I usually love Hardee's burgers as well at the ham&cheese but they were definitely not the quality I've experienced in the past. The burger was cold and the ham&cheese had one slice of ham. I'm trying to loose weight but not this way. The drink was nice and cold just like the burger. I unfortunately didn't snap any pics of the diet ham&cheese. I woke up craving a sausage egg and cheese for breakfast last Saturday. I decided on Hardees even though I've never had their breakfast I just knew it would be good. When I got there after ordering online it wasnt ready so Im glad I decided to go in instead of drive thru. I had the large super sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo with hashbrowns and drink. We also ordered two hand breaded chicken biscuit combos and a four piece blueberry biscuit pack. Everything tasted as it should for fast food. The sandwiches were full of flavor as well as hashbrowns. The biscuits were tasty too. The breakfast menu is lengthy which is another plus .The customer service was great. I also like that they have a cool rewards program. I have offers already after my first order, nothing like free food. I've been here twice and both times were great. This place seems really well run. The food comes fast and the restaurant is clean. The last time I came for breakfast and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no bacon combo and they were very accommodating. The biscuit sandwich was delicious. The biscuit was so nice and fluffy and warm, not dry or crumbly at all. The hash rounds were also great. Very crispy and not too greasy. We were very excited to find Hardee's, there isn't one close to us. I ordered the Big Star Cheeseburger. The Burger was extremely dry, very little Mayo, Bread was hard, and the lettuce was the hard core of the Head of lettuce. I bit the Burger and it was very Cold. My Husband returned the Burger for me, as the disappointment was all over my Face. Once the replacement Burger arrived it too was Cold. There's was no Cooking smell in the Restaurant as if the food was being Microwaved. My Husband experienced the same with his Mushroom and Swiss, with the exception of a Cold Burger. Customer service was extremely nice. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this location ever again! read more

Went here for lunch, it's about a 25 minute drive from my house, wish there was one closer to where I live. I got the Thickburger with cheese, Beer Battered Onion Rings and Chicken Tenders, the Burger was just ok, the Onion Rings were good, nice and crispy and the Tenders were good. I would not go here what's so ever they took over 15 min to bring me my food and then on top of that they didn't have fries in the bag... so I had went around and sat at the window for a good 5 min beeping the horn and trying to get somebody attention you could hear them in the back fussing or something . I had to open the window in the drive thru and yell hello just to get my fries and then the girl at the window just try to hand me some fries in my hand with no bag no apology just nothing poor poor customer service.. This has been me and my FBFF's Friday morning ritual spot for the last few yrs. We head out around 6am to drive from Owings Mills to Lithicum for the only Hardee's in the area. The service is always prompt and they always acknowledge my cute fur baby that rides shotgun. This place is pretty solid as far as fast food places go. I've never been inside so I can't really speak on the cleanliness or the decor of the inside. I can say that from the drive-thru perspective they always seem clean. My only issue with them is that on several trips something has been omitted from my order. I've paid for it but it's just not there. The drive is too far to turn around and go back. Love their breakfast sandwiches, the biscuits are superb! Stopped here for breakfast one weekend when we were pressed for time. Breakfast Platter with sausage gray, biscuit, bacon, eggs, and hash rounds. Two orders of this plus coffee was around nine dollars and we walked away full, happy, and with a little change in our pocket. This Hardees has been hiding in plain sight, just off 695, near Linthicum for several years now. What always catches my eye is the yellow and red Carls Jr/Hardees star. If you're low carb conscious, you have to try the Low Carb Thickburger, which is basically any of their burgers, wrapped in lettuce, no bun! It tastes great, without the heaviness of a regular bin-encased burger. And Jalapeno poppers! This is a newly renovated location. For those who may not know, Hardees and Carls Jr. on the West Coast are the same brand. I haven't been to a Hardee's since i was a child which was many years ago and i thought them to be all but gone in Maryland. But there is one here and its a hidden gem. The location is clean, spacious and in a location that seems to be very elderly friendly. They have senior citizen deals and just about every customer at this location is over the age of 60. Not necessarily a bad thing. The staff is very friendly. The cashier did not rush us, was happy to explain things us new customers did not understand and even recommended a deal that not only gave us a lower price but MORE food as well. Those who dine in can also take a table number and your food is brought to you. You never see that at places like mcdonalds or burger king. Only took about 5 mins for our food to come to our table during a packed lunch rush. Definitely come in for lunch, they offer the big bag lunch deal which is a drink, two sandwiches of your choice and fries for just over $5 you can even substitute or upgrade a size of a side item for just a few cents. The meal was filling and satisfying for a quick lunch. i wouldnt give the food an A+ but it was well made and tasty for an on the go meal. No complaints. Honestly, i think many fast food places should take a page out of Hardees book, the customer service alone makes me want to be a customer again over and over. Hardee's is basically East coast Carl Jr's now. You can even see the Carl's Jr star throughout the restaurant. I had very fond memories growing up in the South and going to Hardee's, I guess I will never understand why they didn't last. Can I blame Nascar? This location is in a little section of Linthicum that is packed with fast food. It's not a bad option among them, but it is still pretty below par in my mind. I do like that they bring the food to you, and that they have diet Dr. Pepper on tap. The burgers are so-so, and it seems like they are trying their best to buck the healthy menu items that are hitting some of the other fast food joints. My friend insists we go every few months, I usually like the idea, and then afterwards think I shouldn't go there again...but I am sure I'll be back in a few months. read more

This Hardee's is located in fast food row just off the Beltway in Linthicum. It is fairly easy to get in and out of, although Nursery Road can get pretty busy. I have never noticed it to be very busy in the mornings. The food offerings are a trifle different from other places in the area. Stuff between biscuits, stuff between greasy bread, or burrito wraps. All of it is very heavy, and if you crave fast food, this will fit the bill. If you crave real food, I assume you're on a budget. read more

I stopped in this place as I was heading to PA from BWI. For the most part the east coast has McD's, Burger King and Wendy's. It's nice to have a change of pace. In reality Hardee's is pretty much the same as Carl's Jr which makes it different. While the food and atmosphere are pretty standard for a fast food joint, I was impressed with this place for a couple of reasons. One they bring your food over to you when it's ready, which I like as opposed to standing around waiting for them to call out a number. On my visit the manager (Allen) came over and offered me a variety of sauces. It was almost like we had a waiter. As a bonus, they had one of the best soda selection I have ever seen at a fast food joint. I'm originally from So Cal and there it is Carl's Jr. Out of all the fast food drive thru big burger chains back in the day this was my favorite at the time. Went to Hardees for a quick burger. Got the mushroom swiss burger lettuce wrapped. The burger was tiny. The mushrooms were canned and they put some sort of gravy glaze on top. Was disgusting. Took it back and got a regular burger which was also tiny and pretty much flavorless. Not the Carl's Jr I remember. Blech. read more
