Check your order before drive off if you use drive through . It's 2nd time in the row they miss something. Its not worth it to drive back just for a burger or a drink. However, it's still annoyed. Nothing new here: Chick-Fil-A has always offered high quality fast food that goes down well. I virtually lived off of it in college and was very happy to see some stores opening in King County. Yes, the food is indeed great and most people will enjoy it if they can ignore the bigotry of the company's owner and views on the LGBT community and just focus on the juicy chicken and waffle fries. I unfortunately must give this location 1 star for the very bad traffic situation that has arisen due the construction of this location: The unfortunate choice of location (on behalf of Chick-Fil-A and the City of Bellevue) has turned 116th and 8th into a total traffic disaster. What a freaking mess! There is almost constantly a line not only around the building, but typically is backed up ONTO 116th with a cop directing cars. It has even curved onto NE 8th and blocked people from exiting 405 (I was on 405 once when this happened)! This needs to be fixed ASAP as it a danger and inconvenience to all drivers in the area. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the city since this is unacceptable. I honestly felt embarrassed to wait that long (20+ min) for "Chick-Fil-A", it's not amazing enough to warrant the wait and inconvenience of getting there in a vehicle. Probably due to Bellevue's lack of fast/decent dining options in that area has driven the whole hungry herd of people to one store. I have been to an even busier Chick-Fil-A on the University of Florida campus that operates much more smoothly than due to a properly planned traffic strategy. I'll admit that the Bellevue store employees did a great job keeping the place moving, but the traffic situation is so horrendous that it makes finding another dining location highly preferable. I cannot say enough great things about Valerie and the staff here! Every time I visit I'm treated like royalty, fast and efficiently, with friendly service everywhere. I recently planned/coordinated a classy wedding and the brides request was to have a quirky surprise for happy hour.. You guessed it, we had chick-fil-a for our Happy Hour.. By far the highlight of all the guests! Valerie, thank you for going above and beyond, even delivering the food yourself! I've yet to meet a more dedicated business owner! I don't get all of the hype. Maybe from people that grew up with this food? The first time I tried to visit, the police wouldn't even let me pull into the parking lot for the drive thru line. Standard chick-fil a fair which is great. However the parking is an absolute nightmare during peak hours.

Chick Fil A is my 2nd favorite fast restaurant (behind the almighty Taco Bell). Everything on the menu is great. What really tops it off for me is the sauce that fills my mouth with joy. The only reason I don't go here more than once a month is because the line is brutal! On a regular Saturday it easily tops over a hour. I bought a kids meal for my toddler granddaughter, chicken nugget meal. when we got home, 2 little nickel sized chicken pieces came out along with 2 (what looked like crumbs from the batter) also came out. This was barely 2 bites of food, and certainly not enough to fill my young granddaughter. It's hardly even worth calling it a "chicken" meal. Very disappointed and for the price of this place, you would think they would at least give you enough to call it a meal or fill up a toddler. read more

I live in downtown Seattle. I have come to this chick Fil A about 4 times because the food is amazing and it helped me survive through college in CO! however this location is awful! Every. Single. Time. I have come to this location, I drive away with the wrong order. you would think id learn to check it before I leave by now. And I order in bulk so I can stick extra salads in my fridge for the week. passing for 4 salads and getting 2 is not awesome. Paying for 2 sandwich meals and getting only 2 Sandwiches. not cool. This is a typical Chick-fil-A in every way with great hot and fresh food, awesome lemonade and amazing customer service that goes above and beyond for any fast food restaurant. I can not give those who work here anything less than a 5 star rating because the food has always been awesome and the restaurant itself spotless but the design of the parking lot is HORRIBLE. The folks waiting in the drive-thru line frequently circle around the front of the store and into the street causing an insane traffic mess. Due to the cars being wrapped around the building it also creates a "Block Me Game" sort of experience as you literally have to either wait for someone kind enough to either move or wait for you to back out if you chose to eat in or you have to park ILLEGALLY in the parking lots of the other businesses next door. Hopefully they will get more stores built in the Seattle area quickly because the demand that this store has is insane and dangerous when it flows into the street. read more

