Amazing food! They were very fast with the order and the food came out fresh. My brother and I were enjoying ourself to some of that good good when he noticed that his soda was a little flat. He went back to tell them and the manager asked exactly which soda and station that soda came from in order to address the problem immediately. The lunch lines here are reaaaalllly long both inside and drive thru, so be prepared to wait a while if you come between 12-1pm during the week. That alone is the only drawback for me. I love their food but this location could stand for some improvement . Using a flag and waiting in a far away parking spot while staff runs around trying to locate people in the parking lot seems pretty inefficient. After waiting 10 minutes staff came and told me they gave my order to someone else. Why not just block two close parking spots for orders waiting ? The price is a lot compared to other fast food, which is to be expected. But the quality difference is worth it IMO. My only complaint is with two employees. They were very loud & playing around. I give this location 5 stars because of their employee, Tia. Everyone at this location says 'my pleasure' and gives the usual chick fil a customer service but Tia goes above and beyond. She treats you like you are coming to her house for dinner, makes sure you are comfortable and chats just enough to make you feel special but not so much as to neglect other customers or her duties. I once went through the drive thru and at the time when I needed to pay for my food I realized that I had forgot my wallet and the manger told me it was fine that the food was on the house because he didn't want me to not eat lunch. This is my favorite restaurant for so many reasons. The play area for kids is wonderful and is super clean and kid friendly, the staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. Can anyone in Denver drive or follow road signs? Stop blocking the entrance to Hobby Lobby. My sandwich was only so so, I didn't do cartwheels over it. I did like the fries. read more

The food is always amazing. Service is wonderful too. Orders are always accurate and the drive thru never really has a wait. Even with multiple cars in front of us, my boyfriend and I are always headed home with our food before we know it. We dined in once and the store was so clean! Absolutely love this location. This location rocks. Fast service, very friendly, good, hot food and they are consistent with orders. I've never had an issue here. We go here a lot at lunch, I attend the Community College of Aurora so I like to pop in between classes. It's delicious food, not too bad for you as far as fast food goes, and the service is fast. I have to point out the nice fresh flowers they keep on each table inside, it's not very significant but to me just one of those details that make a difference. Very clean too. The staff is super friendly and it's great that they walk around checking up to see if you need refills or anything, but maybe just a little too friendly.
