at 10am), I was served quickly and courteously. The $11.52 for 4 breakfast entrees and some hashbrowns was very reasonable, and my server (Alan) also offered me a free coffee. Positives: the people are super friendly, the lemonade is so yummy, the food is always fresh from both the drive thru & eat in and the inside is spacious as well as super clean. My recent visit here was really a shocker. I still believe that Cfa is the shining star of the fast-food business, but this location fell short--and that doesn't usually happen. The cashier was not nearly as friendly as I've become accustomed to. After standing at the counter for several minutes seeking a drink refill, I finally had to reach behind the counter and do it myself. The dining room was particularly dirty. My chicken sandwich was particularly dark--as if it was left in the fryer too long. A seemingly schizophrenic homeless man sitting in the corner staring everyone down didn't make my visit any better. We ordered 5 meals and they charged us for 'extra' sauce when in reality we only had 5 sauces and the other was ketchup. Ketchup for the fries! Went here today and didn't notice how filthy it was until ordering. When I realized it I was trying to find a clean table, there were none. I asked someone to clean a booth and she said she'd get to me soon-10 minutes later, no clean table, still no food. Trash overflowing in every trash can. After correcting him at the window he seemed to have gotten an a really terrible attitude like I was at fault when it was just a misunderstanding from him. I received a meal and 3 drinks.3 Meals where missing aside from the drinks. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-a. As I walked in a customer was verbally abusing a member of staff, where other employees just stood there in disbelief. If that was my coworker or employee I would have stepped in and politely asked the guest to stop or leave. The restaurant itself was dirty. Greasy hand prints everywhere. The condiment and napkin station was in desperate need of replenishment, I had to ask for what we needed. I ordered a salad and a kids meal. It took almost 25 minutes. When the food came out the food runner did two laps around the restaurant while I tried to get her attention, there were only three other tables, all of which had food. I don't think you would be surprised to hear that the fries and the chicken in the kids meal was delivered cold. My visit today was great! Food was so fresh, which sometimes it's not here.. I did my classic pull threw the drive thru and eat in the car routine. My day was made when Marquis approached me after I got out and threw my trash away. She thanked me so much for not throwing it on the ground like many other people do and she awarded me with two chick fil a coupons. It was so sweet and she's now my favorite chick fil a employee I've ever met. It wasn't the fake 'my pleasure' routine either, she was so genuine.