I came to work half a hour early so I decided to stop by to try this fast food joint everyone has been buzzing about. The drive thru was pretty long at 2pm so I just went inside. Parking is a horror cos you can get blocked by the cars waiting for drive thru. The wait for just medium waffle fries was 5 minutes. They take their time with serving and are a lot slower than usual fast food restaurants. It was worth the wait. THESE ARE THE BEST WAFFLE FRIES. CHICK FIL A SAUCE IS THE BEST INVENTION. It's like a mix of BBQ sauce and ranch. It seems like the workers put drive thru as a priority so I recommend going to drive thru if u want your food faster. read more

Not sure how crazy the lines are now, but they were still pretty crazy when I went a couple weeks ago. They really need a way for people who want to eat in to just enter the parking lot to park. Because you still need to enter the drive thru line just to get in, even if you just want to park. We learned that the hard way, and it sucked. My BF braved the drive thru line while the rest of us got in the line to order food. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, and waffle fries. The sandwiches are pretty yummy, but the fries are just ok. I'd definitely come back, but maybe when the line isn't so crazy. read more

Went to Chick Fil- A for the first time today and it was an "okay" experience..my friends and I parked at the other small parking lot and it was a 2 minute walk from the lot to chick fil-a. The line inside was super long and I ordered nuggets with waffle fries. They don't shout out the name of the orders (IDRK WHY) but instead, they walk around the restaurant and pretty much guess who ordered what. Other than that, the chicken was delicious and so was the sauce omllll *drooling* I'll probably come here again sometime, but my first experience wasn't so great :-((( read more

The food is pretty good. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich combo with lemonade. However, more than the food, I'm pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and positive attitude exemplified by the workers. The attitude and service alone makes.me want to go back. The only downside of this location is the entrance and parking. It is on the corner of a busy intersection often times making it difficult to turn into when it's busy. This review is about Bellevue Chick-fil-A's catering service. I ordered catering for my office of 200+ people in January. The catering showed up about 20-30 minutes late so I had my 200 employees waiting around. But Valerie, the owner of this location, drove to my office and gave me an apology card and sandwich cards for everyone in my company. Good affordable lunch spot. I got two chicken sandwiches and large waffle fries. There were only 2 others in line when I arrived at ~11:15 AM. The drive-through line on the other hand snaked through the entire not super large parking lot. If you order takeout at the counter, they ask you to sit down until your food is ready and call out your name when it's packed. Funnily enough, I forgot to ask for sauces at the counter when ordering, despite being really excited to try the different flavors. I explained this to the server that brought out my takeout order and he was helpful in getting me some sauce. SAUCE TIME IS A GOOD TIME! I like the mayo-y-paprika-y Chick Fil A sauce the best. When I finally was able to dig in to my food ~30 min later, the fries were pretty soft and not crunchy though still hot. I think if I was able to eat them earlier they would've been crunchier and I would've enjoyed them more. But they were salted which I appreciated. Chicken was tender, bread was toasty. I prefer the Shake Shack Chickn Shack sandwich to Chick Fil A, however it's not a perfect comparison since there's toppings included with the Chickn Shack. And nothing beats Shake Shack fries in my book. Since there's no Shake Shack in Washington state, though, this will have to do. And it does pretty well. read more

I went to Chick-fil-A for lunch and SPECIFICALLY asked for a plain chicken sandwich--chicken patty and bread only, NO pickle. When I bit into my sandwich there was a sour taste because they placed a pickle UNDERNEATH the chicken patty. When I complained to the staff, I got NO apology, NO refund, and NO offer to remake my sandwich the way I asked. I have never been back since and never will. read more

Whoah. After having to run very early morning errands I wanted lunch at 8:30 in the morning. Why is everyone so nice and excited to be at work that early on a Monday morning? Haha, I'm not mad about it at all, was just mind blown. Everyone said hello and greeted me, I mean everyone, I was almost overwhelmed. They apologized that there would be a 10 minute wait because I wanted lunch. 10 minutes? That's no big deal, I was just grateful they were willing to do that for me. The inside was so nicely decorated and clean! Anyways, We've all heard negative things in the news about this company and their beliefs/ who they would hire.
