I came here a week ago and got a meal that should've included my fruit cup. I get home no fruit cup and not turning around for it. Honest mistake right? Today I went through to get a salad and sweet tea. I mentioned fruit cup error but didn't ask 4 it. I drive off, taste my tea and its unsweetened. I turn around go back through, speak to the manager not only about my tea, but the missing fruit, and to add salt to injury the salad that only has breading for nuggets barely chicken. I showed her and she was willing to redo, I still was like no thats ok I got a side order of nuggets anyways. I drive off and ONCE again my tea is STILL unsweet. As I go through the 3rd time, I do now expect some type of compensation out of courtesy. Really my darn fruit cup from last week that really isn't a free hand out. No apology no attempt to say here's a cookie from manager was given. The poor girl working the window was apologetic but it isn't her fault when people keep handing her wrong stuff or leaving out items for her to give. I blame management for this issue. I love this Chick-fil-A. It's in a super convenient location and easy to get to. The line also moves extremely fast. I have no idea why this Chick-fil-A has only 3 stars. I've rarely had a bad experience here. One time they forgot a sandwich so I came into the store to let the manager know and she gave me two with no questions asked, and no hassle. They sell chicken some will say ... My experience varies from time to time although it's a clean place they try and hurry you along and talk like auctioneers when your ordering in some cases which makes it frustrating, I get that they are busy but it's chicken so ... I'd like them not to cut me off when I'm talking and get the order correct without having to go back and make changes because they are trying to get you in and out . They even stopped allowing you to order well done crispy nuggets because I was told it takes to long at this location. It's was my first time NOT hearing " my pleasure " which I'm still recovering from . Soon they will just give you the ingredients and tell you to cook it at home because it's faster for them . I also love Chic Fil A so I have the app to receive points towards free food . They used to give you little rewards as the app states on most every visit like other locations do before they remodeled this particular location . But after the remodel they never give any rewards for whatever reason at this particular Chic Fil A . Oddly enough the Lakeline location , 183 and MoPac location still do give rewards . Every time I go to chick fil a, they always get my order wrong. Usually it's the size of the drink or missing a single item, but it was the entire order this time. I had ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches and a large Diet Coke. At first I had gotten a medium which they corrected. Then when I left and looked into my bag, they had given me two spicy sandwiches. I love Chick Fil A, but this location has messed up my pretty simple orders way too many times now. I was willing to give them a pass when they first re-opened, but it's been long enough that this is unacceptable. They forget one or more items about 60% of the time. Once it was a spoon for chicken noodle soup. Once it was crackers that I explicitly asked for (w/ a salad). Once it was the salad dressing. Today it was my fries. Everyone at this location is very nice and polite. Service is always quick even when the drive-through is backed way up. But I'm sick of not getting what I ordered. read more

They took me to a table because the line was long...took my order there, waited 20 min and the food never came. My name was never called, SO I go to the counter and say I'll just take a refund... no offer of anything, just ok..it'll take 3-5 days for the money to go back on your card. First time to this location while staying at a hotel nearby. Went through drive thru and was in and out in 5 min during prime dinner hours. Great service, hot waffle fries and food on point. It seems I can't go through there and not have a problem. Well, she cut me off in mid sentence and said "we don't split salads or shakes. Sorry, that's our policy." This place is a hot dirty mess. Floors were gross, wrappers all over the place, condiment area was so dirty, and the trash was over flowing. Our food orders came out missing cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and salad toppers. Seems like their not paying attention to details. read more

Very good Chick-Fil-A, located conveniently near a couple of shopping centers and the closest (remaining) Wal-Mart to Lake Travis. I arrived during lunch hour on a day with a Texas-sized toad strangler of a storm, it was packed! Kudos for the Austin-style friendly service and the piping-hot waffle fries, which I suspect are CFA's secret smart-missile weapon to win the fast food wars. Look, I know that the chicken gets top billing but these babies are seriously delicious. Also thumbs-up for making a darned good Arnold Palmer to go with the food. This place scores a 4 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. There is a reason their drive through always looks this packed during rush hours; people are willing to wait in a long line if they know its moving at SUPER SONIC speed! NO other fast food moves like this. I always go in because I like to stretch my legs and hate to idle the truck, but even inside they have all registers open and each one manned by an employee that is, despite the many times grumpy or not so enthusiastic customers, super happy to take your order. To top it all off, I know for sure that you can't get food this healthy, this fast any where else. That's why we go there! One last thing: I have heard this company gets a little flak for hiring lots of Christians. In my opinion, they just attract Christians, since they are closed Sundays. This is the location I usually go to. I always have good experience here. I like the nuggets, original fried chicken sandwich (with extra pickles), waffle fries and the coleslaw, it's so good! The lemonade tastes great too. I like the fresh flowers on the tables and usually in the ladies room too. The staff is friendly when we order and it's never been wrong. Someone always brings on food out on a tray to our table and ask if we need anything else. Sometimes if we go during peak hours, there are tables that need to be cleaned and there is isn't much seating choices between the tables people are sat at and the dirty ones but usually we don't have to wait too long for a table to be cleaned. They have an indoor playground that seems to be very popular. read more

Hot coffee. Cold food. I'm frustrated with this location. I used to have great experiences here. There is an older manager there named John who is super nice and great. It all stems from getting decaffeinated coffee. They ***never*** have it. And you have to wait up to 10 minutes for them to brew it. Fresh coffee is nice but the last 6 times or so I've waited - the problem is this. 1) waiting 2) when you have to wait, they give your food right away; thus, when you get your hot coffee 10 minutes later, your food is cold. Wow, best service ever. Everyone here is so nice. The cashier got my name right (not hard, but happens often enough), and they'll bring you any napkins/straws/utensils you need.
