Usually don't have issues with this chick Fil a but I ordered 1 breakfast item at 10am and called them at 10:36 as I had not had any updates. Mind you, I'm literally across the street. Not even a 2 minute drive but can't leave which is why I got delivery. The lady that answered just said I was one of the last orders on their list and that they only have 2 drivers. We returned here over the holidays to redeem some loyalty rewards we had saved up. We're huge Chick-fil-A fans and love their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I usually order an Original Chicken Sandwich, but I was feeling one of their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches during this visit. Their waffle fries are on point, so I had to order those. I also had a free birthday brownie to redeem. We ordered and paid through the app and inputted our table number. After about 10 minutes, our order was delivered. The food was fresh and hot, and we appreciated that they brought it on a tray as soon as it was ready. My sandwich was cooked to perfection, and my fries were tasty, as always. Today, the woman at the drive through (so nice!) noticed I was pregnant and we chatted for a minute about the baby. Very efficient drive-thru! This location is in a busy area off a busy road. Signage helps direct customers around parking to the drive-thru lanes. Employees taking orders were friendly, and immediately made a menu visible when approaching my vehicle window. Paying was smooth, and the employees delivering food at the window worked quickly and had positive attitudes. They were clearly very busy, but they didn't show irritation. I appreciated that. I tried the new Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich. It was good but expensive. Nearly $10 for the sandwich itself. I can't quite say it was worth every penny, but it was tasty! The bacon and the bun were my favorite components. The bacon was thick for fast food standards and the bun was soft with a nice flavor. Half the time I go to the drive through half my order is missing. And it's never something like missing sauce or ketchup. It's usually an entire missing sandwich and fries. I don't realize it until I get home and then I'm stuck with a crying kid because their sandwich is missing. Most of the time i thoroughly check the bags before leaving. But what a pain in the butt to hold up the line taking everything out of the bag and putting back. This place messes up orders more than most drive throughs I've been to. Everyone working together seemed like a really good team. There were a lot of very polite things that I could hear, yes sir thank you, yes ma'am, Have a blessed day, all the great things and all with a smile. Everything was very clean; The food came out very quickly. It was a long line and then they got a school team of 14 teenagers! Nobody skipped to beat. They kept on rolling & before you know it within less than 10 minutes, the entire line was clear and everybody was eating their food. It was amazing. Heads off to these young adults working today. First things first, this is a slow location. Could be due to staffing issues (not sure) but on a Saturday morning to only have one lane open is very hectic. In addition to that, the food was all over the place in the bag. The hash brown boxes were open so they spilled in the bottom, the chicken minis box was open so that was all over the place. Not the best one I've been to but pretty average. They made a handful of mistakes but the staff was pretty nice and the service wasn't snail speed. We went at 9:45am and they had one lane open. Our hash browns were drenched in oil and were not crispy at all. They were somehow super hot and "right out of the fryer" but also soggy at the same time - weird. Anyways the location is nice since it is right off the service road. The parking lot was clean and the food was all hot and fresh .. well except the hash browns soggy and gross hehe ~ Other locations had reminders to pull out your app but this one didn't and no one reminded us verbally either. Upon calling, they said they were short-staffed ("five out of seven drivers sick") and the person who got my food said "thank you". They never called me or texted me that they were here or to verify my identity. When I had to call after not receiving any notifications other than an automated message that it was received, the manager gave nothing but excuses and offered to "try again", to which I requested a refund. The manager spoke with Loralee while I was on the phone, and they verified the location, the hotel, but did not care enough to give it to the right room or person as indicated three times in the order, special request, and text message delivered directly to Loralee. I have a loyal customer with a high ranking and needless to say, I am very disappointed with my experience and am questioning if I will ever order here again. I am appalled at the subpar apology and lack of service/support I received today. Please do not treat any of your loyal customers again. I just received a text message from Emily (7377660150) that we processed my refund and gave another weak non-apology. Emily said Chick-fil-A are "trying to think of a system to put in place next time so that doesn't happen again" and "maybe we will check IDs or something" as well as a hopeful statement that Chick-fil-A "will do better next time". Two hours later, I have nothing while someone else enjoys my order. -Loryn You can you use whatever methods to help your driver's to get it right the "next time". Personally, I've never had a problem with any other delivery services -even when short staffed. Heck, I worked for one.
